- Francesca (7/5): A pleasant stay in the end thanks to the room change, although the initial handling of the situation could have been mor - The new room I received the last day of my stay was exactly what I had expected when booking. The breakfast staff and night shift employee were also genuinely kind and welcoming, and the location of the hotel is very nice. Unfortunately, the balcony doors in my first room did not properly close or lock and would reopen due to airflow when opening the main room door. Although the issue was acknowledged, the handling from reception felt rather cold and lacking empathy. The first room also showed some maintenance issues which gave the impression it had not been properly checked beforehand.

It's directly on the waterfront, which makes it a perfect entryway to Lakeshore trails The room had some minor repairs that were pending. Nothing you couldn't get around. I'm fine with noise, but there's definitely some street traffic noise.

- EDOARDO (10/5): - Posizionato proprio di fronte al mare l'hotel ha delle camere graziose e abbastanza spaziose e dotate di tutto ciò che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Gestione del parcheggio migliorabile
- IGNAZIO (9/5): Cagnes, bella nella parte a mare e molto bella nella città vecchia medioevale. - Posizione ottima davanti la promenade a 50 metri dalla spiaggia . Camera con vista mare. Colazione ottima, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, frutta fresca. Marmellate e torte molto buone. Abbiamo cenato due sere in albergo. Cucina ricercata, materie prime ottime. Un plauso allo staff del ristorante, attenti al servizio e cordiali. Il prezzo del parcheggio. Euro 19 al giorno per un parcheggio scoperto e non custodito mi sembra eccessivo.

- Fredrik (3/5): Lever ej upp till att vara 4-stjärnigt. Gammalt och ofräscht. - Nära stranden Fick ett rum i sidobyggnaden, våning 5 utan hiss och väldigt smala och trånga trappor. Luktade illa och på rummet luktade det avlopp och var flugor på toaletten. Ofräscht!

- Gerhard (10/5): Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer und Nizza ist leicht mit dem Zug zu erreichen. - Wunderschönes Hotel in Toplage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant schmeckte uns ausgezeichnet! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Réserver une chambre dite supérieure avec terrasse qui surplombe les déchets de travaux et autres gravats ce n’est pas normal. Les contours de la baignoire sont sales , poils, moisissures. Portes qui claquent toutes la nuit à cause des grooms. Très moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Le petit déjeuner était très médiocre, pas beaucoup de choix, très peu de mets chauds, souvent pas beaucoup en termes de quantité ce qui fait que si une famille est passée avant il ne reste plus rien. Très peu de fruits frais. La chambre est agréable mais rien d’exceptionnel. Litterie confortable. 1 produit de toilette pour tout: savon pour les mains, savon pour le corps et shampooing.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux. Je remercie Nayla pour son professionnalisme et ses explications à notre arrivée. Merci également à Bogdan pour son accueil tout aussi agréable et la belle surprise organisée pour l’anniversaire de ma fille, qui nous a beaucoup touchées. Rien à signaler, tout était parfait.
