Sohaib (1/5): - Malheureusement, l'expérience a été très mauvaise pour plusieurs raisons : manque de crédibilité et service très, très médiocre. Les égouts ne fonctionnaient pas et il n'y avait pas d'accessoires comme un parapluie extérieur. Même les draps n'étaient pas disponibles. Lorsque nous avons demandé un parapluie, par exemple, ils ne l'ont accepté que s'il s'agissait d'une garantie financière. Finalement, un tiers de la garantie a été déduit sous prétexte de papiers et de draps, sachant que rien de tout cela n'avait été fait. Malheureusement, je ne répéterai pas cette expérience…

Bruno (8/5): Mon avis - Le confort de la literie était parfait pour un logement touristique. Le logement était très propre et bien entretenu. Le parking n'est pas exclusivement réservé aux "Oase", beaucoup d'autres voitures s'y mettent et cela oblige à mal se stationner en gênant les enfants qui jouent. Le matériel pour cuisiner est légèrement insuffisant. En ce qui concerne le personnel, j'ai eu le sentiment que en temps que francophone l'accueil était médiocre. Étant parfait bilingues, mon épouse et moi avons commencer à parler en néerlandais et dès ce moment le comportement a été bien plus agréable (dommage pour nous enfants qui n'ont pas compris et à qui nous avons dû expliquer).

Victoria (6/5): A good base for those wishing to travel around, otherwise Jabbeke is very quiet. - We liked the fact that the descriptions and location were good for us to use as a base to travel around western Belgium. An easy drive from the UK. Check in was straightforward. The chalet was compact but provided enough space for the 4 of us. There were a number of safety concerns. Decking that makes up the patio area and steps is very slippery when wet. The stairs to our chalet were broken to one side and my daughter injured her ankle as a result. The side door to our chalet was hard to open and very difficult to close - which left a drop down (no steps) of over a meter, which was hazardous and not recommended for very young families. We visited the last week of the summer holiday and the beach area was empty - no lifeguards or activities. So my daughter was disappointed to not be able to use the water slides. We asked on site and were told that because the weather wasn't great then the lifeguard wasn't around, so facilities would remain closed. We were not told that facilities would be weather dependent when booking and were surprised because it was still during the main summer season. We were told that we could swim at our own risk in the lake, which we did. The lake is quite reedy but ok, however, two boys in the group next to us cut their legs in the sand on the water line, so we were concerned about broken glass and/or other sharp objects, so shoes are strongly recommended. No information about how to separate rubbish for recycling etc - we tried to ask at reception a couple of times but found that - even during opening hours - it was closed. Reception was also closed upon checkout so we were unable to highlight our safety concerns.
Monique (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location and helpful staff. The overall was good. The accommodation wasn't really clean and the bedline was also dirty. There was no oven.

Helen (8/5): Very good - It was surprisingly spacious inside and fitted two families in. it was great to have two shower rooms and toilets. Not very private - not much of a divide with the adjacent place. the children’s water play park was not opened yet
Jyoti (9/5): It was really nice to stay at klein strand - It was really different experience to stay at such house. Really good for summer as location was really good near to beach. Facilities provided inside house was good. Staff were helpful and coorperative. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Klein Strand. Wifi connection was not good and also the location was little far from the city.

Valerie (2/5): wouldn’t recommend it - it was very clean table & chairs were to big for the caravan. no oven or grill no toaster being placed in a residential part of the park. people were drinking arguing & shouting from 12pm till 3 to 4am no shop on site in which it says there is.
Susan (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and Will definately go again - Really good site for Children excellent water and play park facilities for all ages. food in bar area very good and reasonable and near play area. Not anywhere near Village and anything you need regarding shopping is only via a Vending Machine, so make sure you go supermarket shopping before you arrive. Bit disappointed we couldn't use the Lake facilities as these were cordened off for some reason?
Colin (10/5): Excellent location for families. - We really loved the location, and the facilities, the children loved the inflatables on the lake and the slides. We will definitely want to return for a longer break. Was not any shops on site for some forgotten items also wifi was difficult to work out.
Kim (6/5): Useful for a stopover 1/2 nights. I wouldn't want to stay for longer. - Location handy for Bruges and caravan itself was lovely. Spacious and clean. The reception desk was not overly helpful or engaged with visitors. As other reviews have mentioned there seems to be some regular clientele which lower the standard of the site.
