But because one in our party was not able to access the stairs, we stayed on the first floor. underneath the children's running feet until after their bedtime The upper floor could use some carpeting.

Sandra (8/5): Pleasant stay. - Location was excellent. Room was clean, beds were comfy. I didn’t want to be on the ground floor due to parking lot noise but it was okay- we didn’t hear much traffic. The door hardware needs updating, we had constant problems getting into our room requiring assistance several times. If you need tricks to get in the room, it’s time to fix it.
Linna (9/5): Westport inn captains quarter review - The captain quarter is a nice little apartment for a family or little grouo.The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and plate and cups so the was great. Definitely was impressed with size of living room and love the big dining table and layout of the room was nice. Just wished all the rooms had tvs in there beside the master room. Wish the master bathroom shower was a little more remodeled and that there was tvs in all the rooms.

But just a couple blocks away was a fantastic donut shop. We were close to the docks, all within a couple 2 or 3 small blocks away. the water to the bathtub was frustrating. ELAYNE (10/5): - We traveled in the off-season, choosing this motel for its proximity to the beach and the downtown area. Our room felt bright, clean and inviting, and we were able to park close to the room. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the recreation room across the parking lot, and remarked that we'd like to come back again and stay in one of the cabins next time instead of the inline rooms. I'm looking forward to returning to Westport and booking a room again!

Courtney (1/5): Worst stay ever staff is rude and rooms are gross - Nothing They screwed up my booking dates and refused to refund me trying to tell me it was my fault. Rabecca the lady at the service desk lied to my face and treated me like I was stupid the manager refused to even take to me to resolve the issue! The way I was treated was wrong and childish! Be careful when booking with them. They will change your booking dates and you out for your money. They refused to refund me $150. So because they wouldn’t refund me my money I had to stay in West part another day, and I walked into the room and the beds were not made it look like somebody had been sleeping in there all day. The remote was missing it back. There was blood on the sheets. The fans were dirty. There was air in the tub. I have pictures of it all this place is a joke and they treat their customers horribly.

The toilet was too close to the sink kept hitting our arms. It was just a very uncomfortable stay this time

Garry (1/5): Save your $$ & book somewhere else. - Bed They said they had 3 king rooms top floors available, I used booking.com & they immediately placed me in a bottom corner room next to office & stairwell, they said since I used booking.com & paying a lowered rate of $237.00, they would not give me the same room available on the top floor. 🤬💩 Thin walls were noted in the sighn in paper work. THIN CELINGS, At 4:00 A.M. people just normally walking made Every step above my head with the wooden celing sound like they were going to fall through. Worst Sleep at a Hotel EVER. I literally used a Blanket & Pillow walked out to my car and slept in back seat to get some rest. Went back in with Pillow & blanket at 6:00 A.M. Just to take a Shower, that if you moved the shower controls 1/4 inch u would burn or freeze yourself. No A/C very moist rooms with 1 very small unscreend floor window.

Koster (1/5): Never coming back! - The room reeked of chemicals from the cleaning supplies used. We tried to air it out but couldn't get the smell to subside. There was a window in the bathroom at an unsafe height for our toddlers. It was right at floor level and only had a wooden bar across the center for "safety". A small child or dog could easily fit through and fall from the second story. (Though it seemed to not open very far, it was already broken and could easily be fully broken off by a toddler's body weight). For these reasons we checked out before staying the night. The smell gave us headaches and would not be bearable through the night. Also, one of the lamps was broken and the shower pressure was disappointing. We won't be staying here again, or returning to Westport.

Saved a bunch of $ by not dining out. 5 minute walk to the beach, our cabin had ample parking while others seemed a little tight. Staff was wonderful and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was great. After leaving here, we stayed further down the coast in another cabin. To say we were disappointed in the other facility is an understatement. Likely because we were comparing it to our cottage at the Westport Inn. We are looking forward to coming back next year! The only thing I could find wrong was the stickers in the grass my dog had to step through to go potty. Several times I had to pull them from her paws. She ultimately held it to go at the beach... then we had to carry poop bags as we strolled along. Not a huge thing... we were very close to the beach so we figured it out.

The shower water temperature is not stable since it changes from ice cold to boiling hot constantly. No AC unit so it feels a bit stuffy. My biggest annoyance was that it was a challenge getting into my room even when I entered the correct pin.

There is a grassy area with a fire pit and play area. There was some noise from neighbors but that's part of the fun. Everyone is excited to go fishing early in the morning!

Pragyan (10/5): Nice clean motel - Clean room, excellent communication by management via text message. Parking was full when we arrived (very late in the evening). But I just parked on the side of the driveway and it was fine.
OLGA (9/5): We’ll be back! - Large parking lot, great location by the ocean and close to the marina, clean white towels and linens, comfortable mattresses, barbecue facilities in the yard. It was great! -

Helen (5/5): Great view but won’t stay again. - Looked decent, had eating table. The best thing was the outside deck on 3rd flour Horrible mattresses on sleeper Queen and Queen in bedroom was hard as a rock. Bad flat pillows. Hot room over 100 degrees with no ac. They could have closed the curtains for us before arrival. Room in photo had 1/2 kitchen with fullrefridge and stove. So we bought groceries to cook. But room only had a small refrigerator and microwave so we lost quite a bit in groceries.
