• Weworldtravelers (8/5): We zijn tevreden en komen volgend jaar terug naar dit hotel - Dicht bij Central Plaza centrum en zeer vriendelijk personeel dat heel behulpzaam was tijdens de interne verhuizing. Goed ontbijt en prima bedden. Het koffie apparaat toonde verschilde koffie keuzes, echter alleen de creme caffee werkte en de gekookte eieren waren niet warm ( op geen enkele dag, wel gemeld maar geen warm gekookt ei gekregen). we hadden pech met airco en hierdoor zijn we 3 keer verhuist van kamer, maar dat werd ;prima geregeld door het personeel

Rooms are a bit dated, but are overall good value for money. Everything is clean. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with wide selection and good coffee. Bathrooms are getting a bit dated, so might need a refresh at some point.

The thai food at breakfast is very good and the coffee is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. I have been coming to this hotel for years but the rooms are starting to look and feel a bit tired. The bathrooms smell not so good and it just feels like it needs an upgrade.

• Werner (5/5): Überbewertet auf Booking.com - Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmeckte gut. Der Zustand des Zimmers war bedenklich. In der Dusche hatte es in den Ecken Schimmel, die Duscharmaturen rannen und die Notdurft im WC floss nicht ab, da der Ablauf verstopft war. An allen Möbeln war das Furnier beschädigt. Reparaturen in Zimmer waren nicht fachmännisch ausgeführt worden.

• nigel (10/5): - The location is excellent right in the middle of everything, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday . There is a large swimming pool on the roof with a bar and seating area. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again when visiting udon thani.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. With free breakfast with stay, plus they also pick you up from the airport,plus they also take back to airport,with no extra charge. Plus the beds were very comfortable too. For what we paid for the stay, nothing. Exceptional value

• Peter (9/5): Good Hotel, Excellent Location and Facilities. - The location was absolutely bang on as it was within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was superb both in size and serviced. Unfortunately I was always too late for breakfast, sad. I'm not sure there is anything that can be improved. Although my stay was only short it was still very pleasant and I will stay there again.

• Assaf (9/5): 4 ימים באודון תאני - מיקום מעולה במרכז העניינים. יש הסעה לשדה תעופה בסוף השהות בחינם. יש מים חמים. יש בריכה מעולה על הגג באורך כ20 מטר ובנוסף תצפית 360 על כל העיר שזה מצויין לתפוס שקיעות ויש שם גם פאב נחמד. מיטה נוחה מאד. מזגן מעולה בול בטמפרטורה. המקלחת ושירותים קצת קטנים. המים חמים אבל הזרם חלש. בטלוויזיה יש ערוצים רק בתאילנדית שזה קצת חבל.

• Dene (5/5): Fantastic staff let down by an older property in need of attention. - Arrival was quick and easy and we were in our rooms in minutes. The staff are lovely, helpful and always around to answer questions etc. Lovely greeting from the security guy/door man who helped with bags etc. Free welcome drinks, The dining room staff for breakfast were also very attentive. 10/10 for the people working here. Beds are very comfy and extra pillows which is always welcome. The place has seen much better days. The decor is incredibly tired and nothing is properly cleaned. We spent the first night with a broken air conditioner but the staff were very quick to get us moved to a new room the next day without any fuss at all. I dont have an issue with old but old and dirty isnt on irrespective of the price. None of the surfaces were properly cleaned, light switches covered in dust and grime, bathrooms lots of mould and rust, marks on the wall, toilet door handles and door that must be impossible to clean property.

• Ricky (6/5): - You get what you pay for this hotel is very old and rundown. There is no reception to speak of, but the two saving graces are the pool area and breakfast. The staff are all very courteous and helpful but if ever Hotel needed a good clean. It’s this one. The worst part was the water pressure or like there.

• Lewis (10/5): A must stay in Udon Thani - On my trip from Laos I decided to stay in Udon Thani for 2 nights and I chose the Kavin Buri Hotel. The place has a rooftop bar and swimming pool, the water was crystal clear and you can see the whole city of Udon Thani. The rooms are a little small but there’s a balcony too, in fact the hotel rooms are designed to keep the heat out and keep cool inside and that way the A/C doesn’t have to work that hard this way. The included breakfast is good, there’s Thai options too and there was red curry and rice in the buffet and it was very tasty. The place is very close to everything, the big shopping mall, the night markets etc. The staff were friendly and professional and I got a free airport transfer in the package, I didn’t have to deal with taxi drivers dubious tricks. If your new to Udon Thani I’d highly recommend Kavin Buri Hotel.
