• Judith (4/5): If we'd had another reasonable choice of motel in town we would have stayed there. - Unit was clean and tidy. Towels were provided. Shower was clean. Unit was quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and bedding was adequate, too. The kitchenette that we asked for had NOTHING useful, except the refrigerator. There were NO utensils, plates, cups, glasses, dish towels, detergent, pots/pans, nothing we could use to heat up the food we brought with us. There was a microwave but we didn't check to see it it worked. The K-pod coffee maker didn't work, either. There were no lamps in the bedrooms, only overhead lights.

Bed cover isn’t appropriate as the type can’t be cleaned well. Sick countertop broken, lots of chipped paint.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Pet Travel is Problematic - I booked here specifically because I was traveling with 2 dogs. Here on the Hotels com site, it advertises clearly that dogs stay free. I was charged $20 per night, per pet. I have clean, well-trained dogs that I was traveling to a dog show with. When I got there and was charged extra, I was shocked, but I was also very tired and didn't feel like arguing it. Checking in, I was told there were no ground floor rooms available.They must have had a heck of a lot of no-shows, because most rooms were clearly empty. I had recent knee surgery so that sucked The room itself was a "pet room" The wall paper was literally peeling off the walls. The tub had a half-used bar of soap left behind. When I took a bath, there was long hair in the trap and the tub itself felt grungy. Water pressure was low and it didn't get very hot. There were at least two large pee spots on the floor, which weren't cleaned very well. The bedspread was a decrepit Pendleton blanket. I took the dogs to the pet run and there was good and bad there. First, the area is isolated and surrounded by junk and trash, so it was kinda ugly. But the run itself had high fencing that seemed secure. I didn't let my dogs run in it, though, because though it was mowed, it was full of mud, stickers and foxtails. I think this might be a nice place for a quick stay on the road, but be aware of extra costs if you have pets.

• Harrison (5/5): Passable - We put the do not disturb on our door because we didn't want or need our room cleaned. Not only was that ignored removed from the door when we returned. Not sure why because nothing was cleaned only left towel didn't remove trash just moved it along with our suitcases for no purpose. Sink was still dirty from when we first came in. Creepy is how we felt after returning to our room. Then was charged a deposit we were told we wouldn't be charged. For the price of the rooms these things should never of occured. I never complain but this needed to be said so hopefully it doesn't happen to another person. A n d this is the only place for me to stay when I'm visiting my family. And it sucks because makes me not want to visit again. Hopefully it is something that can be addressed for me to return.

• Denise (5/5): Disappointed - Central location Staff member Kim NEVER completely cleaned and reset up my room. Some days I declined service but when I did, once bed never changed. I purposely left clump of hair at doorway on tile in bathroom when I returned it was exactly same place and Kim boasted how she cleaned my room. NOT. This happened several times. Water was NEVER replenished when Kim was assigned to #102. No new coffee cups, had to call down for coffee pods. Consistency sucked with Kim. Other lady always asked if I needed anything.

Ice machine easily accessible. Safe area for the most part. The room smelled strongly of stale marijuana because the “smoking bench” was right outside the HC room. The bed smelled of stale urine. The woman in the room next to us (I’m guessing long term resident ) came out complaining we were making too much noise and needed to not be slamming our car door and room door (we hadn’t been out of the room in 3 hours but she claimed we were disturbing her and her dogs). I’m sorry she’s I’ll. I hope she gets well, but she can’t lash out at guests.

• Elizabeth (6/5): - SO they charged a pet fee of $20 per pet per day- which was not on their website and or Expedia. Also, there were other guests there that must stay there for weeks that smoked and drinked in the evening and hung out in front of peoples rooms. The internet was horrible.
