• OLEG (7/5): Красивое снаружи, и не соответствующее 4 звездам внутри! - Отель представляет собой красивое здание с панорамными видами на море. Неплохие завтраки и очень красивое и старинное здание изнутри. Номера оказались не в главном здании, а во флигеле снаружи. На четыре звезды никак не тянет. В номерах сыро, есть даже плесень, по утрам не дождаться горячей воды. Мебель старая, душевая плотно не закрывается. Повелись на красивый фасад, а получили номера, которые не должны столько стоить…☹️

In the morning, we noticed two warms at the wall by the bed and bathroom, one even got into our luggage and more of them eere visible outside on the terrace wall. This raises serious concerns about hygiene.. this is not acceptable. Unfortunately there was no staff available at reception at the time, so we couldn’t report the issue immediately. The situation significantly affected our stay we booked 3 rooms, and other two were “fine”. The hotel needs to fix this urgently. This was in the room 107.

Il boiler che si accende alle 3.30 del mattino e il rumore del frigo non sono stati compagni benvenuti nella nostra notte che è stata difficile. Non c'era un gancio per appendere gli asciugamani e l'asciugacapelli era colato dal surriscaldamento di un precedente utilizzatore. Colazione ok.

• Casandra (8/5): Abbiamo dormito lì una notte e ci siamo sentite regine. - La villa è bellissima L’ambienti sono belli e curati, mobili antichi. c’è una vista mozzafiato direttamente a mare . lo staff era molto cordiale e disponibile. (a parte la signora della colazione che era molto seria)crostata e torta allo yogurt buonissime. Il bagno purtroppo era molto freddo nonostante il clima acceso in camera. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare lo staff per aggiustare lo scarico (ma sono venuti veramente veloci a risolvere il problema ) Purtroppo in camera non c’era neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Ed era peccato che nn c’era possibilità di portare niente nel cammino tipo succo di frutta, taralli o fette biscottate, frutta ecc. altre strutture erano organizzate meglio. Anche la colazione era un po’ triste. I toast erano molli e non tostati. Il miele nelle bustine indurito , non c’era frutta. Non c’era un po’ di avena o muesli. Penso che si potrebbe migliorare l’offerta.

Appartement Sirocco avec 1 chambre double, 1 salle de douche et 1 cuisine avec un lit simple donnant sur une terrasse vue mer. Literie très confortable et super petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Mention spéciale à Giorgio pour avoir anticiper la réservation de notre dîner dans le seul restaurant ouvert de la ville au mois de décembre.

• Biljana (1/5): AVOID!!!!! NOT a 4*!!!! - Absolutely nothing Let’s start with categorization, definitely NOT 4*!!!!! it cannot have more then 2*!!!! Room: We reserved standard double room. It is located outside of Villa Raffaella, and this is not stated anywhere in the room description. Furniture is old, and needs to be completely changed. Window cannot be opened so the only chance for fresh air is by opening front door. Bed is small so if you are tall, you cannot fit. Bathroom: Oh my God!!!! Bathroom is small and everything is so old in the bathroom. Shower cabin is so small that I had difficulties to move (1.75 cm) and very slim. My husband (1.93 cm) was not able to move at all in the shower. Water is heated in a small capacity water heater so in case 2 people want to have shower, you have to be really fast, otherwise you will shower with cold water. Toilet is squeezed btw shower and wall, and it felt as it was not fixed to the floor. The room was so TERRIBLE that we honestly think that our room had to be stall for horses back in XIX century. Breakfast: Don’t know where to start. They say that they serve mediteranean breakfast, but in reality they serve poor quality, cold breakfast. I don’t eat much for breakfast but there was nothing I could select. Even coffee was awful and we are in Italy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The quadruple room allowed our children to sleep separately with a door to close which was a welcome benefit. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was very small. We visited in late October and the town was dead. Only one restaurant open in the evening which was poor quality and it somewhat detracted from our overall experience and two night stay.

• Dave (8/5): Bel hôtel, vue impreable, chambre confortable. - Bel hôtel installé dans une belle ville ancienne, au bord de la mer. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la très grande chambre au sommet de l'hôtel et sa fabuleuse terrasse. Très calme, vue magnifique. Salle de bain un peu petite, vu la taille de la chambre. Dommage que l'hôtel donne sur un grand parking... Et attention, en semaine hors saison, pas facile de trouver un restaurant ouvert (celui juste en face, recommandé, ne répond pas aux réservations et même si la porte était ouverte et la lumière alllumée, était en fait fermé. Etrange...)
