• Verified traveler (8/5): 편안헌 숙소 - 침대는 둘이 자는데 움직임에 예민하여 조금 불편했다 룸과 욕실은 매우 넓었고 조식은 소박하지만 풍성했다 주변은 비슷한 숙소들로 둘러싸여서 별로 시끄럽지 않았다 저녁에 도착했는데 주차도 수월하게 할 수 있었고 대체적으로 편하게 잘 이용하고 왔다
• GyeongMin (6/5): - 안마의자 있는 방에 숙박했어요. 지저분하다고 느낄 정도는 아닌데 청소 상태는 조금 아쉽다고 생각드네요. 안마의자는 정상 작동 되지만 스팀 사우나와 거품 욕조는 작동되지 않아요. 엘지 스타일러는 매우 만족 해요. 아침이 맛있다는 평이 있었는데 기대가 커서 그런가 생각보다 별로 였어요. 따뜻하지 않은 반찬은 상태가 좋지 않아요. 그래서 아침을 좀 남겼는데 남기면 직원분이 한소리 하십니다. 공짜로 주는데 남기면 안된다며. 조식비용이 숙박비에 포함되어 있다고 생각했었는데 공짜였네요.

• ILCHUNG (8/5): 만족합니다 - 호텔은 가격대비 만족합니다.실내는 청결하고 직원도 친절하고 조식은 엄청 좋습니다. 비흡연자를 위한 부분만 조금 신경써 주시면 완벽한 곳입니다. 주변은 유흥가 밀집지역이라서 가족과 함께 하기에는 좀 그렇지만 출장으로는 좋은 곳입니다.
• GAPJOONG (8/5): Free breakfast (Korean style), Car park, Good wifi - The hotel was located in a busy area with many pubs, motels, karaoke, etc. The check-in was smooth. It has its own car park. The room size was good with a long sofa. The bathroom had a jacuzzi (was not sure it was working as I did not use). Free drinks in the fridge. It even had a microwave cooker and teapot. They offered a free breakfast which was good. Delicious with some choices. The only negative is the location because it was located in a busy area. May need a renovation of its bathroom in the near future.

• JISANG (10/5): 좋은 시설의 숙박 - 모텔이긴 하지만 이 가격으로 1. 넓은 객실과 욕실 2. 안마의자 3. 월풀욕조 4. 스팀사우나기능샤워실 5. 조식 6. 도보거리 천안역 이면 굉장한 조건입니다. 다만, 주변이 유흥가에 모텔촌이고, 월풀욕조는 작동이 되지 않았습니다.

• Joonwoo (10/5): 천안 비지니스 호텔 사용 후기 (디럭스룸) - 먼저 위치는 천안역에서 차로 10분 내외, 버스터미널에서는 15분 거리에 있어서 접근성 자체는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 근처 지역이 모텔촌이다보니 위치를 찾기 조금 어렵고 차량 이동 간에 갓길 주차차량이 많아 이동이 조금 어렵습니다. 내부 시설 및 서비스 수준을 말씀드리면 저렴한 가격에 최고급 모텔을 이용하시는 거라 보시면 되겠네요. (참고로 제가 사용한 방은 디럭스룸 입니다.) 제가 사용한 방 기준 작은 테이블과 세면대가 따로 준비되어 있었으며 욕실 크기는 왠만한 모텔의 두배 이상 컸습니다. 방 크기 또한 2명이서 숙박하기에 적당한 사이즈였구요. 기타 세면도구 및 청결 용품 또한 일반적인 모텔에서 파는 싸구려 제품이 아닌 가정집에서 사용하는 제품으로 구성되어 있었습니다. 단지 모텔촌 주변에 있어서 모텔느낌이 나는 것일 뿐 전체적인 서비스나 시설, 청결도는 일반적인 비지니스 호텔급 혹은 그 이상으로 깔끔합니다. 만일 이후에도 천안에 방문할 계획이 있다면 다시 한번 방문할 만한 숙소라 생각합니다. *조식 서비스가 있었으나 실제 이용하지는 못했습니다. 필요하시다면 조식 서비스도 이용하시면 좋을거 같습니다.

• Torsten (8/5): Gutes Hotel in Laufweite zum Bahnhof - Das Hotel liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße.Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad verfügt über eine riesige Badewanne. Busse zur "Unabhängigkeitshalle von Korea" und zum Busbahnhof gehen direkt vorm Bahnhof ab.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 호텔의 서비스는 전반적으로 좋았습니다 - 호텔의 서비스는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 주변이 전부 모텔 호텔이라 유흥쪽이라 여성이 혼자 가기에는 좋은 환경은 아니였네요. 친구가 같이 가주었습니다. 외출시 키를 어떻게 해야할지 몰라서 카운터에 갔는데 연락처가 한국 핸드폰 번호만 적혀 있었는데, 외국에서 온 사람은 국제전화를 걸기도 뭐해서 좀 기다렸습니다. 카운터에 사람이 없을때 대응이 될만한 시스템이 필요하지 않을까 생각됩니다.

• YA (10/5): 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다. - 위치는 사실 모텔촌에 있어서 좀 별로긴 했지만 객실이 깨끗하고 가격대비 넓고 좋아요. 그리고 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨어요. 다음날 아침에 시험이 있는 걸 아시고 셔틀 서비스 까지 제공해 주셨답니다. 조식도 나오는데 바쁜 아침에 먹기 적당했습니다. 진짜 비지니스로 천안에 가시는 분들에게 정말 추천해 드립니다.

• Verified traveler (8/5): stayed 3 nights - Room was loaded with handy amenities which was nice. Room was roomy and very comfortable. No bath towels. They gave us a bunch of small hand (all we wanted) towels which was okay but a little inconvenient.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was ample enough. The room details during the booking showed a chair massage but my room did not have such. I asked the hotel front desk and they told me that only 3-4 rooms have it. The rooms should not be advertised as such if it's not the case. And, then, there was both a steam shower and jacuzzi tub, neither of which worked due to electrical issues. So, feels like I paid for an upgrade without the upgrade benefits. Front desk gave me a box of seaweed sheets for the troubles though.
