• Stefan (8/5): - Résidence très bon marché, directement sur la promenade de Cap d'Agde : Avantages : • Emplacement idéal : directement sur la promenade et relativement central • Prix très abordable • Clients : bon mélange de familles et de jeunes • Climatisation • Kitchenette avec micro-ondes • Réfrigérateur • 2 piscines → suffisamment de place autour de la piscine • Petit kit d’accueil avec des produits de nettoyage Inconvénient : • Pas de Wi-Fi dans les appartements • Pas de poubelle (juste une petite dans la salle de bain). • La climatisation, bien que moderne, ne suffisait pas vraiment pour les températures d’août, selon moi. Autres infos : Supermarché "Carrefour" à 10 minutes à pied Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour !

• Jocelyne (8/5): - Dans l'ensemble notre séjour a été agréable. Par contre le lit est trop bas, puis nous avons eu peur une nuit alarme incendie s'est déclarée, elle se remettait en marche, heureusement celà ne venait pas de notre appartement.

Les seuls points négatifs sont que le personnel de la réception n'est vraiment pas sympathique, la politesse leur semble étrangère, de plus l'attente était très longue le jour de notre arrivée. Peut-être aussi revoir les matelas car ils sont tellement fins qu'incomfortables. Malgré ces points nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour.

• Alexia D. (8/5): Bon séjour - Bien situé, le logement n'était pas très propre et lors de l'arrivée à la réception nous avons dû attendre 2h pour avoir le logement...les services et loisirs indiqués n'étaient pas tous présents (laverie en panne et pas de table de ping pong).

• GUY (8/5): bon ...mais dommage sur les points mentionnés - quelques jours de repos , mais malheureusement je comptais utiliser internet ....mais limité uniquement dans la zone reception ,mais pas dans les chambres (ce qui m'a un peu pénalisé) ...aussi le manque de prises de courant ....et chambre en RDC (alors que je pensais avoir un chambre en étage avec vue sur le port!!!) ............mis à part cela mon séjour a été agréable

• Paul M (8/5): Improving but some issue still need attention - The residence is conveniently situated iin the centre of Cap d'Agde. The setting and grounds are well maintained and there are two well kept swimming pools. Reception was helpful offering me a choice of rooms. The room was basic but had been recently received an ugrade with a new bathroom and shower. The residence has recently been required to invest in 24 security, which were reassuring and the staff pleasant. The disappointing area was the small kitchenette. No sharp knife, no frying pan, precluded anything but take-away pizza. Even salads were difficult to make without a knife! No black rubbish bags provided and no recyling bins made gettring rid of rubbish a chore. I have stayued here before and the residence is definitely improving bhut still has some wey to go which should be achievable with more attentiuon to some small issues.

A refaire - Réserve au dernier moment pour 1 nuit pour un couple Quit de bienvenue Très bel emplacement juste a côté du port Appartement très fonctionnel avec une cafetière filtre, clim.tv Pensez à apporter draps et housse d'oreiller serviettes de bain tapis de bain et serviette de cuisine Jour du Départ 10h mais on peut encore profiter de la piscine toute le journee Parking gratuit a 200 mètres a part le samedi pour cause de marché. Sur le port petit dej a 6.90 euros

• Johan (2/5): Disappointed - Still waiting for €300 deposit to be returned 4 days later but quick to debit €51 tab I ran up.Why a deposit request then.No option of bedding/linen.No towels.Pathetic shower.Bought own toiletpaper as bargirl didnt understand what I asked for as she was only 1 on duty.Dont even understand when you ask for a beer.Only says 'what' when you ask for something.Pathetic overall.Nic pool.No way to even fry an egg as utensils werent there like spatchelor.Coffee machine had no filter.No kettle.Overall crappy place.
• Jack (6/5): Dont go here - The staff dont speak english. The facilities are Rubbish like the pool is only open from June- August. The bed was so dirty i found other peoples hail clippings. The reception aint even open all the time.
• Paul M (8/5): Basic but Conveninent - Basic accommodation in this popular area. Free WiFi but it only worked in reception area.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Very poor service - I checked in at 5:00pm, got the key and placed my baggage in the room, I went out and returned at 8:30pm, I founded there was no bed sheet and blanket covers, no towel and no soap in the room, I then got to the reception, it was locked and nobody there! I slept directly on the mattress.
• Mike (6/5): Needs proper shower in bathroom - Agathea is a typical holiday appartment hotel in the heart of Cap'd'Agde. Space in the apartment itself is limited but the facilities - bar, swimming pool are better than the average in this locality. Bed linen is charged seperately which is not always the case. Garage facilities are available at a reasonable extra charge which is useful as parking in the town centre is very restricted and generally chargeable by the hour. The bathromm is below standard with no proper shower facilities, a hand shower only provided.
• Ben (6/5): Like the resort; not in its prime but still good - We had a good stay in nice beds. Out of hours reception is by a security guard who sorted out checkin no problem. The hotel is dated but that should not put you off. The room we had was a small family rom with a double bed and single bunk beds. Rooms are shotgun style with a corridor running the length of the apartment and bedrooms off of it; shower and bathroom, then bunk beds, then double bed in the same room as the kitchen and tabl, and leading to a balcony. For the price this is a good place for the beds and facilities you get. Nearby Agde and Cap d'Agde have lots of bars and restaurants and ice cream shops.
• Mike (8/5): Convenient but far from luxary accommodation. - Accommodation was adequate. Noisy at times during the night due to Clubbers returning. Very cramped accommodation. No proper shower. Service abrupt at times but it was quite busy. Car parking facilities welcome even though they were charged extra for.
• F (2/5): Location apart, everything else was pretty bad - The residence was well located in between the Marina facilities / restaurants and the fun fair, clubs and water-park, if you intend to go to the naturist village that’s 15 mins drive away. Location however is the only good thing of the residence, reception is seldom open, we arrived late in the evening and we received the keys from the security. The room was fairly basic and a bit dated, there were no towels nor sheets for the beds (for which one has to pay extra) nor toiletries (no shampoo, no soap) which I would have expected; we got a set of sheets on the following day and although clean they had a few holes in them. In order to lock the window we had to use a wooden stick because the actual lock on the window was broken. The room was not particularly well soundprofed and one can easily hear the noise coming from other rooms and from the street. Wifi connection and parking (which we did not get) were fairly expensive. At check-out (from 8 to 10 am only) we left the set of sheets and towels in the room and we were told that we had to go back to the room and hand them over to reception. I do not recommend this accommodation and I would not stay there again if I decide to go back to Cap d’Agde.
