Deberían gestionar el hacer el check in online y solo tener que recoger la llave en el hotel para no tener que esperar a toda las personas que van a hacerlo a la hora de entrada. La ventana no se puede abrir. Como recomendación añadiría una pequeña nevera en la habitación.

Es el hecho de haber pagado una habitación que tenía una terraza y llegar y no tener terraza y lo fue a reclamar en recepción. El señor me dijo que no sabía hacer nada que era la habitación que había pedido, pero sin embargo, cuando la iba pagando no me daba la opción de Habitación con Terrassa o con balcón o solo dormitorio yo me fijé en la imagen la que vi en la que me atrajo y me dijo que con Terrassa valía más le propuse pagarle la diferencia para que me lo diera y me dijo que no sabía hacer nada que su compañera es la que lo hacía y no se encontraba y cuando me metí en Internet para poder reservarlo para día siguiente, ya que lo quería sí no aparecía como Habitación con Terrassa es lo único que no me gustó para mí fue un poco engaño. Pagué por una habitación que no era

PaulC23 (9/5): Great value small hotel, pleasant location for the town's facilities - Although the room was quite small, it included an excellent shower, balcony with street view and good storage space. Most customers are Spanish, so little English spoken, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Couple of small problems which were solved quickly and efficiently. Good food in the bar/cafeteria. Free street parking can usually be found nearby with a little patience. Cafeteria rather a small and congested space (and taken over on 2 nights during our stay by Champions League semis). Smoking almost encouraged in the outdoor terrace by the provision of ashtrays on every table. Tendency to stack furniture around people still eating and drinking, and coffee not available after the machine had been cleaned (it wasn't late!). Minor frustrations, none of this will stop us returning.

Asi te trabaja cara al público, de 10!! Nuestra habitación no tenía ni cortina ni persiana, lo cual fue difícil dormir. Tampoco había manilla para abrir la ventana. Creo que sería necesario poder abrir las ventanas para ventilar las habitaciones con aire de la calle.
