- Daniel Katrin (10/5): We come back! - We just loved the nice atmosphere. For us everything was great. Depending what your expectations are - but ours were met as we got what we were looking for. Nice room (including an upgrade - thank you so much sir, my son was so happy about the extra space), the food was great and we enjoyed our time at the beach. Thanks for the hospitality and smiles. There was no early sport/ yoga session on Sunday and also nobody for volleyball etc. That was a shame. It was the weekend with still many guests and although the season changed (1.11.) it would be better if the management considered that final weekend and released employees on Monday instead. Maybe it was a contract issue but as a guest that was weird and really a shame. There was one lady at the bar which was just not nice and friendly. She was obviously not happy with her job. Not good for the overall impression of the hotel. You always need dedicated staff.

- David (9/5): Excellent all inclusive resort - Great resort with lots to do. They put on special events including a club night which was amazing and pool parties. Great variety of entertainment and lots of sports activities. Room was spacious with great balcony. Food was excellent, great variety and quality You can walk in to Belek with plenty of knock off shops but not much in the way of bars and restaurants which doesn’t matter as it was all inclusive but it’s sometimes nice to venture out. Went to land of legends which are genuine shops but more expensive than back home

В комнате ночью при включенном кондиционере воняло канализацией. Отель был под завязку заселен - около 1500 человек, персонала явно не хватает, особенно во время ужина. Le personel , on avait des bracelets blanc pour les personnes parlant en turk et violet pour les étrangers parlant étrangers au turk , j’avais l’impression d’être délaisser le personel s’occupait que des personnes qui avait un bracelet violet c’était flagrant !! je suis français d’origine turk c est pour ça que j’avais le bracelet blanc , on me disait même pas bonjour à l’entrée du restaurant , on est venu en aucun cas me proposer à boire à ma table alors que les gens de bracelets violet était constamment sollicités par les serveurs une honte ! J’avais l’impression de parler à des zombies on nous répondait froidement , des disputes entre serveurs en plein restaurant c’était agaçant chaque repas l’ambiance était terrible ! En sortant au Check out j’ai rendu mes cartes de chambres sa à durée 5 secondes même pas un remerciement pas un sourire juste un au revoir très glaciale ! j’ai chargées mes bagages seul dans ma voiture , voici mon expérience dans l’hôtel dommage l’hôtel est fabuleux mais le personel vraiment à revoir , c est mon deuxième passage dans cette hôtel la première fois en 2008 avec ma tante j’étais très satisfait c est pour cela que je suis revenue pour un moment de nostalgie mais vraiment vraiment rien à voir avec la premiere fois je suis déçue .

- Shaho (10/5): Det var en rolig, spännande och fantastisk upplevelse. - Maten var fantastisk, personalen var jättetrevliga speciellt Eleonora från Guest Reletations, Hassan som jobbade i stranden den dagen som vi hade bokat Pavlionen, Faruk från den italienska restaurangen och sist men inte minst Morat. Han jobbade som en robot, alla var jätteduktiga. De som var i receptionen var också trevliga. Entertainment teamet var jättetrevliga och gjorde roligare. Det fanns inte en enda sak som vi inte gillade med boendet.

- Ismail Yasar (8/5): Otel idarecilerinin duyarsızlığı..... - Konaklamamız güzeldi. Taki torunum havuzda Kaza geçirene dek. Havuz merdivenlerinin basamak kenar köşelerinde çok kesici olması ile torunum Sudan çıkarken basamaklara yüzü vuruyor. On oniki santimlik anlında çok derin bir açılma oldu. Hemen Sudan çıkarıp kan revan içinde revire götürdük. Revirde doktor olmadığından hemşire tampon yapıp dikiş atılmasını çok acil olduğunu bildirdi. Fakat biz otelin bir misafiri olarak hiç bir yeri bilmediğimiz için hastanenin nerede nasıl gidileceğini de bilmiyorduk. Bize ne bir ambulans nede bir araç verildi. Kendi aracımızı olup olmadığı soruldu. Kendi aracımızla gitmemiz önerildi. Çünkü otel bölgelerine Ambulans verilmiyormuş dendi. Yanımıza otel çalışanlarından da bir görevli veremiyeceklerini bildirip bizde çaresiz bir şekilde hastane arayıp torunumu yola çıkardık. Torunum kan revan içinde hastanede operasyon yapılıp, oniki dikiş atıldı. Yani otel idarecileri çok duyarsız. Tek şikayetimiz bu. Allah korusun misafirlerden yada çalışanlardan başka bir yaralanma yada kalp krizi geçiren olsa sonu ne olur.
- Naomi (9/5): Great place for families - We had a great week here with our boys (5 and 7) over the Easter holidays. Unfortunately the weather was cooler than we'd hoped which meant we didn't get to take as much advantage of the many outdoor pools as we would have liked. Luckily there was also an indoor pool (and sauna - useful for warming up after we'd braved the outdoor pool) and lots of activities - including daily football, darts and balls competitions organised by the staff. The hotel directly backs onto a great beach with mountain views and there was fantastic evening entertainment every night which our kids loved! The weather - but that's not the hotel's fault

- Sanser (6/5): - Negatives: Spa Bereich Hamam und Indoorpool konnte nicht benutzt werden aus diversen Gründen. Kein Verständnis dafür. Ala Carte Restaurants konnte trotz 1 Woche Aufenthalt nicht gebucht werden. Weder Online noch durch das Gäste Management, welche uns immer hingehalten hat(Nina).Nicht kompetent. Getränke katastrophal. Geschirr nicht immer sauber. Duschen kam sehr wenig Wasser war eine Qual. Pool und Strand kaum Plätze da jeder schon in der früh die Liegen mit Handtücher besetzt, aber selber kaum anwesend. Unverschämt und Egoistisch. Positives: Die Mitarbeiter waren generell sehr aufmerksam insbesondere Emre und Batuhan von der Beachbar. Meer und Strand Anlage sauber. In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel keine 5 Sterne. 4 Sterne ausreichend.

Excessive use of plastic (each person consumes 5 plastic bottles a day, there are 1700 customers in the hotel, you can do the math). The hotel should install water fountains and promote refilling of the bottles. The quality of alcohol is very low. (Wine, beer, etc)

- Sara (6/5): Not a 5 star resort - Lovely pools & beach for the kids. You can hire a beach pavilion with waiter service, minibar, towels for 60-70 euros. Free food & drinks. Chinese & Italian restaurant onsite that you pay for had good a la carte food. Most of the staff were friendly. The room was a deluxe triple room for a family of 4. The view was of the other apartments even though I requested a sea view room. The cleaner always came in the afternoon when we were getting ready or relaxing in the room. Some days the room wasn't cleaned and we had to ask at reception for it to be cleaned. The tv was all in turkish or German with no English channels or subtitles. We asked 3 times at reception for it to be changed to English channels or English subtitles, but it was never done. The fruit bowl, minibar, tea/coffee was only restocked once during the 7 nights stay. The used plates/mugs were never taken away. We had to do it ourselves. One male reception staff member was rude when we requested boarding passes to be printed. I sent it to the manager in the morning & was told to collect it at reception, but when I went in the evening to collect it, it wasn't printed. Air conditioning in the room wasn't good. Overall, it isn't a 5 star hotel for what we paid for.
- Zuzana (9/5): Superb - all was perfect, hotel and the area was tip-top clean and maintained, services were perfect too, the laundry was changed every day, good romm equipment for 4 people I can't fault anything, maybe just thinking: 1. changing the laundry every day seemed useless to me (thrown money out the window), I recommend, as it happens in other hotels, if a guest requests to change the laundry, to put the special hotel card on the bed, which is used for this purpose, and the cleaning lady knows based on this, that she has change the bed laundry. 2. for people with food allergies (gluten and lactose): visually indicate on the cards with meals whether it contains/does not contain a specific food ingredient. For that reason, I could not taste anything from the desserts, because this information was missing.....

Tek şikayetçi olduğumuz nokta game center işletmecileri. Bilardo oynamak istedik ücretini ödedik fakat bilardo masasından tutun etrafının hijyeni ve düzeni iğrençti. Oyunu oynamadan yarıda bırakmak zorunda kalıp şikayetimizi belirttik ancak işletmecinin hatasız olduğunu ve bizim mükemmeli aradığımızı ve abarttığımızı söylemesi üzücüydü. Çünkü gün boyu masada duran kirli bardaklar, sandalyede ve kirli bardaklarda birikmiş ölü sinekler, toplar ve bilardo sopalarının dokunulamayacak kadar kirli olması otel konseptine ve mükemmelliğine leke düşürdü.
- Ehsan (8/5): It’s wonderful all inclusive if you want to reunion with your friends and family, as I did. The weather is great, at lea - The food is great! The staff are friendly. It’s clean. There are different types of activities for all. Gym is only available from 8-10 am and 2-4 pm! If you stay in the main building be prepared to wake up every morning around 3:30 when the yard being power washed. Make sure to ask for a room in other buildings which are peaceful with great surroundings.

Thanks a lot for the flexibility and the friendly service. It was a wonderful stay. My son was crying when we are leaving and he is really missing his cats friends there.

Delik from the kitchen who always made the omelettes was always friendly. I found the service staff quite unfriendly and would only go to the Russian or Germans to ask for their drinks and we had to go to the bar to get ours . We had a all in vacation. But to eat dinner you must make a reservation first. The thing is that if you start to do the reservation, then all places are booked. That was the downside.

First night houskeeping came into room while we were already sleeping 22:30. without knocking, came in with his card to drop fruitbowl. Some confusion when reception called us to bring credit card on our third day. When we went there no-one had a clue what we were talking about.. On our last night A note was left at door when we got back from dinner outside. It was already late. So a call came after 10pm to come to reception at that moment with our credit card. We passed the reception everyday, nothing was said then. The buffet food boring after 2 days. Cold station fair, hot stations boring and too starchy. Pool area and bar service at pool was good. We enoyed our stay in general. Thank you. Not many English channels, only news. Some casual bar staff (youngsters) needs some customer training/ English, please.

The food area, bad air conditioning, bad lights in the public spaces. the staff were not care about the guests comfort. One time they turn the off the lights in the dining area exactly at 10:30 while guests were eating and I needed to talk to manager to turn them on back!! We were two rooms, in the check in the suggested to switch the rooms to smaller rooms, in the same price. We were Limak Lara, and Limak Arcadia had much things to improve to be on the same level.

- Özgür (10/5): - Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Essen ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig, also für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Geschmacklich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung, wobei uns die abendliche Vorführungen gefallen hat. Strand ist sauber und Meer war angenehm. Fitnessstudio hat ausreichend viele Geräte mit Freihandeln. Das einzige was hier zu bemängeln sind die kleinen Einwegplastikbecher. Umweltschutz geht anders. Internet ist leider schwach und langsam aber das war mir nicht so wichtig.
- YUICHIRO (10/5): - Everything is wonderful. Many staffs clean the table, maintain the facilities, and they are really friendly. Kids likes "Kids Club", swimming pool, beach, and night show. Restaurant is also great. This is one of the best hotel resort which we have experienced.
