• Filsan (1/5): - The cleaner never cleaned my room for my 10 days stay. The lift was not working and I was staying 6th floor and had operation l. The reception hang the phone on me several times saying bo english he didn't bother coming to my room if everything was fine. I feel sorry for the owner he should fire all of them and get new staff because the location is really nice but hotel management need to be replaced they dont care. Better staff

The air conditioner and TV were not working in the room he wanted to place, the room was not clean and cold. The blanket and pillow they gave were in very bad condition.

• Nils (2/5): Want to live in basement with bad atitude from cleaning staff, than you are welcome to stay. - Only breakfest nothing else We took economy but didnt expect it will be to live there in the room like basement rats. Room without windows, in the morning cleaning staff was rude because they were knocking at door many times and when i opened doors and told them, we have more minutes till check out, that rude cleaning service women made a gesture scrumble and said something in turkish. Shower was dirty and runed down and water pressure was soooo bad. In bathroom on wall was big hole, because cover for ventilation was taken off and we were able to clearly hear whats happening in the next room. At the morning in front of our doors was blocking our way some construction workers stuff and if we would have cases not the backpacks only then we wouldnt be able to get out from the room as i said lot of dirty construction worker stuff was blocking our way and we were not able to use elevator from 6th floor and we were suppose to go down by stairs because of that worker who occupied the elevator for himself and his dirty stuff. Only bad memories with this place🤬

• ali selcuk (2/5): Disturbed by constant renovation noise, poor service, and no refund. - Great location, simple breakfast, Renovation noise all day, pillows not replaced despite reminders, had to leave earlier than planned with no refund. Very disappointing, and unclear why Booking lists hotels under renovation.

Klimaların bazıları çalışmıyormuş ilk gece klimasız odada kalmak zorunda kaldım. Resmen bu otelde tramva yaşadım. Çevredeki oteller de sınav sebebiyle dolu olduğu için değiştiremedim. From the moment I arrived, it was a nightmare. The reception staff was unprofessional—dressed in sports clothes and barely spoke any English. The elevator was out of order, so I had to take the stairs, which were not only damaged with holes but also had mice running around. When I finally reached my room, there was no door handle. The staff member opened it for me, and that’s when the real horror began. The windows didn’t function and were tied shut with rope. The room was filthy—everything from the bed to the floor was absolutely disgusting. The smell was unbearable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I couldn’t even stay the night—I left after two hours, literally running out. Even if they paid you to stay here, I’d still say don’t do it. I could see hair in the rooms, and the bathroom was super dirty, also i could see some left shit in the bathroom, the cover sheets were very dirty, and the heater didn't work, i would never visit this hotel again, the staff doesn't even speak English and it was hard to communicate. The chef of the restaurant was super rude. I asked for tea using Google translate , and once she knew i was arabic she was very racist and she was very rude.

Benden önce kalan kişinin çarşaflarını kullanmış olabilirim güven vermiyor. Ucuz diye bile kalınmaz. Sadece kaldığım diğer otellere değil kaldığım her yere kıyasla en kötü alan.

Bahtaniyeler, nevresim vs yoktu istedikçe getiriliyordu ama çok eskiydi. Temizlikten şüpheliydim. Dolap ve askı da yoktu. Sonradan oda değiştirerek kalabildim. Ayrıca diğer odalardan gelen yüksek sesli müzik ve aşırı gürültüden uyuyamadım. Otelin konumu dışında memnun kalmadım.

We didn't have any closet in the room, we had nowhere to leave our clothes. Breakfast was the same every day, if the pillow was better, maybe we wouldn't mind the bed being uncomfortable for a short stay, since everything is close, it is bearable proximity to all Ankara attractions

I told them I had booked a room with AC, but they informed me that only this room was available and they couldn’t change it. I checked online and saw that many rooms were still for sale. After arguing, they finally said they could change my room but would charge me for it. I clearly told them they were lying to their guests and it was obvious they were just trying to make more money. This hotel should not be listed on Booking.com because they are violating the platform's rules and guidelines. They advertise one thing on Booking.com but provide something else upon arrival, then demand additional money to change the room. Finally, they changed my room, but of course, they charged me for it. I couldn’t stay in the room without AC in the mid-July heat.

Same day there was a problem with hot water Bed was big, but so uncomfortable, it had popping bedstrings there were some broken furniture parts it was way overpriced to what it offers

• Jenifer (4/5): Not great - 24/7 check-in, breakfast I arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning because I had taken a night bus before. The receptionist did not speak English which was an issue in the first place. The room was not clean at all when I arrived, there was hair in the bed and the small shower gels provided by the hotel were half-used when I arrived. I am very convinced that the room was not cleaned. The shower was missing one door.

• Burak (3/5): Okay for a desperate budget stay but nothing more than that - It was somewhat central and they had large rooms with a decent breakfast. It was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen. They even forget to give you towels and toilet papers in your room. I stayed two night in a room without AC because the receptionist said it wasn’t facing the sun so it would be chill and no AC needed but it was obviously not true. I was waking up in sweats. Then I switched to a room with an AC but then the AC wasn’t working. They had a TV that wasn’t working as well. In both rooms, the bathrooms and the toilet seats were incredibly dirty. There was woman hair everywhere and even in one room, the toilet seat had ‘s— stains’

Toilet broken. Old bed and pillows covers all of them are dirty and rips .toilet stinks , I have all of them pictures . no air conditioning no fan in this heat . Inside the room 32 degrees temperature, 3 days we stay this hotel can’t sleep very well . I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone

• Guillaume (8/5): The hotel is located in a quiet side street with many eateries, a taxi rank and the metro nearby. - The hotel is a tall building in a quiet street, not far from the Ataturk Bulvari which connects everything else in Ankara. Breakfast is a buffet on the top floor overlooking the city with the Anit Kabir in the distance. The reception staff are nice people, but often they understand little questions in English, so most of the time you have to figure everything out for yourself.

• Anastasia (8/5): Very good - The hotel is situated in a good place from where it is easy to reach the main attractions in the city centre. The breakfast was overall good, but limited in the variety of dishes to choose from. Thus, there was no warm food, no eggs or any kinds of meat.

No towels in the room, shower wasn't fixed to wall so would have to 'hose' down. Only there 1 night so a sink wash sufficed. Breakfast was a basic Turkish affair.
