- Rebekah (8/5): - This delightful property was conveniently located within easy walking distance of the boardwalk/promenade in Tiberias, making food and shopping easy. The elevators arrive with a 'ding' like a doorbell, which is annoying throughout the night. The staff was gracious and helpful and the front desk is staffed 24/7. We were disappointed in the pool - it was lovely and we were looking forward to using it. However, when asked what the hours were, we were told that it was not open because it was too cold (it was 91 degrees the following day). We were surprised when two days later children were in the pool. We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous balcony. The thermostat worked well and the breakfast was generous. Our final night, however, the room was completely filled with cigarette smoke (we were trying to breath through the bed covers it was so intense). When we reported this, we were told, "This is Israel." So - just a heads up - if one is sensitive to smoke, be aware that you may be overwhelmed. Parking is across the street from the hotel. It is easy to find a space in the evening, but can be difficult during the day. Had we not reached out directly to the hotel in advance to ask where to park, we would have been confused since it is not on the property proper. We were traveling around the country and, based on lack of parking at other hotels, we were very thankful for this convenience. We highly recommend this hotel, with the caveat about the smoking.
- Tamera (10/5): - This is an older hotel but beautifully taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was included, amazing and delicious. If I go back I will book another room here for sure.

Rooms: Spacious rooms thoughtfully decorated. Like the rest of the hotel, it mixes old and new with a lot of character and charm. Food & drinks: The breakfast is unbelievable. Huge variety. Sweet and savory options. Local food such as shakshuka, knafe and burekas. And everything is finger-licking good. Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, and Great value

It wasn’t a spa ; it was a service that comes certain hours to provide services which were not available for us as woman was booked. Since we came for spa and pool we were disappointed front desk was great breakfast was great !

Shower head did not work,water wasn’t draining,tv remote only worked in specific angles,digital door lock didn’t work also (had to use an actual key instead of the card)

Only thing to be aware of is that 'pool' is basically a large bath with room for 5 or 6 people around the outside to sit. So don't come here if you plan on lounging by the pool all the day. Do come here if you want a nice room, good food and a good central base to explore the area.

- Ilán Ariel (8/5): - My experience was very good, although we a have a triple room where the suppletory bed was a sofa and the mattress was very bad but they change the sofa with a bed. The don't have a bell boy who can help you with the luggage but they trayed to help. The breakfast was excellent and the personal very helpful. I recommend this hotel, its a very good opportunity in Tiberias if you take in account the price and what the hotel offers.

Was raining and we need to cross the street with our baggage .. Its not a 5 stars hotel. Is an old and beautiful architecture. But is't not the best. The restaurant is outside from the building. Anywhere to sit or drink or read? Of course not....I think is suficiente. We have photos too, from the tables, the rooms....In resume, its not a 5 stars hotel.

As it is on a one way street you have to go up three blocks-- down two blocks and then another lot to get into parking area. swimming pool is quite small but they have discount passes to hot springs spa. Note building in back is not part of hotel
