Emmanuelle (5/5): Filthy and smells bad - The staff was friendly and helpful, there is a nice coffee machine in the room, the location is good. We booked a smoking room by mistake and the staff was able to change us to a non-smoking room with no problem. The hotel is rundown and filthy. Usually I do not mind staying in a hotel that is old as long as it's clean, but this one wasn't. There was a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom. We asked the staff to clean it, they gave us an ozone machine and nothing more. The smell was still there when we got back. There are stains on the wall and furniture. We did not feel relaxed after staying there because of the filth. There's a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, I think that the non-smoking and smoking rooms are nearby. They should close this hotel and give it a good clean before letting anyone stay there.

Dentro all'albergo ci sono distributori. La pulizia è a richiesta per chi pernottamento meno di 4 giorni. Cambiano asciugamani, svuotano cestini... però devi lasciarli tu fuori porta. Colazione un pò scarsa per noi turisti, abituati a diversi tipi di colazioni.

ryoko (3/5): ホテル代金は、安かったがゴリゴリ - 特にありません。 ①浴室、バスタブ、トイレ周囲の掃除が行き届いてない。トイレタンクの底近くにカビか、黒いほこりがびっしりついていた。びっくりしました。トイレ周囲の配管にも埃。バス周囲の壁もカビのような黒ずみ。シャワーヘッド受けにも黒ずみ。 ②室内、棚にも埃があり、拭かないと物が置けなかった。 ③パジャマズボンのゴムがヨレヨレで伸び切っていた。あまりにひどかったので、翌朝、フロントに伝えて掃除をお願いしました。残念でした。

Tomoko (6/5): - フロントの従業員の方の対応は、とても丁寧で良かったです。チェックインを済ませて部屋に入って、トイレ兼バスに入ろうとドアを開けて、絶句しました。私自身潔癖でも無くちょっと位平気なタイプなのですが、トイレ側の隅が汚れていて、その上床がちょっと剥がれてました。湯船には、水垢が着いていて色が変わって居ました。連泊だったので、初日は、仕方なくシャワーだけ使用して翌日スーパー銭湯に行きました。ロビーが綺麗なだけにがっかりしました。部屋の湯沸かしポットにもホコリがたまってて洗って使いました。従業員が不足しているのか良く分かりませんが、もう少しちゃんとしたほうが良いと思います。立地と価格で選んだので仕方ないのかな、数年前にも、こちらのホテル利用した時は、当たりが良かったのか、何も感じなかったです。客室が古くなってるので、水回りの修繕が必要だと思います。気持ち良く宿泊出来る様にお願いします。

YOSHITERU (6/5): - 6/10〜2泊しました。1泊目はエクスペディアより食事なし部屋のみ予約、2泊目は日本旅行より朝食付き禁煙シングルルーム予約。このホテルを選んだ理由は以前1〜2年前に宿泊しましたが朝食バイキングがおいしかったからです。宿泊前に1泊目と2泊目は旅行サイトが違いましたが連泊の為事前に考慮をお願いしたところツインルームで同じ部屋に2泊泊まれたのは凄く嬉しかったです。しかもチェックイン後すぐにエスコンフィールドに交流戦ナイターに行くのでチェックイン開始15時になってないので荷物だけ預かって貰おうとしたところ清掃済みの為チェックイン出来るとの事でチェックインは出来て、部屋に荷物を置けて球場に行けたのは助かりました。ただし、1点だけ！ 2連泊ですが1日目は素泊まりの為翌朝の朝食が付いてなかったのですが外に行くのが面倒の為、直接朝食会場に行って朝食代を部屋付け精算でしてもらおうとレストランの者に伝えるも無愛想に「部屋付けはしてない、フロント行って食券買って戻って来い」と横柄な態度で言われイラッとしました。朝から色々計画立てて朝食開始時間に合わせて宿泊客で混む前に食べようとしていたのに、案の定食券買って戻ってきたら混んでたので(知らなかった私も悪いですが、)朝食会場にあんな従業員がいるようだったら、次回は仮に宿泊はしても朝食は食べる気がしないです。ただしフロントの方はとても丁寧な態度で対応していただけたのでとても好感が持てました。ありがとうございました。大阪の某シティホテル宿泊部の元従業員でした。

Sumio (8/5): - 　1週間程安いパックで男1人で滞在しました。　スタッフは常に丁寧で良かったです。　安いプランだったせいか自分が泊まった部屋の設備は少し古くなっている所が目立ち、壁も薄く隣の部屋の物音や廊下の音は結構聞こえていました。　あとは開けるのにコツが必要な部屋の鍵。部屋に入ってベッドを見たら虫が枕にいた事、また下水の臭いは気になりました。　タオルやベッドメイクは丁寧にきっちりやってあったので、施設自体の問題ですね。　周辺にはコンビニやランドリー、飲食店も多かったので、札幌周辺観光の拠点として特に困る事はなかったです。

Yutaro (10/5): - 施設内は綺麗で、のんびり過ごせました。チェックアウトが11時なのもありがたいです。近くにコンビニもあり、ホテル内の自販機も充実してました。
Yusuke (8/5): - すすきの近くのため、夜の繁華街に出かけやすい。金額も平均的でよかったです。浴槽のヨゴレ？劣化？が少し気になりました。
SEIJI (4/5): - ウォシュレット壊れてた
TAKESHI (4/5): - 良い点・エレベータが東西それぞれに1機ずつあり受付の目から遠い・出入り口が東西それぞれある・コンビニが近い・スタッフは丁寧寄り・室内の鏡が大きい悪い点・エレベータが1機ずつなので時間により待ちが発生・建物自体古い・掃除が行き届いていない、特に水回り(潔癖症寄りの方は止めた方がいい) ・エコを理由に連泊でのタオル交換は有料
HIROKAZU (6/5): - 水回りが正直汚い。バスタブの水垢？なのか黒ずんでて使う気なれなかった。
Hisato (8/5): - 提携駐車場が遠いので特に雨天時は大変。

Verified traveler (10/5): すすきので呑んだあとすぐ寝るにはいい場所。 - 札幌の繁華街、すすきのの中にあるホテル。場所的にはブティックホテルなどもあるのだが、コンビニも近くにあるしまあいい感じ。施設自体はそれほど新しさは感じないが、室内は結構快適。
?? (10/5): - 男3人旅行1人一部屋二泊利用しました。 1番はスタッフの接客、サービスが最高でした。楽しい北海道旅行になりました！ありがとうございました。
?? (8/5): - ユニットバスの洗面下のパネルが外れそうになっていて中が見え汚かった。一番裸になる場所なので清潔感は欲しいところ、修繕または改善が必要

Ado (6/5): - 古めの館と新しめの館に分かれています。古めの館での滞在でしたが、お値段から言うとよく眠れましたし十分でした。
Chinatsu (2/5): - よい口コミが多かったので、宿泊を決めましたが、とても残念でした。私の部屋には清潔感が一切感じられませんでした。もう、気分が全て台無しです。 1番不快だったのが、トイレの便器も便座も汚れていたこと。フロントに説明して部屋を変えて欲しいとお願いしましたが、空いてないと言われました。だけど、こんな汚れたトイレは入れないし、見に来て下さいとお願いし、確認していただき、同じ型の別の部屋に移動できました。移動したからといって、気分は良くありません。もう行かないです。人にオススメできません。地下鉄すすきの駅からは思ったより歩きました。晴れてたから良かったけど、雨の日で荷物持ちながらは少々大変かもしれません。
Andrea (8/5): Great place for a few days in Sapporo - Very central location, and abundant breakfast. You can leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in if you arrive early and want to explore without heavy bags. The proportion chair to desk in the room was a bit off, either the table too high or the chair too low, which meant working on my laptop was a bit uncomfortable. Luckily I did not have to work much, just a couple of hours.
