• Iurii (10/5): Идеальное место для умиротворенного отдыха. - Главный плюс — тишина и умиротворение, нет суеты и пробок как в центре Хояна. Всё чистое, сад благоухает, поют тропические птицы. Прекрасный завтрак, предоставляют выбор каждый день, что бы хотелось на завтрак. Завтрак накрывают у бассейна. Очень внимательный персонал, все говорят по-английски. Цены за минибар очень адекватные, кола стоит практически как в соседнем магазине без наценок. Очень хочется вернуться снова. Вокруг много недорогих и вкусных кафешек. Не бойтесь заходить в кафешки для местных — они только с виду выглядят странно для европейца, но еда в них очень вкусная, все говорят по английски и вообще вьетнамцы очень приветливы и милы. Байк, который предоставили в аренду был очень плох, правда и цена за него была смешная. Было бы здорово добавить разные варианты байков с более ценой, так как расположение довольно удаленное и без байка трудно исследовать город. Всё остальное было идеально.
• Petra (10/5): Fantastisch! Echt een aanrader als je een rustige plek zoekt - Wat een super plek. Kleinschalig (6 kamers) met een fijn zwembad en ligstoelen. Het is hier heel rustig. Je krijgt een heerlijk ontbijt. Er staan fietsen klaar om te gebruiken want het ligt wel wat verder van het centrum (ongeveer 20min fietsen). De kamers zijn heel ruim met een goed bed, een bureau, zitje en voldoende ruimte om je spullen op te bergen. Er is ook een koelkastje. De mensen hier zijn ontzettend lief en zorgen er dagelijks voor dat alles er tiptop uitziet. Ik vind de kwaliteit hoog voor de prijs die je betaald.
• IF (10/5): - Spacious rooms, only six units on the property, a lovely pool and fantastic value for money. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The location is quiet and very village-like, with a couple of great family restaurants very close by. I wish we could stay longer.

• Jasmin (10/5): Traumhafte Lage, herzliche Gastgeber, absolute Empfehlung - Unser Lieblingshotel in Vietnam. Eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberfamilie, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgesprochen sauber. Der Pool ist groß und ideal zum Schwimmen. Das Frühstück bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl und wird jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, mitten in den Reisfeldern. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sogar spontan verlängert – insgesamt waren wir drei Wochen dort.

• James (10/5): This is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. - This villa is a quiet oasis away from the city with a fantastic infinity pool that was kept spotless. The owners were readily available and always quick to respond to any needs we had. There were always a variety of options for breakfast and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this location for any length of stay. The grounds are beautifully kept, and even when there were additional guests onsite, everyone had plenty of privacy and space to relax. This is a good one! It would be nice to have towels available at the pool. We probably could have asked for them, but it would be nice if there was a place guests could collect them on their own.

• nmj99 (9/5): Lovely little retreat in Hoi An area - A great place to unwind away from the bustle of the Ancient Town. Room was spacious, pool and greenery surrounding was beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was great. Highly recommend Lantern restaurant around the corner for dinner and its cooking class. I was a bit disappointed that the bicycles were in pretty poor condition so we ended up renting a motor scooter from in town (none available nearby). You really do need some form of wheels to get about this more rural location. Be aware also if it rains hard the road to the villa floods. However Grab is also cheap and easy to use and I would definitely stay again at this beautiful place.

Anwesen mit Garten und Pool war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück war einfach gehalten und stets zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

• Susanne (10/5): Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem traumhaften Garten - Das Hotel ist ein kleines familiengeführtes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel in Hoi An. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Ausstattung ist gut. Ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden inmitten eines wunderschönen tropischen Gartens. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen nach einem meist hektischen Tag in der Altstadt von Hoi An. Das Frühstück in Green Areca Villa ist á la carte, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, Eierspeisen aller Art (z.B. der Bananenpfannkuchen ist ausgezeichnet), gebratene Nudeln, gebratener Reis, Suppen und vieles mehr, alles sehr sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt zwar ein paar Kilometer außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Grab-Taxi ist die alles kein Probem. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns. –

• Jasper (9/5): Perfect place to spend a few days and rest and chill - Clean and a lot of space. Nice swimming pool and just a short bike ride to the centre of Hoi An. We had the owners do our laundry and we're very surprised by how well this was done - our clothes felt as new and smelt delicious. The toilet was leaking. The breakfast had a lot of options but quality could be better. No payment possible by card.

Zwembad is ook erg fijn. Locatie: eigenlijk moet je voor bijna alles in een taxi. Er is een aantal restaurants op loopafstand maar dat is meer voor even gemakkelijk eten. Een avond ( van de 3 avonden) was er tot 22.30 uur luide karaoke van achterburen

• Carol (10/5): Incredible warmth and welcome from the owners, a true tropical paradise. - From the moment we arrived to the day of departure, we were welcomed and treated as friends. The owners take such good care of their property and also guests. Breakfast’s were awesome, any little thing we needed was provided, the amazing swimming pool plus bicycle’s available were a bonus as well. I would absolutely recommend Green Areca Villa to anyone. Nothing.

Remote enough to be peaceful but restaurants and mini Marts walkable, Hoi An centre a 5/10 minute ride away The first scooter was awful. Not the villa owners fault, but I don't understand why the scooter hire owner gave it me in the first place. I felt like they took advantage because I was a tourist and this wasted 4 hours of my only full day to arrange it to be changed so I could drive further like I planned. Still only left me 2 hours before it was dark to go to where I wanted to be at 12pm... Again not the hotels fault, but not fair

Thank you guys for everything. I am a light-sleeper but I slept here very good. No noise, just one rooster at 4 am, but for 10 minutes :) calm and nice, everything just perfect. Plus we used free bycicles and went to the sea and Hoi An downtown. Strogly recommend!

The location is perfect, don’t be put off that it’s not in the centre as the more rural area is much more picturesque. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area!

• Alexandre (10/5): Une tres belle villa pour séjourner au calme - Un peu loin du vieux quartier de Hoi An, cet etablissement offre le calme et la douceur qui permet de se reposer de la cohue du traffic et des touristes. Le personnel était tres gentil et les chambres sont tres spacieuses. Tres agreable de pouvoir se detendre dans la piscine le soir apres une journée de visite.

I honestly hope to come back soon and I wish to stay there forever 😊. Mr. Le Hung and his family do amazing job. We felt like being part of their family. Best holidays ever.

The staff were so friendly, lent us free bikes to cycle to the beach, and breakfast was fresh to order every morning and DELICIOUS. Rooms were big and clean. Very tranquil stay. A little further from the centre of Hoi An, but we loved the serenity
• Tom (6/5): Silent atmosphere but smelly neighborhood as can be considered as home stay. - Overall good Terrible breakfast as there were long threads of hair seen in omlette . Worst I have seen in any of my trips. Food was below average and not tasty . Need to improve cleanliness aspect bit more.Low rating on food to be honest.

• Belinda (9/5): Great place to stay, thoroughly enjoyed. - Lovely accommodation and facilities set in a beautiful little area just out of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi town centre. Villa's and facilities were really lovely and exceptionally clean. Really lovely breakfast included in price. Great value for money. Amazing hosts who are extremely friendly and very helpful. They take great pride in their accommodation and service provided is above and beyond. Hosts are beautiful people and it is great family run business. Fantastic place to stay would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

• Vasanthakumaran (9/5): Awesome!! - It had everything for a traveller who combined work and vacation. Stable and speedy wifi, serene, pleasant, and clean environment. The hosts were awesome. They managed all our local tours and guided us very well. In summary, the stay was awesome. If I were I visit Da Nang again I would choose this property again. You might encounter some harmless insects. But the host would come any time of the day to clear them up for you.

• darl (10/5): 휴양하기에 아주 좋은 곳 - 아직 알려지지 않은 좋은 곳이에요! 한국인분들이 잘 모르시는 곳이라 정보가 많이 없어 불안했는데, 아주 친절하며 수영장 이용시간 제한도 없고, 너무 친절했던 직원분들!!!! 제일 좋았던 건 조식이 완벽했던 거에요. 조식을 음식과 음료를 선택하면 다음날 만들어주시고, 과일가득서비스와 더울까 선풍기도 직접 켜주셨던 며칠 전이 그립네요. 아쉬운 걸 굳이 꼽자면 방안에 개미가 조금 있어요. 너무 작아 보이진 않지만, 음식을 흘리진 마세요.
• christina (10/5): An experience to complete your stay in Hoi An - It is an experience staying at Green Areca Villa. The location and its vicinity is quiet. Even if it is far from the town (15minutes ride) , riding the motorbikes going to the town proper will be an added adventure of your vacation. Even if we go home late, a hotel staff is always there to welcome us. Their staff, Ms. Hue, has been very helpful from the time we inquired until we left Hoi An. Will highly recommend this to friends. :)
• Rhea (10/5): will absolutely return! - Beautiful pool and grounds. Rooms are large and clean. The hosts and staff were so kind and attentive. Conveniently located in the beautiful country near old Hoi an and the beaches... just a short cab ride away ($2-4) This place is a true gem.

• KyungSook (10/5): 또 가고싶은곳~ - 빌라위치가 도심이 아니라 택시타고갔는데 기사아저씨가 이상하게 뱅뱅돌아서 택시비 바가지를 씌우려고했으나 실갱이하는걸 보시고 빌라 사장님께서 나오셔서 원래 나온다던 금액으로 합의봐주셔서 정말 감사했어요, 리조트는 정말 사진하고 똑같았고 방도 넓고 시트도 뽀송뽀송해서 좋았고 수영장이 크진않지만 예쁘고 놀기좋았어요, 특히 조식이 맛있어요~ 쌀국수 예술이고 바게트도 맛있고 커피를시키면 연유커피 만들어주시는데 맛있어요~ 무료로 빌려주는 자전거타고 20분이면 해변을갈수있고 가는동안 경치가 좋아요, 25분정도가면 시내에요, 시내에는 맛있는집이 많아요. 시간이되면 또 가고싶네요~
• Artur (10/5): Точно стоит остановиться. - Отель просто превосходный. Расположен удобно. По хозяину отеля видно, что он болеет за своё дело. Расположен немного далеко от всего, но это не напрягает. Есть бесплатные велосипеды. Номера просторные, есть все необходимое.

• JF (10/5): Good value - Stayed in a triple room with friends. The room was clean and big enough for 3. The pool is very nice and not crowded since the only have 6 rooms. Quiet at night. The breakfast is AMAZING.

• family of 4 (8/5): A little oasis! - A great place to stay- all the staff so helpful especially Laura who assisted us to book some tours as well as giving us a lot of local info. The villa is a bit out of town but taxis are so cheap(around $4) or only a 20 min bike ride( a bit too much for us when it's 40 degrees!). We had a great holiday- thanks so much!
