The manager is so kind and helpful even let me stay after check out in the living area until my flight time arrives. Everything was clean. They even had manga books on the shelves. And the place is aesthetic as well. It is close to the centre and to dance buskin performances. Moony rating 10/10

• Donald (9/5): Nice room in a great location, but long term guests are wrecking the vibes. - They upgraded us to a larger room which was very spacious and nice. There were 3 female long term residents/guests that dominated the common area and left their things throughout the common space including dirty dishes in the sink and on the counters, bags and personal belongings on the tables and couches, and spent inordinate amounts of time using the common television. Every day cleaning staff would come and pick up after them to some extent, however within a few hours they and their belongings would be scattered throughout the common area once again. Did not really make for a super friendly/social environment. One way to address this issue would be to have a sign up sheet for the common area and time limits for how long an individual or group can use it. Everyone should feel welcome to use a common area, not just long term guests.

• suk mui (9/5): - 十點半到達，本想先寄存行李，老闆娘正正執拾房間，预先给我們提前check in. 非常方便，因為房在2樓，大行李不方便，但是老闆娘幫忙抬行李，我抽出部分行李，不致太重。👍 地下大廳有3張大沙化，2張大餐枱，又有黑膠唱盆，很多唱片，有即冲咖啡供，纸柸供應，很適舒的環境。2樓只供女性，窩心又安心，亦有化間，大沙化及大餐廳，浴室厕所。👍。不是常見到老闆或其他客人，好像返家一樣。 附近有很多食市，coffee shops, 夜市到12點。 有上樓梯恐懼症。 Google 行路指引太於回曲折。

• Yun Ying (9/5): 很開心這次選了這間住宿。因為班機延誤的關係，很晚才到，但房東很貼心地留注意事項給我讓我自己check-in。過程住得相當舒服，每天早出晚歸，睡覺品質超級好，而且不管是房間還是公共空間都很乾淨。之後有機會會想要再來 -

• molly (10/5): I stayed 4 nights. The showers and bathrooms were clean and spacious. I had a private room and had a small radiator to - Wonderful and cozy. I will stay here again should I get to travel to Seoul in the future again. Full kitchen and fridges for guests on all floors (mini fridge on my floor in shared space). Clothes washer and hand drying rack to use for dirty clothes. Convenience store right across the street and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to everything and walking distance to public transportation. Stairs. But that’s not their fault, I just hate stairs. 🤣

Facilities were clean, we were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room all to ourselves ! It was super hot and humid in the room and no way to manage the heat ourselves. The other downside is that we could talk to the host only by messages never saw anybody (little cold feeling) but this are minor things

• The Original MoMo (8/5): Lovely Stay - The staff was very friendly and accomodating. She gave us a good room so that my mother can be relaxed in. The location is not bad either. It's about a 7-10 minute walk from Hongdae station. The facilities were good and the place was clean. It's not the fault of the accomodation but sometimes other guests leave leftover food in the sink after they have eaten.

• Coraline (9/5): - L'emplacement dans le quartier de Hongdae est super! un petit parc à jeux avec balancoires et toboggans et bac à sable pour les enfants se trouve juste derrière la guest house. L'auberge est dans une rue assez calme mais non loin des rues animées et du métro. Beaucoup de restaurants et de superettes aux alentours, lave-linge disponible gratuitement et étandage au 4 éme étage de la guesthouse (sans ascenseur). Sinon une laverie avec sèche-linge est présente à 5 minutes à pieds. Salle commune confortable et assez grande. Chambre familiale avec lit superposés et rideaux, lampe individuelle et petite tablette pour poser de petites affaires. Très bien adapté aux famille avec des jeux de sociétés, des figurines robots, de quoi écouter la musique, une bibliothèque avec des livres pour adultes (romans et manga) en anglais et quelques un en français, la télé... Parfait. Ménage fait tous les jours dans les parties communes. Serviettes à disposition. Possible de laisser ses valises avant ou après le check-in/out. Lits confortables. La proprété de l'ensemble de la cuisine serait à améliorer (frigo, armoires, étagères....), mais les chambres et les sanitaires sont très propres.

• Tamara (10/5): Welcoming, comfortable, cosy, suitable for long term stay, great to recharge from traveling - The hosts are very friendly, welcoming, respectful and helpful. You can see they run the business with pleasure and making sure guests feel comfortable. They upgraded our room free of charge so that I can be in a darker room and get a good night sleep, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, well conected with all the highlights. There is a big living room on the ground floor, great for chilling and watching tv. The kitchen has everything one would need for cooking (various pans and appliances). The bathrooms are nice and spacious and the water pressure good. There is also a roof terrace, people weren't really hanging out there but it has great potential, and could be fun if you are traveling with a group. All in all there is great attention put into details in every space, air fresheners everywhere, sufficient electric sockets, the place is kept clean. And it is suitable for longer term stay. After prolonged traveling I felt like I can really decompress and recharge in this place, as it was very comfortable and the people nice and respectful. Liked everything, great value for money!

L'emplacement est idéal, à 3min du métro, proche des rues animées de Hongdae et au calme ! La guesthouse est très bien aménagée et équipée :) Pas de chance : les autres guests étaient peu bavards (très peu d'échanges) et surtout bruyantes jusque 3h du matin sans respect pour les autres guests et les règles affichées par notre hôte...
