• Jasmin Sabrina (2/5): - BUCHT DIESES HOTEL NICHT! Es ist nicht nur dreckig,sondern gefährlich !!! Vom Hotel MLL Carribean,wegen Überbuchung verlegt worden ins MLL Beach Resort.Wurde uns als besonders schön verkauft,mit 4 Pools,Animations Prg. und wunderschönen Zimmern.Als Entschuldigung würde man uns upgraden auf All inclusive (was wir absolut nicht nötig hatten).Wir wurden mit dem Taxi dort hin gebracht, vermtl. zur Ablenkung damit uns nicht sofort bewusst wurde wie die Straße verläuft. Das Hotel liegt an einer viel steileren Straße zum Strand und scheint weiter weg zu sein,weshalb wir nur einmal am Tag runter gehen konnten,da es für meine Mutter zu anstrengend war diese Straße wieder zurück zu gehen. Dort angekommen stellten wir die Koffer unter und warteten bis wir einchecken konnten.Was uns schon dabei komisch vor kam-Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht und wurden schon komisch angeschaut und gefragt „Oh,sie haben zwei Zimmer gebucht…“,man ging weg und gab uns die Zimmerkarten und ein Plan vom „Resort“…man kreiste ein Hotel ein und sagte das wäre unseres… schaute mit das an und auf Nachfrage ob wir denn dann unten aus dem Tor zum Resort raus müssen,wurde es bejaht.Man hätte im Resort nichts mehr frei,aber das Hotel gehört dazu und wäre super. Und so liefen wir…und liefen. Schäbige Ecke und dann standen wir vor unserem „NUBIA Hotel“... defektes Türschloss,defekte Balkontür,Schimmel,Dreck, alte Bettwäsche, System. Überbuchung. anschl. versuchen sie einen Mundtot zu machen damit man nicht reklamiert.

• Hellen Fayne (4/5): - Deberían avisar que el todo incluido solo entra 3 bebidas por persona y que las bebidas con álcool no entra en todo eso,las opciones de comida la verdad son muy escasas y no varían mucho.
• CRISTINA (4/5): - Pros: The property is very close to the beach, very hard working staff, very polite. Con: very noisy, the location of the hotel didn't had any spaces for parking, the elevators wasn't working and they where very poor maintained. Poor quality and diversity of the dining. For 3star hotel is very poor . Thank you for the experience, but will not go back only if majors improvements will be made.
• Elisa (4/5): - Das Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich und ziemlich geschmacklos. Die Betten waren bei der Ankunft nicht sauber und die Dusche war unten undicht sodass jedes Mal nach dem duschen die Fließen komplett nass waren. 1 Fahrstuhl von 4 hat funktioniert. Gute Lage und Busverbindung nach Palma direkt vor dem Hotel. Service am Empfang war immer nett und hilfsbereit
• Christoph (6/5): - Es ist alles ganz okay. Zimmer, Essen, Sauberkeit. Gibt auch zwei Pools. Umfeld ist hässlich, aber das weiß man bei der Buchung. Aufzüge nerven, weil überfüllt/funktionieren nicht. Ich empfehle das Hotel aber, aber nur für 2-3 Nächte bei wenig Anspruch.

• Alessandro (4/5): - Il servizio di ristorazione è ripetitivo e poco curato. La piscina al primo piano è carina e durante la giornata vengono proposte attività di intrattenimento per tutti. L'albergo è principalmente occupato da tedeschi e in generale la zona in cui è situato è rumorosa.

La habitación tenía bastantes desperfectos, muchas cosas rotas, las cortinas no tapaban la luz, la cisterna no paraba de sonar, y se escuchaban ruidos a todas horas. Mi salida era a las 12:00 y a las 11:00 había una chica gritando en la puerta que tenía que salir, cuando puse el cartel de no molestar.

• Lars-Stian Bjørneseth (4/5): - Et helt OK hotell for budsjettferie, men renhold, utvalg i «all inclusive» er ikke noe særlig. Ensformige måltider, det som er inkludert ellers er brus/småkaker ved poolbaren, resten må kjøpes i tillegg. Hadde booket fem netter, byttet hotell etter to. Dårlig luft og ikke særlig renslig på rommene. Rom i 8. etg uten fungerende heiser og null aircondition i fellesarealene blir ekstremsport i tettbygd strøk.
• Katia (8/5): - Beim Check-in Geduld mitbringen, es waren sehr viele Ankünfte. Saison bedingt natürlich. Handkehrum war der Check-out in 10sek. durch. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht wie angegeben, aber besser als keine Luft im Zimmer. Kühlschrank und Safe muss gemietet werden.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotellet var fint i sig selv, lidt slidt men det er også billigt og hvad man kan forvente. Sengene var ok og rengøring var også fint. Men området er virkelig skrækkeligt, fulde tyskere og hollændere over alt, virkelig ikke det værd at spare et par tusinde. Der er utrygt og alle restauranter er lidt halv ulækre og hotellet (især fordi det er billigt), er fyldt med unge, larmende og meget fulde mennesker. Vi boede i værelse ved siden af en mor med sit barn, som tog ud og festede og lod barnet være grædende alene hjemme. Da vi konfronterede moren med at hun råbte meget af barnet, begyndte hun at genere os i stedet. Det er et virkelig mærkeligt sted og kun noget for dig, hvis du er ung og kun er ude på at feste og bo billigt.
• Philip Lukas (6/5): - Ich finde das Hotel schön und in der Nähe des Strandes, Restaurants oder Partys. Umgebung über einen etwas schmutzigen oder unangenehmen Geruch. Ich erwarte mehr Sauberkeit, der Boden wurde nicht abgewischt, ansonsten waren die Zimmer und Korridore sauber und ordentlich. Essen und Trinken waren nicht besonders. Trotzdem kann ich dieses Hotel für die kurzen Urlaubstage empfehlen.
• Jean (4/5): - Bei Ankunft 5 Stunden auf funktionierende Zimmerkarte gewartet und fremde Person hatte Zutritt zu unseren Zimmer.Essen oft kalt und angebrannt.Säfte und Kaffee ungenießbar.2 von drei Fahrstühlen dauerhaft außer betrieb.Erbrochenes der Gäste auf dem Fensterbrett des Flurs nicht beseitigt.
• Thomas (4/5): - Als wir einchecken wollten war eine lange Schlange an der Rezeption. Als wir an der Reihe waren hiess es es ist kein Zimmer frei. Wir wurden zum MLl BayHotel geschickt. Dort gab man uns ein 3 Bettzimmer im Appartement Hause Gobi 2 Sterne. Niemals wieder MLL
• Verified traveler (4/5): Don't come if you want to sleep - This place would be fine, if it weren't for the drunk tourists. I was there on a Saturday, and there was a group of men that would not stop knocking on my (and everyone else on the floor) door. At one point, they were running and throwing their bodies against all doors trying to get in. This happened at two points through the night, and included a passed out drunk person in the hall. I called the front desk multiple times. I think they either need security, or need to put keyed entry at the entrance. I understand this is the rowdy side of town, but you should at least be able to sleep without be harassed by drunk tourists.
• Gyula (4/5): Túl szép fotók egy ócska szállásról - Szoba koszos és rossz állapotú, nagyon hangos. Fürdőszoba katasztrófa :( Az étkezés elfogadható. Semmilyen szolgáltatás nem vehető igénybe, amivel hirdetik, teljes átvágás (medence zárva, “wellness”zárva, automaták csak pénzt nyelnek, az all inclusiv pedig nem igaz, ez maximum teljes ellátás lehetne borral és sörrel, mindenért külön fizetni kell, még az ásványvízért is. A személyzet viszont kedves, kérésre segítőkész.

• Nick (6/5): - Also gleich vorneweg: es war ein Trip zum Ballermann und wir haben 30€/pro Nacht für ein Einzelzimmer bezahlt. Ich kann mir Kauf vorstellen, dass hier jemand seine zwei Wochen Jahresurlaub verbringt. Quasi alles ist kaputt, Fliesen, Spiegel, Türen, Fenster. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Aber es ist nah am Strand und relativ nah am Megapark wie gesagt, was will man für 30€ pro Nacht erwarten.

About 40 minutes from the airport on the bus which was only 5 Euros or about 18 by taxi. Friendly staff at Reception. Bus Stop to and from the Airport literally yards away.

• Hendrik (8/5): - Alles zweckmäßig aber für einen Party Urlaub auf Mallorca gut. Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal nett. Pool auf Dachterasse vorhanden. Ansonsten 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer und zur Playa. Megapark etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

• Karel (6/5): Weekly stay in July. - As a positive, I would say that the hotel is located near the beach, a short distance from the airport and Palma de Mallorca with good bus connections. The food was also of a good standard. Large selection of fruit, meat and vegetables. On the other hand, the surroundings of the hotel are unsightly with old buildings without trees and flowers. Absolutely unsuitable for families with children. There are a lot of young Germans who make noise until the early hours. I recommend asking for a room on a higher floor with a sea view.
• Angie (4/5): - We haven’t checked in as we lost the cruise due a taxi strike and we got to the port 20 mins later than the cruise boat was closed and capt didn’t want to let us in, Expedia never sent us tickets or itinerary and nothing so max cruise was asking to contact u we r in spain now trying to catch the second city of the cruise however is unacceptable form Expedia the coordination to the cruise, I’ve sent an email to complain and haven’t heard anything from Expedia, I demand compensation for hotels and flights we have taken as this is not comunication from Expedia

• Marko (8/5): - Lähellä rantaa, hyvä aamiainen ja hyvä wifi (ravintolan alueella vähän heikommin ja uima-altaalla vaihtelevasti). Huoneen siivous olisi voinnut olla parempi ja siivouksen jälkeen oli aina pakko tuulettaa huonetta, siivouksessa käytetty tosi voimakkaan tuoksuista pesuainetta. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Mercadona sekä Eroski ja niitten läheltä löytyy pari paikallista tapas ravintolaa.
• Stephan (10/5): Spitzen Hotel hinterlässt schöne Erinnerungen - Es war wunderbar. Sehr freundliches Personal, Preis/Leistung vom Essen war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind top, die Dachterasse mit Pool top, All-Inclusive-Option super. Nur der Speisesaal ist drinnen und etwas ungemütlich und laut. Es liegt aber eben auch mitten in Palma und hier gibt es nicht so viel Platz. Insgesamt war es aber ganz ganz toll. Vielen Dank!

• Alvaro (10/5): Buena opción para moverse por la isla - Un hotel bien situado, cerca del aeropuerto y de Palma, pero también próximo a la mayoría de las mejores calas del sur (30-40 min aproximadamente). También con buenas conexiones para ir a la Sierra de Tramuntana. Personal agradable y servicial, desayuno buffet bueno y habitaciones confortables. Es difícil aparcar cerca pero hay un descampado amplio no muy lejos. Cerca de la zona de costa donde hay mucho extranjero y con muchos supermercados y tiendas cerca.

• Roberto (4/5): - Arrived after midnight and the reception desk informed about overbooked hotel. So I had to go to another hotel 20 mins away for 1 night. This hotel was okay. But had to checkout next morning at 9.00 am. Checkin in the origin hotel was at 2.00 pm. The room was disappointing. Balkony without any view, nearly no daylight and toilet smell. Half board used only once. Breakfast sufficient, dinner was not very well. In total I would not recommend to stay there again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Prima hotel, eten okay, service minder. 3-persoonskamer geboekt, verbleven in een 2-persoonskamer met een extra bed. Veel te klein voor 3 volwassenen. En het derde bed was ook niet opgemaakt. Konden we zelf doen, want schoonmaak was niet meer aanwezig. Tevens ook te weinig handdoeken. Het eten was prima tot goed en gevarieerd. We all-inclusief. We hadden een late vlucht, maar hotelservice stopt letterlijk na uitchecken om 11 uur. Wel een bagage opslag en een douche, waar alleen het kraantje het van deed, waar je gebruik van kon maken, maar kregen geen handdoeken.

• Mari Carmen (6/5): Para una estancia cerca de la playa sin más - El comedor siempre la tope. La comida decente y casera. El personal excepcional, salvo el animandor que nos pareció un impresentable de cuidado; se burló a sus anchas de mi padre -sin haberle dado nadie pie a ello- mientras el pobre cenaba tranquilamente, este señor se puso a gesticular haciendo de mono zampón y a decir a voz en grito: "Eh tú Manolo, eh tú, oye tú, cómo nos ponemos eh, Manolo?" (y que le paguen por esto, en fin).

• Elena (8/5): Неплохо - Неплохой отель, вкусные разнообразные завтраки и ужины, в 2-3 минутах ходьбы расположен супермаркет, прямо у входа автобусная остановка, откуда можно сесть на автобус до Пальмы.В целом всё понравилось, единственное - очень шумно по ночам, народ внизу гуляет практически до утра, несколько раз просыпалась из-за пьяных воплей

Das Hotel war statt 100 Meter doch mindestens 300m entfernt. Im hotel direkt konnte man Autos mieten (ab 25€/Tag+3€volllasko, ohne kaution) was ein sehr großes Plus war.

• SEVERINE (4/5): Quelle déception ! - Arrivés à 22h30 à l’hôtel qui nous a transférés dans un autre hôtel de la chaîne MLL PALMA BAY CLUB RESORT qui n’avait rien avoir avec celui réservé : chambre avec 4 lits simples au lieu d’un lit double, télé cathodique au lieu d’écran plat et en plus il fallait payer pour avoir la télécommande, piscine non nettoyée (feuilles au fond), service all inclusive quasi inexistant car le snack était fermé, nourriture moyenne et identique presque toute la semaine, sans oublier les voisins très bruyants pour couronner le tout ! Points positifs, proximité du bord de mer à 5 minutes à pieds avec les arrêts de bus pour aller au centre de Palma, location de voiture directement à l’hôtel à un tarif très abordable. Bref séjour très médiocre dans cet hôtel, heureusement que l’île est magnifique et que nous en gardons quand même un bon souvenir !

Простой испанский отель.Номер был чистый и уютный.Еда в отеле разнообразная как на завтрак,так и на ужин.На против отеля остановка автобуса,что очень удобно для поездки в столицу Пальму.Рекомендую для не капризных путешественников.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Staff very rude. It was overbooking at the hotel and staff ignored me. Staff give a choice: reacomodation to another worse hotel or sleep go away sleeping outdoors. Expedia didn't help me. I were speaking with expedia 1.5 hours and it didn't help. I was living in bad hotel at the ground floor.

• Galina (6/5): - Отель произвел неплохое впечатление.В первую очередь хорошим питанием,расположением.Номера сингл очень маленькие,но есть кондиционер.Нет балконов.До пляжа 5минут идти.Но ближний пляж очень мелкий.Бармены женщины грубы,задерживают открытие бара на 10-15минут,все напитки только в маленьких пластиковых стаканах,несолидно для лобби бара.На гостевом платном компьютере перепутаны буквы на клавиатуре и очень криво обозначена собака,не догадаться...Элементарную регистрацию на два рейса делали полчаса,естественно продлевая за деньги время пользования.Рано утром в соседнем доме кричит попугай и шумно работают уборочные машины..не высыпались.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Etwas abgelegenes Hotel , aber die Zimmer sind ok. - Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, Zimmer sind sauber und ok. Auf dem Balkon zur Straße ist es laut. Zum Bierkoenig läuft man ca 25 Minuten mit schnellem Schritt, also weit abgelegen.

• naomi (2/5): Orribile - Non vi è nulla di positivo in questo hotel. Fetido lercio e puzzolente. Igiene inesistente, cibo vomitevole, camere squallide vecchie e sporchissime. Appena entrata nella stanza era evidente l’assenza di pulizia: capelli per terra e sul cuscino, briciole sul comodino. L’odore che esce dalla cucina è nauseabondo, per non parlare del fetore degli ascensori e del bagno di un metro quadrato. Il cibo é riciclato fino al completo esaurimento delle scorte ed è comunque di infima qualità. Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno. Se volete visitare Maiorca spostatevi nelle zone nord dell isola. Tenetevi lontani da questo hotel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Prima hotel in het centrum en dichtbij het strand. - Prima hotel voor jongeren. All inclusive. Eten is niet zo lekker. Ontbijt prima. Kleine kamers, maar netjes. Prima verblijf als je iedere avond uit gaat en overdag lekker aan het zwembad wilt liggen.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Grazioso hotel ma molto rumoroso - Ho soggiornato nel periodo di luglio, tutto veramente perfetto se non fosse stato per l'enorme chiasso durante l' intera notte dovuta a turisti che bevono nelle terrazze delle camere e che di conseguenza fanno schiamazzi tengono musica ad alto volume. Si ritorna a casa stanchi!

• John (8/5): - In keeping with many of the previous reviews , I must point out to potential travellers that this resort has become a bit like the 'The Magalluf for Germans' (I was here 25 years ago, and it was nothing like it is now) However , there are many, many, plus points I'd like to also point out , that might just sway you back in favour of going :- Hotel - Is relatively modern in style, and kept very clean and tidy. All staff (reception, dining, cleaning, bar) work extremely hard . Rooms are spacious with a decent balcony (though not much of a view) Large bathroom with walk-in shower , and hairdryer. Food - We found the standard to be pretty good - plentiful, fresh, and varied . Restaurant can get a bit busy at times (some of the younger folk tend to move around in large groups - if 2 or 3 groups come in it's a bit of a tsunami !) Facilities - Lovely pools , especially the rooftop one (no bar up there though) . Bar in lower pool is OK , as is the one on the ground floor which opens up at night. Entertainment is pretty low key (bit of bingo, karaoke, singer etc) Surrounding area - The immediate vicinity is not much to look at , but you don't have to go far to find what you're after - go down to the (lovely) beach, turn right and you will quickly find yourself in a 'blitzkreig' of large groups of German guys in the same T-Shirts drinking lots of beer inside or outside of German pubs singing German Songs.......whereas , if you go down to the beach and turn left you will
• amy (8/5): Nice cheap hotel - Great little hotel, best All inclusive food I’ve ever had but the drinks being served in tiny plastic cups is pathetic. Only one man on the bar at night meant queuing luckily for me I don’t drink and the Coke Zero was self service!! Would I go back to this hotel? Yes, but not in El Arenal it is a very German resort and as a British person we found we wasn’t catered for, next time I will go to palma nova, the hotel tho for the price was fab
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value hotel - First impressions - hotel reception area was always kept clean and tidy. All staff were helpful and friendly. Twin bedded room was average size - the wardrobe could do with having more hanging space and the Safe should have been positioned on one of the shelves NOT in the hanging space. Nice big patio doors in room - but would have been better with vertical blinds not 1 curtain as each balcony is overlooked - When the curtains are open to let in the light there is NO privacy. The rooftop pool was small with no facilities to get refreshments. Room cleaners did a good job - towels changed when placed in the bath each time and toiletries replaced as used. Room would benefit with Tea/Coffee making facilities and a small fridge as standard - not a charge of 39 euros. All inclusive - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - both of us were able to find something to eat at every mealtime - sometimes the meat wasn't great quality but edible. There was fresh fruit every day for dessert along with various puddings, cake, jelly, pannacotta, rice pudding and ice-cream. Isabel was friendly and the lady who kept replenishing the food trays worked very hard. The bar area is quite small. Drinks - only 2 plastic vending machine type cups allowed per person - these were used for all drinks. Hot chocolate machine did not work once and when ordering hot chocolate and brandy it was classed as 2 drinks - so had to queue again for partners drinks.
• James (8/5): Perfect break - I would rate it as a good 3* hotel. Not much for families but great for singles/couples. Rooms were basic, food was always nice and a choice. Not any entertainment. Beach close by just a short walk.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Wouldn't stay again - Noisy, no air-con! - 1. Comfort: We had air-con the first night and it was quite alright. Second day back after spending the day down the beach they have changed the air-con to hot air only. Hot air in the last few days in April! I slept with a sweaty back at 24'c out! We requested them to change it back to cold air and the receptionist told us to "just turn the air-con off" if it was hot. Well the air-con has hot or cold air settings built in I dont get why has it got to be hot air only, this is so backward! 2. Noisy: This hotel has 90% of its guests as Spanish seniors. They hold activities in the lobby at night and it gets noisy! With balcony door shut (we lived on 4/F), we could hear them talking all the time. Also, it faces a road and a bus stop we always get waken up by 7:30am, and you know what it means, no air con and cant open the doors, it was horrible! 3. Bedding: Pillows were horribly flat, make sure you request an extra 4. Location: 3 mins walk down to the beach and all the pubs, it was really straightforward and no map required 5. Food: It was alright, would not wave about it, wish I knew drinks (even juice) was not included for half board 6. Pool: Loved the rooftop one, the other one was quiet. I wish the bar was open though! 7. Reception: The lady didn't speak English well but it was enough to communicate. Otherwise the two other male staff were extremely friendly and cheerful! 8. Shower: Temperature isn't stable - gets too hot and too cold randomly

• Verified traveler (10/5): South Playa de Palma Beach - Probably is an upper 3 star. The lifts are somewhat dated and small but otherwise the amenities are good, with a medium-size deep pool on the roof. 2nd storey pool and environment are also good as are the meals. Only drawback was that, although the booking specified a room with balcony, it was without balcony and small. This was because of heavy booking and being only a single occupant. The beach area is very crowded and noisy at night compared with the Northern half of Playa de Palma Beach.

• MissP (8/5): Excellent value for money 3 star hotel - Excellent value if you want a clean stay and good food! Staff are all wonderful, hotel is run efficiently, meals are very good for an 3 star all inclusive, including salads and fruit every day, cooked breakfast and meat/fish/vegetarian choices at lunch and dinner. Tea and coffee machines aren't that good. Wine and beer on tap at lunch/dinner. The red wine is nice! Very clean restaurant, plates, glassware, cutlery. Rooms are large and some have a sea view, clean, basic, not luxury but all you need with toiletries and cleaned daily. Pool and pool bar with sons sunbeds. फ़्लैट screen tv, mainly European channels. A mixed clientele, with a lot of youngsters so the hotel can be busy and noisy! I liked it, but the noise may bother older guests or families so ask for a higher floor. The hotel is not beach front as its in El Arenal, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach/promenade/harbour with a bus stop to Palma right outside and a bus stop to the airport 5 minutes walk away. Local tourist shops and restaurants all closeby, mainly German. Wifi is €15 a week. Overall a great stat and I would recommend it!
