Dawn (10/5): Quiet, clean, comfortable, big bright rooms - The room was well appointed, it was super clean, it was very comfortable, it was very quiet. The staff was friendly. It would’ve been nice to have some food items throughout the day available as the vending machine did not work for me and it is quite a walk to find food if you don’t have a vehicle. Although I did walk down to Don Jose Mexican food, it was delicious and super friendly and clean. The fairway grocery store was very nice and the staff there was very friendly too. I like the pool and the hot tub in the hotel. It was nice to have the laundry room right attached to the pool so that you could do your laundry while you’re in the pool or hot tub. The desk staff is very friendly.

Additionally the breakfast every day was the same. A little very would be great for guests who could be staying longer. Other than that it was absolutely perfect!

The temperature was very hard to regulate and the air conditioner was very loud. Also, the outlet systems by the bed only worked with the very bright lights on overhead.

Amanda (8/5): - The room was large and I loved that it had a walk-in shower. I also liked that the coffee pot in the room used kcups and decaf was offered. The room and public areas were vary clean and welcoming. The pool showed some wear, the bottom had areas thatlooked as if some paint had been peeled off or faded a great deal. That being said, the temperature of the water in the pool was great, no freezing when walking in if you are dry. The hot tub was wonderful! It was the perfect temp and the jets were nice without being overpowering. There was only one real negative about the hotel, and that is that I could hear the person or people in the room walking above me. They woke me up at 3am because they were walking back and forth across the room and it sounded like my ceiling (their floor) was about to splinter underneath them. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but also suggest requesting a floor on an upper room.

Construction going on with plastic on every window could not see sunshine @ the beauty of Esterville. Noise from construction unbelievable Music blasting from the workers! We came all the way from California ! Big high 5 star for the HOTEL MANAGER he takes action & things get done asap! Terry needs additional leadership & knowledge in his position there!

It looked like the leftover meat had been there for some time and the meat looked rotten and it was a large plate with a lot of meat and spilt liquored throughout the fridge.
