Verified traveler (8/5): 천안 베니카아호텔 사용후기 - 가족여행숙소로 예약했으며 큰 TV, 룸당 피씨 설치가 되어있어 아이들이 좋아하였음. 조식은 간단하지만 무료로 제공되어 좋았음. 욕실도 엄청엄청 커서 불편함 없었음. 다만 편의를 위해 쇼파위치 이동중 정체불명의 물병이 발견되었고 숙소앞에 노래주점이 있는데 간판이 너무 저질스러워 애들이 보기에는 좋아보이지 않았음. 그외 시설면에서 불편사항은 없었음

Karen (8/5): Actual hotel name is different to what you book on booking.com - The room was spacious, bathroom was nice, the bed was very comfortable. I booked it because it was supposed to be close to Cheonan Asan KTX station but it was a good 10-15 minute taxi ride...at 6am. However, for the price it was very good value, clean and comfortable. Except for the issue with hotel name The name of the hotel booked on booking.com IS not the actual hotels name! The taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was even when I gave him the address. Finally I had to ask the driver to just drop me off at a place closeby as it was 10pm. The only reason I found the hotel is because I went to a hotel to ask for help for directions and found out it was the one I had booked! For a while I was seriously thinking I had been scammed. I cannot tell you how happy I was when the front staff said my name:) It was a very last minute booking due to missing a train connection.

DevShetty (8/5): One of the good hotels in cheonan - I stayed here for 3 nights while on business. The hotel is quite decent and room size is much bigger than average. The rooms are clean and have got 2 computers, ( don't know for what) wifi, tv, fridge. The view is not good at all. It is located in a lane having lot of shady bars. However it doesn't cause a problem at all to hotel guests. It's about 2kms from shinsage department store and bus terminal. About 20 mins by cab to galleria mall and KTx train station. Seoul is abt 40 mins by train. Breakfast is alright. There is a laundry room which guest can use. There is no restaurant service on Sunday. Other days there is fixed meal option if u want. But we are outside.
fabiinla (6/5): Good and clean Hotel in Cheonan - I have stayed there for one week. The room was spacious. The breakfast was for free but nothing special. The staff speaks english but not very well. There are snacks and drinks for free in the lobby. Drycleaning was also for free. The only bad part was, that the sink of the shower was to close to the toilet and so the floor was wet after I took a shower. The hotel is close to the bus and train station and also to downtown. The hotel is in the middle of the red light district of cheonan.
ameliak264 (6/5): Its alright - First impression not really , rooms are simple but comfortable, toilet is a bit outdated but its still ok not bad , breakfast are good , have choices of korean food and western food..price wise its ok..the atmosphere at night not so much as a happening place but there are a few goods pubs and.chicken ...went to WABar friendly ppl in there.
IanKay2012 (6/5): Clean & Tidy But a Little Out of The Way - This place is tucked away in the heart of Cheonan Love-Motel Land. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Shinsegae Department Store and the restaurant area there. The rooms are clean and tidy and ideal for a business trip. Breakfast included is buffet style with a mix of western and Korean foods. Unfortunately restaurant is not open for Dinner, although there are a few restaurants close by. Bonus is that there is a Wa-Bar within a 2 minute walk.
lumponmyhead (8/5): Visit in October 2013 - This hotel is used by colleagues of mine who had told me all about the place and the city before I got there. It's in the middle of an area of adult (male) entertainment, and at first glance you might think it's not much of an area, but in all honesty the whole city is pretty much the same. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and would do anything for you. They drove us every day to our place of work in their minibus. Breakfast was good, scrambled egg, bacon, juice, toast, yoghurt, kimchi, rice, various other unidentifiable foodstuffs. Rooms are big, always hot water, bath, huge telly, but a very poor selection of English speaking channels, probably not the fault of the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no bar at the hotel that was open. Although the city encourages you out every night, I would have welcomed a lounge where you could relax and have a drink and perhaps meet other guests. It's a city where there must be like minded people but they are hard to find. There are plenty of 24 hour shops in the area stocking thousands of items, but I could only recognise Pringles, imported lager, mars bars etc. I'd have killed for a Ginsters.
Mrba-Mrba (8/5): good hotel - This hotel is good, i have only comment on its place coz i don t like the area although all hotels in this area, it s near from bus stop and this s good. the room is very clean and i feel comfort, i don t know if there s a swimming pool or no coz i stayed only for 2 days
chrisjs19 (6/5): Good value for lots of space but with some down sides - The room size is huge; 12*5 meters, including bathroom, and decently furnished with soft furniture suite, coffee table, desk etc. Everything seemed clean and in reasonable order with excellent shower and good plumbing, but check if you want a bath because I don't think they have them. Breakfast for westerners is pretty average for this level of hotel. However, this is obviously a former "love hotel" and there is limited clothes hanging space with one good hanger as standard (more on request), 2 PCs and 3 TV screens en suite! Rather aged bubble wrap still opaques the windows, which also have rather nice plantation shutters; quite a mixture. Overall, E-cheonan would probably be my third choice of hotel in the Cheonan area.
WTAN1982 (8/5): Decent business hotel - Went for business and stayed in the hotel for two weeks in September 2012. Location is not bad, about 15minutes walk to the central train station. Convenience stores are all over the area including one just opposite the hotel lobby. However do note that it is in a night club area and there are a lot of motels around. Though it did not give me any problem. Rooms are well equipped. Spacious and clean. Interesting thing is the 2 big PCs they prepared in the room (with a VOD system) as well as a 40inch LCD TV. Satellite TV is available though most channels are in Korean. They do have staffs that speak various languages, English and Mandarin are two languages I used throughout my stay. I believe some also speak Japanese. They also have unlimited supply of mineral waters as well as canned beverages in the lobby. Plus point for me. :)
cheesesalad (8/5): Will stay again - This Hotel, i felt is well located for business or tourism. The train station is about a 5 minute walk, the bus station is a little further at about 15 minutes, but a taxi from there is very well priced. The Hotel is clean, the rooms are reasonably well furnished, and have all the gadgets you could ever require. The beds are, for some, a little hard, but for me whom suffers from backache they were perfect. The bathrooms are well equipped, my room had a great, powerful shower and bath. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak English to a good level. Breakfasts are perfectly adequate, if you cant find something you like then you are way too fussy.
