Gary (10/5): - Parking was convenient and safe. All areas were very clean. The only complaint is that the top sheet on our bed was so thin it had holes in the hem line.
Matthew (2/5): - Terrible experience from start to finish. Booked through Expedia and, upon check-in, was given a room literally next to the front door. When I asked about it, the front desk almost gleefully told me “those rooms” are reserved for Expedia guests. Unreal. To make matters worse, I had initially booked the wrong night, canceled immediately, and re-booked correctly—yet the hotel charged me for both nights and flatly refused to credit me back. The property itself has potential, but the way it’s run feels unprofessional, nickel-and-dime, and downright shady. Plenty of better places to stay—avoid this one.

If u need to be close to campus...well it's on campus so... just realize it's a historic building and it comes with all the charm and quirks of having a long history. Staff was very kind to package up some things that I left behind which I have never been successful in getting done anywhere else!! Thank you guys!!

Gage (8/5): - Great location and staff was very friendly/helpful but the hotel itself is very outdated. Our room’s air conditioner did not work. The engineering staff was great but it was unfortunately a weekend. They gave us another bed upstairs and we were able to sleep there and keep our stuff down in the other room. Staff was great from front desk to engineer. They’re doing the best they can with the condition of the hotel. Owners just need to do desperately needed upgrades to the hotel.

It’s such a relaxing atmosphere which made me feel at home. Now that I know about this hotel, I won’t stay anywhere else while visiting Fayetteville Highly recommend!!
Angela (10/5): Full of charm - Such a charming Inn! Thr staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, no exaggeration. We also had a small sleeper sofa, tucked into a nook under a window, which was lovely to cozy up on with a book. There were the cutest sitting areas throughout the halls. Can’t wait to go back!

The room was spotless: crisp linens, no dust, and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was cozy and pillows were plump—perfect for crashing after travel. Very clean and elegant, bed was comfortable and I loved the down and fluffy pillows. Also, loved to wrap around porch to lounge and hang out at. Ellas was quiet and the burger and fries are really good. I wish a had more time to walk around this area and take in all its beauty. My only complaints is the room was small and the bathroom floor was slanted

You hear everyone exit…especially in the AM. I booked through a 3rd party at a discount. I think they give their downscale rooms to such. For an allegedly 1st class place I thought, too, that it was a little bit chincy to require a dang ticket for a cup of coffee. It was nice—but for those issues.

Walking in on original hardwood floors seeing the history was so nostalgic. It truly was an honor and a privilege staying there. I highly recommend anyone who's traveling through Fayetteville to stay and be blanketed in the history of such a place

The porch I loved! Our room was first floor and we only had to walk a few steps to sit on the porch. Nice views from there. Everything was blooming and I enjoyed the fragrance of the flowers too. Parking was on site and plenty.

The room was on the 3rd floor and had a funky design for historical building and lighting was not there. AC unit was right above our bed, not a good idea. Bedding was great! The convenience of the hotel being on the University of Arkansas campus was nice and close to my daughter Apt.

sashat660 (10/5): Historic Old Charm - Charming and beautiful property with lots of history conveniently located on the college campus and just blocks from Dickson St in the downtown and the stadium. Beautiful wraparound porch and overlooking the Old Main Lawn. Room was simple but nicely decorated. They had a restaurant and a nice bar with a great vibe. The front desk staff, specifically Terrence, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Every staff member was great and made our stay wonderful. We ate a Ella's Table for brunch on Sunday. Food was excellent as well as serving staff. The convenience of stay on campus made our visit to the university to easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend Inn at Carnall Hall.

Hotel was quiet, we slept well, beds comfortable.A/C unit a bit loud, unfortunately we didn't get to eat there, but heard food id really good. location is great, walking distance to the Sillas Hunt Hall, so we didn't have to look for parking lot.

216beverlyt (10/5): The Inn at Carnall Hall - A Perfect Blend of Vintage and New - A hidden gem on the campus of University of Arkansas. First a women's dorm, now a quaint, vintage, non-chain Inn. A restraunt and bar are downstairs. There is so much history everywhere. Beautiful historical photos adorn the halls. Large wrap around southern porches with rocking chairs are available. Large spiral staircases lead to rooms. Rooms are just right. Not far from downtown and great walking routes on the campus. Great blend of vintage and new.

Poor cable TV with just channels and no movie choices. Room, and particularly the bathroom, never got to warm temperature. We left early.

Bellew_Dallas (10/5): My happy place - Just got back home from another incredible weekend at the Inn. We love this hotel and stay here 8-10 times per year. Lambeth Lounge is my favorite place to hang out in Fayetteville. The bartenders Alex, Evan and Jacob are by far the best! Their creations have literally won them state wide recognition and they are constantly creating new ones. I highly recommend a weekend getaway to the Inn.

Alex, Evan, and Jacob in the bar ALWAYS take great care of us. They remember our names, our preferences, and give us hugs like they genuinely enjoy seeing us when we stay there. Highly recommend staying here when in Fayetteville!
dorannp (10/5): Very nice experience - The bedding was great! Very nice pillows. Sheree at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was great at the Ella’s table. We will definitely be back. Only issue would be that you have to walk up a big flight of stairs on porch to get into hotel. I didn’t see any luggage trolleys so be prepared to carry luggage .

Rubyredulla (9/5): Pleasant stay - The room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great to explore Fayetteville from. The automatic entrance doors were not working so we had to push them open, which is quite difficult when you are trying to push a trolley with heavy suitcases through. It was an ordeal both when we were checking in and checking out. We would have rated a 10 if not for this.

Never have I stayed with the biggest, most comfortable, fluffiest bed in the world that allowed me to dream all night long. The service here was impeccable with all staff. I had the chance to get to know Stella at the coffee/bar, and Brandon the engineer. They were remarkable and truly added to a most “Wowing” experience. The chocolate chips cookies added a very nice touch at the front counter as well. Thank you all for a dreamy place! We will be back soon!

M7142IWjohns (10/5): A hidden Gem in Fayetteville - This is a hidden gem in the heart of the University of Arkansas Campus. It is a small hotel, having formerly been a sorority house. I have stayed there a few times, and have had a business event there. The facilities are lovely and nostalgic, the staff is extremely pleasant and pleasant and goes the extra mile, and the location can't be beat. If you need to go to Fayetteville, this is a charming and terrific option.
sandra (4/5): - We were roomed on the first floor (smelled like the basement). The level of humidity in the room was almost unbearable, the loud AC unit did absolutely nothing - Thank GOD for the ceiling fan - that was the only thing keeping us and the 3 bathroom cockroaches cool.
greenfish123 (10/5): Worth a stay - I stayed at Carnall Hall three times this summer. Different room each time. It's a very cool, historic building that has served both as dorms & classrooms for U of A. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are comfortable and clean. Hallways are a bit hot and humid in the summer. The price is on the high side considering the rooms, but you're paying to stay in a very unique building right on U of A campus. And, the restaurant - Ella's - is FABULOUS. Worth a stay just so you have an excuse to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there!
