- rodmunrom (8/5): Great stay at this hotel - Great, traditional hotel - lovely pool. We stayed 6 nights here. We had a pool view room with balcony - recommended for the overall comfort factor. The pool is very large with 30 sun beds. The pool gets the sun all day but at various sides depending on time of day. It’s a great feature. Only time the sunbeds were busy was mid to late afternoon when I guess were returning from sight visits. The hotel staff were fab. The hotel was very well maintained. Rooms and bed very comfortable. Only criticism hence the 4stars was the breakfast. Elements of the breakfast were not great but overall good.

An easy walk to pub street for food and to explore. The staff helped us organise great day trips to the temples and made sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean and large. Breakfast was mind boggling with great variety and hot. The bar pool in the swimming pool is a great attraction Rooms are well air-conditioned..nice bath tubs..just waiting to enjoy the spa
- Grammahj (10/5): Lovely Quiet Hotel in Great Location - Lovely hotel located in the heart of Seam Reap near Pub Street which has a lot of restaurants and tons of shopping. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the buffet style allows tasting a lot of new treats. The pool is gorgeous and refreshing. The room was spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and varied. Pool was huge and so so clean. Cocktails were amazing. Close proximity to lots of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars.
- jpacaba (8/5): Fresh bread, great pool! - Rooms are huge, and the bed is super comfortable. Stayed for 8 nights and these are among the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel resort. You may get annoyed by the crickets that you’ll attract at night so make sure you close the balcony door before turning on the lights. Food at the restaurant is its downside, however. Less options and average taste. Don’t miss the breads however; they have a bakery inside the hotel!

This is not totally a bad thing but for me it was overwhelming with the clunky red and bulky furniture and throughout the hotel. The room was spacious and the pool was fantastic. The menu and all meals (breakfast and lunch) were really good and well priced. The staff were helpful.

Centre of the city, walking distances to all best food places and right infront of the Indo-chine Resturant (excellent food). Hotel Facilities is average, 4 star standards. Counter staff and door men are courteous, but the restaurant crew is one of the worst I have came across, especially the waiters. Never seen such moody lot who seems they do not like the work they do. No smile No hello, nothing, they work like Zombies! During breakfast table plates are not cleared. Have to ask the crew for glasses n cups to be replenish. I have to bring the cutlery from the counter myself to set my own table. Asked for Tissue paper, the moody looking woman brought a pepper bottle and just place it and go. Except for a nice looking young man by the name of Visal and the floor manager the rest is just useless lot, just walking around showing they are working. Especially the other young man who don't careless about anything. The management should look to this pathetic lot. Teach them how to greet customers and how to attend to them. We pay for thier service not the other way around. Hope next time my family and I will have a better experiences in Siem Reap.
- gm638 (10/5): Premium hospitality in the city center of Siem Reap - I had a Premium Deluxe room in a separate wing of this excellent and very central hotel. Extremely quiet despite of its size and position, this is one of the best established five star hotels in Siem Reap. I liked the ritzy bathroom, and also the balcony with a sunbed and a pleasant pool view. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff 👍👍
- stephanie (10/5): The outside Tuk Tuk driver - The staff are very polite and helpful. The Tuk Tuk drivers are more expensive from the hotel. Get one on the street. I found a guy that was wonderful, he took me to place no one else thought to visit. He was wonderful.
- JUNICHI (10/5): - 【立地】 ・オールドマーケットに徒歩15分弱の距離 ・近くにレストランや庶民派食事処が複数あり 【設備】 ・エレベーターがやや古くスピードは遅いが、全体的に整っている。不便を感じることはない。 【清潔度】 ・ほぼ満点。毎日の部屋の掃除に加え、廊下や階段、レストラン、ロビー等きちんと掃除がなされている。 【スタッフ】 ・非常に親切で丁寧、迅速な対応。 ・日本語が対応可能なスタッフも。
- YUKARI (6/5): - 最終日にカードキーの機械が壊れました。部屋の蜘蛛の巣はずっとふわふわ揺れていました。冷蔵庫の隙間にティシュゴミがずっとありました。 空港からの送迎があったり、レイトチェックアウトが使えたのは良かったです。 コンビニやマッサージ店も近くにあります。100均のような2ドルショップもあり足りないものが買えたり、便利な場所です。
- Jack (6/5): You get what you pay for - This hotel is okay. Location is very good and it is a nice looking place. Rooms are clean but a bit tired. The bed was very hard but okay. Our first night, they had a party on the pool deck with extremely loud music that lasted until 10 pm. All that said, it was worth what we paid but not much more!

- jai (4/5): style but no substance - nice looking hotel on the surface, but a bit hard used behind the scene, poolside mattresses crudely repaired by poolboy,lots of stagnant lilly ponds around the hotel which proved perfect breeding ground for mosquitos and all things that bite. although the balcony was tidied it was never washed once, again perfect for bites things to run around in, so bad could hardly use one of the best features of the room.The break fast from a british point of view was awful, cocktail sized hotdog sausages and scrappy bacon that had been baked in an oven so long,it was almost inedible, it was explained to me that this was because it came from cambodian pigs....ok for a couple of days but thats it.

- Kwok hung (6/5): Bad wifi, poor communication of reception staffs - Wifi connection is bad, slow and sometimes disconnected, and has to go near the balcony for better reception. when checking in, reception staff put me in the main block Somadevi, instead of my booking in Premium block, where the room is newer. Not even bother to communicate about the change, and I was very annoyed about this. I insisted and they finally made the change 4 hours later.
- maureen (10/5): nice hotel, very close to the centre. - enjoyed, lots of massages places close by, but was really struggling for somewhere to eat until i eventually ended up in the night market, then loads, in fact night market the best about siem reap, otherwise very very tatty place, but of course the temples great.
- HOCK CHYE (8/5): Comfortable and relaxed stay - This hotel is comfortable and nearby to all the sights of the night markets. Plenty of eating stalls nearby and within walking distance. Central to the other tourist sights and convenient to walk around.May be problematic walking to the room via the hotel swimming pool if it were raining!!! Our stay was relaxed and the staff very helpful and courteous all the time. Good service all round.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing location in siem reap down town. - Comfortable room Best location in siem reap. Pub Street just 2 minute walking and Angkor Nigh market. Amazing room with large pool side.
