- Jackie (10/5): Recent stay - Lovely Downtown Vancouver location. Apartment had beautiful views of both English Bay and Coal Harbour Bay.
Very secure access in and out of main entrance and to and from Apartment.
All amenities were available within the apartment.
Beds extremely comfortable and both bathrooms had shower and bath facilities.

A melhor localização possível, dá pra ir andando em Dowton, Stanley Park e English Bay. Tem o mercado Safeway bem próximo também.

- Nancy (10/5): Great place. - I loved our location and the apartment. We were able to walk everywhere and our views were spectacular! My only complaint is that we arrived after the office closed at 6 and even though the office emailed me that it would be no problem - that the concierge at the office building would have our keys, she was gone when we arrived. Her sign said she would be back in 40 minutes. So, after a long travel day, we had to wait 40 minutes to get our keys. But, that would not stop me from staying there again -- it was fabulous.
- Gustavo (10/5): Ótima localização - Excelente localização na downtown Vancouver. Pode-se chegar a pé a vários pontos da cidade e é perto de muitas lojas, restaurantes e mercados - está a uma quadra da Robson St.
O staff foi gentil e atencioso, mas só estão disponíveis no horário comercial. Como tive que fazer o check-out bem cedo, não havia ninguém disponível, mas eles me orientaram muito bem sobre o procedimento alguns dias antes. Ou seja, quando precisei deles para tirar dúvidas, fui muito bem atendido.
O apartamento tinha dois quartos, sendo uma suíte. Um deles, no entanto, era bem pequeno: só comportava a cama de casal, um criado mudo e uma mala pequena aberta. Mas ele ainda tinha um guarda-roupa, então nos atendeu bem. Havia ainda máquina de lavar e secadora e cozinha equipada com geladeira, microondas, fogão e utensílios de cozinha (panelas, talheres, pratos, copos...). A TV na sala tinha muitos canais disponíveis. O sinal do wi-fi era ótimo e a conexão, rápida. Há garagem disponível (paga à parte), que não utilizei. Não tenho nada a reclamar em relação à limpeza do apartamento. Para nosso grupo de 4 pessoas, foi uma estadia bem agradável.
Se eu retornar a Vancouver, considerarei o Dunowen como opção de hospedagem.
- Kerry (10/5): Great Apartment - Dunowen Apartments was great for our 6 night stay in Vancouver, we arrived on a Sunday & Karel was waiting to check us in. Location was great, within walking distance to Canada Bay, restaurants, shops etc . Apartment was well equipped . My only criticism would be that it is a little dated in decor .

Most downtown attractions were just a walk away or a short cab ride, and we could easily get to other important museums and parks. We enjoyed our stay at Dunowen Property and in Vancouver.

- Michael (6/5): Great location - Great apartment in Fantastic location only thing that lets it down is lack of contactable staff at the site during weekends. I know it’s only a small thing but you would think that if you have 4 adults staying in an apartment for 4 nights you would provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 rubbish bag. Forget the building concierge they where rude and unhelpful.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The first suite we were shown was not at all as depicted on Expedia. When we questioned it and showed the representative a photo we were shown a suite similar to the one we were expecting. Other than that everything was as expected. The location is great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Location - This apt was at a great location. However, it was not apparent to us that there was no AC in the entire complex. Our visit was in the middle of summer. I realized that it was not listed in the amenities but at the same time it wasn't really announced even in the reviews. We asked for another fan in addition to the one that was included. We had to wait til the next day after calling to remind them. There was no urgency in bringing in up to us.
They did accommodate us for a later check out with a fee of course. It was $30 til 3pm, which was very reasonable. The location is awesome so we will keep this property in mind for the next stay and will remind ourselves to prepare for no AC.
The gym is very small. Luckily, there was a bigger a block away that we can pay to use.
Plenty of restaurants and shops very very close by.
- Barry R. (4/5): older property and it showed throughout stay - Beds were so uncomfortable, air conditioning was not working properly, never got cool in unit, bathrooms very small, furnishings wore out, carpet worn.
In the U.S. this would have been rated with ** 2 stars. The pictures they show on the website do not represent the way the unit looks.
Very misleading and would not recommend.
- James (10/5): Comfortable and Convenient - Nice apartment, very good central location, easy walk to shops, restaurants and park. Has everything you need, we arrived late, property agent waited for us and showed us everything, very friendly and helpful, office based in the building, Mon-Fri. Generally comfortable and clean, parking was available, agent contacted me about arrival time and if parking was needed.
- Jim (8/5): Great location for city and Stanley Park - Great city location 15 to 30 mins walk to parks shpping Granvill island ferry and heaps of good restaurants also sea plane terminal.
The walk from seaplane area along sea wall around Stanley Park to English Bay is very flat and an enjoyable 2 to 3 hour easy walk.
