Guest Reviews
- karencX2322PC (8/5): A good small hotel - A good small hotel right in the centre of Bingham. The parking is a real plus. Breakfast was delicious.
- Mark (8/5): Cosy staff with friendly staff in the centre of Bingham - Well-located hotel in the centre of Bingham, easy to drive to and park. Cosy and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast in the morning - all at a good rate! Whilst the room had been done up very well, it seemed like the bathroom had been forgotten about. Although at first glance it seemed clean enough, the tiling in the shower area looked a little grotty, which was a bit unappealing.
- Tanya (10/5): Perfect - Location perfect . The restaurant underneath was lovely , food delicious , staff polite , clean rooms and comfortable bed . Will definitely visit again!
- Jim (9/5): A lovely quirky small hotel with excellent breakfasts - Nice decor, clean, interesting design.
Cooked breakfast fantastic
Free parking
- Julie (10/5): - The staff were lovely. The hotel was comfortable and I loved it's 'quirkiness' The service in the restaurant was quite slow on the Friday evening

- Karen (8/5): Was good for a one night stay while visiting family in the area. Would stay again! - Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Decoration in the corridors was a bit odd, looked like they had half painted and not finished. Not sure if this is work in progress as there were no notices to advise. Bathrooms need some attention and are very small.
- Ben (10/5): -
- Eddie (8/5): Very good value for money - Room lean and comfortable although wet room was a bit strange - got very wet all over

- Mark (10/5): It did what it said on the tin, would absolutely book again - We arrived on Sunday and the Chinese restaurant was serving all you could eat freshly cooked food. it was delicious and very reasonably priced. It also had a really nice atmosphere. The room was fine, clean and well looked after.

- Helen (9/5): - Helpful staff. Great location
- Debra (8/5): Friendly staff. Very clean meal in the restaurant was very good - Porridge was very thin. Toast more like warm bread. Very good choice of items but no fresh fruit Mattress was very uncomfortable

- Kurbet (6/5): Great staff, let down by details. - The location was good and the staff were fantastic. The car park was nice and roomy. Excellent breakfast. The king size room wasn't very big. The TV kept flitting in and out making it impossible to watch anything.
The hairdryer was wired into the wall socket across the other side of the room from the desk and the mirror.
The toilet wasn't easy to flush and took several attempts before finally flushing.
The light switches above the bed were too high to be reached without sitting up.
- Garry (8/5): Very convenient location for overnight stay in Bingham - Very convenient location. Stylish decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again! Single room was a little bit dated, but was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was average.
- Steve (10/5): Perfect place to stay , superb breakfast included - Everything, it was the attention to detail, they had thought of everything Absolutely nothing

N/A
- Mark Lingard (10/5): - Excellent value for money, room was clean and warm . Breakfast was very high quality ingredients and no problem with us bringing our big ole dog with us. The bar looks like a banana splits set and this is a very good thing.
- Yolande (10/5): -
- David (10/5): Abs - Great atmosphere wonderful decor
- Paul (10/5): - Excellent service. Comfortable room with great accessories, including coffee machine.
- Catherine (10/5): little gem of a place - This place was so different from the outside, its unique decoration was very opulent. The room was warm and clean with everything you would need, the staff helpful too. The meal in the restaurant was of high quality and extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend.
- Ian (7/5): A budget room but good for the price we paid - The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice of cereals, pastries, preserves etc. The full English was really nice No heating in the shower room and also no sink in there which meant you had to go into the bedroom to wash your hands
- Mary (5/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful I was aware it was a basic double but didn’t realise it would be so small
- Childrens (10/5): - Everything was great
- deewL2108LZ (8/5): A Hidden Gem - A hidden gem in Bingham .. Professional courteous & attentive staff … nothing to much trouble .. accommodation quaint & clean .. super restaurant below .. will definitely be going again … 3 mins walk from railway too …

- Ashley (9/5): A very pleasant surprise. Great little hotel in a nice small town - Nice accommodation. Good Size Car Park. Great Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel.
- Jeremy (9/5): Excellent hotel, very clean rooms - Rooms very clean and well equipped. Staff excellent and breakfast very good The Chinese restaurant linked to it is worth missing. Very ordinary food, bordering on poor

- Joy (8/5): Convenient and friendly staff. Very accommodating and great value for money. - Convenient location and lovely staff. Excellent breakfast included.
Very good Chinese restaurant attached. Food was delicious. . The bathroom was a bit dated and the room quite small for a double. It was a little noisy as we were on the roadside.
- dongV6014EA (10/5): Very nice - Really nice place, room was small but very comfortable, accommodation is going through a revamp and to a good standard, staff very helpful and breakfast well worth trying we loved it
- La (8/5): - Fantastic breakfast and coffee! Staff were very helpful.
- peterbR2138ZI (10/5): Breakfast - Fantastic. Easy check in, no fuss or drama. Always professional service.
Breakfast is so calm, the lady who manages it is so focused on customer satisfaction and enjoyment, an absolute credit to you. It's my shame that she knows my name but I don't know herself.
- Sandra (8/5): -
- I1924VMkerryh (6/5): Disappointed - Disappointed. The bathroom (and bathroom floor) really needs replacing, it was old and dirty, and I was reluctant to use it. I didn’t get towels in the room my first night and had to ask for them at breakfast the following morning (it was too late when I realised). The bedding was yellowish and there were stains on the duvet and pillows. I was looking forward to using the restaurant to find it closed on the first evening of my stay and then having to step over a large Alsatian to get to the restaurant the next night put me off eating there. I hadn’t realised that the hotel allowed dogs into the bar and restaurant. I thought I would enjoy my stay here - sadly I didn’t. All I look for from a hotel is a nice bath, clean bed and an evening meal and sadly didn’t get this here.
- Keith (8/5): -
- david (8/5): Great staff and breakfast - Staff, bed and breakfast were excellent Rooms were small and previous build looks like they used cheaper quality components and poor design, causing wear and need to update.
- Martin (9/5): - Very Comfortable room, superb breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, off street parking, rooms are a bit hot
- Benjamin (10/5): -
- Vivien (8/5): Just right for our overnight stay - Conveniently located, friendly staff, good accommodation and breakfast
- dawns448 (10/5): Recommend Bingham Townhouse for an outstanding visit/stay. - From check in to check out, our whole experience was fantastic.
Prior to arrival I had completed the registration form, stating that I have difficulty with stairs. We had been given one of their accessible rooms.
On arrival we were greeted by a very cheerful receptionist, who signed us in, gave us our key and instruction on where to find our room.
Our room was of a good size, clean with a fresh smell to it as we entered it. Unfortunately there was feathered duvets on our beds, my daughter being allergic to these, she asked if it was possible to have a non-feathered duvet. Within the hour one was brought to our room.
Breakfast in the mornings had plenty of choice, something for everyone. I highly recommended the sausages.
We found that staff were always friendly, happy, cheerful and had a willingness to please their guests.
We will defiantly be staying again on our next visit to the area.
- Ash (8/5): Lovely staff. nice place to stay - Very good breakfast nicely served
- Kurt (10/5): Big thank you to Nigel 🙏🏼gentleman and renata was lovely aswell 😊highly recommend staying there.kind regards Kurt - Lovely place and restaurant 😊

- Sandra (8/5): A surprise gem of a hotel i am so happy to have come across o n my travels. Really quite unique! - The hotel is is a fabulous quirky mix of Victorian build but inside rustic oriental, warm , hospitable, refreshments, water filter machine available in halls to room, plenty of towels, soap and the room decorated in the quaint oriental style.
The accommodation is extremely comfortable and food, excellent, the cuisine is cantonese here, the staff are excellent in their consideration of their guests.
At breakfast, i came down to continental and a menu covering an impressive full English selection and other alternatives providing Gluton free and vegan if required. There was a gentle 'zen'music playing in the background.
The hotel could benefit from a little re paint to certain areas but do you know, i think this adds to the quirky rustic-ness of it.
I have another 2 days stay here this week and am so looking forward to the calm ambience of this hotel.
Sandie The hotel also is a restaurant so parking could be a little tight , having said that, the hotel does have good parking but the popularity of it means that it fills up on an evening pretty quickly.
The hotel has an electric charger which is amazing and invaluable.

- Anthonyb1977 (9/5): -
- Michele (10/5): Lovely hotel with fabulous Chinese restaurant -
- David (10/5): - Excellent choices for breakfast. Coffee was disappointing.
- Michael (8/5): One night away for a family do; ideally situated and staff went above & beyond - Location, staff, breakfast N/A
- theoriginalsid (8/5): Great find. - We were at a family party in the area. Lovely little hotel in a nice market town. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier; it was reasonably priced and aldo included a great breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and functional if a little tired. They appear to be refurbishing the corridors on the 1st floor so it will hopefully be finished soon. I would return if I needed accommodation in the area
- Philip (8/5): Great hotel...unruly guests - I stay here regularly and enjoy everything about the hotel-well designed rooms, great breakfast options, friendly staff Unfortunately my trip on this occasion was spoilt by the occupants of the room above me who throughout the night ( up until 5am) kept up an unrelenting cacophony of noise -banging,crashing and wailing.Seemingly no regard for the other guests and the hotel's fixtures and fittings
- Rupert (9/5): Stay for a nearby wedding - Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing really not to like, bathroom was a bit dated but everything worked.
- Kim (8/5): A very happy stay! We hope to return soon! - The staff were welcoming, the food excellent and the room clean and comfortable. The situation is on a one way street which threw us first time.
- Peter (10/5): -
- X3047BPruthd (10/5): Loved this quirky place! - What a great place this is! From start to finish everyone we met was so welcoming and friendly. Our twin room was t huge, but was perfectly adequate for our requirements and we felt good value for money. Yes - could maybe do with a bit of TLC on the landing but it wasn’t an issue for us. We ate from the bar menu. Delicious, and a good price for what we had. Fab cocktails. There were a number of us staying who were going to a evening wedding reception elsewhere and when our taxis didn’t appear at the right time, the owner ( sorry - don’t get his name) said he’d take us in his vehicle! That’s defo going the extra mile! Pardon the pun. He didn’t need to in the end but the fact he offered was amazing customer service. Breakfast was brief for us as we had to get off but excellent selection both hot and cold. Would love to come back and explore Bingham and surrounding area more. Well done on the customer service throughout!
- Ian (10/5): Perfect one night stay. - Great location in the centre of Bingham.
Hotel was very clean and cheerfully decorated.
Room (12) was clean, bed comfortable, in room facilities were good. Room was very warm, bit too warm for our liking.
Bathroom was ok.
Checking in was very simple.
Car park was accessible and right behind the hotel, we did miss the entrance initially and had to do another lap of the town as it’s on a one way street.
Breakfast was really tasty, I had the full English which used decent bacon and sausages. Served very nice coffee.
All the staff were really polite and helpful.
Would definitely stay again if going back to Bingham. Nothing to speak of.
- Ruth (8/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Ron (8/5): Pleasant stay all round - Nice combination of comfortable rooms with excellent Chinese restaurant and lounge making for a special kind of hotel. The finishing off in the bathroom was poor but easily remedied with a capable handyman with an eye for detail.
- Philip (10/5): -

- Claire (8/5): Comfy amd good breakfast - Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant/bar area is beautifully decorated and a good atmosphere. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Having the lift was appreciated as I had luggage. It was a little pricey for a small single room. But overall it was nice.
- benedict (8/5): - Nice Querky hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant The hotel was in the process of being refurbished
- L5564MHsarahg (10/5): Excellent staff and customer service - Excellent customer service. The staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent value for money.
