- Sabine (9/5): - Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They offered us great advice on restaurants and where to go to avoid the tourist traps. The matress was a little hard and the noises from the fridge and outside made it hard to go to sleep.
- Tracy (7/5): We stayed in Pisa for 2 nights which we found was enough. Very busy first thing in the morning with all the coach partie - Under 5 minutes walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Fantastic bakery opposite for breakfast next door to McDonalds. Only 10/15 minutes walk to the hotel from the railway station. Very noisy from 8am onwards as builders digging up concrete outside the front of the hotel. New pavements in progress! No breakfast No hand soap in bathroom No milk for tea/coffee No water you have to buy from vending machine. Can be very noisy if you are located on the ground floor.

Mi è stato consigliato di mettere la vettura al parcheggio vicino alla struttura dove mi dicevano che la domenica non avrei pagato… risultato in 18 ore ho pagato 63,00 euro

- Crickipoo (1/5): A disaster experience with no place to sleep - The main hotel looks perfect and has the right location but unfortunately we never stayed the receptionist tried her best to find us alternative accommodation but sadly failed We booked in hotel pisa tower separate building but unfortunately it has the wrong address on booking.com it has the main hotel the separate building is located to far away from were we wanted to stay as l have mobility problems but the night then turned into a disaster as the hotel had no other rooms available so my advice would be correct the location on booking.com and if you are booking this hotel book the main building

After we checked out, the staff held our bags for a few hours since we had some time before our flight.

Accessible à pied (45min de l'aéroport, 30min de la gare via les rues principales marchandes), ou via le Pisamover plus rapide (mais assez cher). Porte de la salle de bain est un rideau rigide articulé qui mériterait remplacement.

On entend les bruits du couloir, avec l'accueil où les gens parlent fort. Elle est également tenante aux distributeurs de boissons et gâteaux, avec les bruits des compresseurs.

Gegenüber des Hotels ein sehr nettes Cafe zum frühstücken. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne raus, da hörte man die sehr frühe morgendliche Straßenreinigung sehr deutlich

Rooms were clean, towels were clean and we had enough space for family of 4 with access to garden. Sound proofing need some work. El precio es fantástico y las indicaciones para el check-in y check-out autónomos fueron claras y precisas. Habitación grande y espaciosa. Ofrecen doble juego de almohada por persona, lo cual es un detalle. Fue un gran acierto.

- Heathcote (8/5): If I go back to Pisa, will stay there again. - The best location ever! The hotel is short walk from a railway station, opposite the historical site. The room was spacious and the staff friendly. There was no “Don’t disturb” signs so got woken up by housekeeping in the first day. Staff tried to go into the room twice by mistake. The toilet paper is quite hard.

El único inconveniente es que estaba como en una buhardilla y tenía un segundo tramo de escaleras muy empinado y a mis padres que son mayores les supuso vista dificultad. Por lo demás todo muy bien, a un minuto literal de la Torre de Pisa

Ott kicsit doh szag volt. Állandó zsalugáterrel takart az alblak, hiszen belátnak és van egy ismétlődő -talán sorompó - zaj a szomszédból folyamatosan. Nekünk kicsit giccses a belső.
