• Lisa (8/5): Very good. Centrally located. Clean and large rooms. Bonus get a river view and jacuzzi in the bathroom. They also have - The property is very centrally located. We had a top floor room on level 6 so had great views. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large jacuzzi square shaped for two people, and we had a walk in shower. For what we paid for inc breakfast, it was really good value for money. In comparison we checked into the Casa del Sol which is a neighbouring hotel for literally double the price but the facilities were exactly the same except we had a smaller bathroom, no jacuzzi and on the first day no hot water! They could have supplied more water ie replenished them in the room daily.

Tiene un jacuzzi increíble, y aquí me detengo; la vista desde el balcón al río y la montaña en primerísimo primer plano, simplemente ESPECTACULAR, insuperable. Apreciar esa magnitud, el sonido del agua frente a mi cama, fue una experiencia memorable. La ubicación: ESTRATEGICA!!! Esta literalmente al frente de la estación de tren donde llega INCARAIL a Aguas Calientes desde Cusco. Además: estás en el corazón del pueblo, frente a un mercado, restaurantes, almacenes y a pasos de la estación donde tomas el Bus para MachuPiccu. Este hotel es totalmente lo que necesitas para llegar a descansar, disfrutar de un pueblo lleno de encanto antes, durante y después de tu visita a la Ciudadela de MachuPichu. Nos dieron unos tragos de cortesía que disfrutamos junto a la carta del restaurant que está ubicado justo al lado del hotel. Y el precio? En relación al servicio, ubicación, y calidad, perfecto. Quedé maravillado. No hay nada que no me guste.

• Sonja (9/5): Ideaal hotel in prachtige omgeving - Het hotel ligt vlakbij het station dus heel makkelijk. Eveneens vlakbij bureau voor de bustickets. De kamers aan de achterzijde met balkon zijn ruim, hebben een prachtig uitzicht en je hoort er geen straatlawaai. Enkel het ruisen van de rivier wat wij geen probleem vonden. Het onthaal verliep wat stroef maar verder niets negatiefs. Zeker een plek om meerdere nachten te verblijven.

The room is very large and comfy and aminaties are good, room has a whirlpool bath and a large shower. Overlooked the river. They will look after your luggage while you visit Macho Picchu, very good service and breakfast has a lot of choices.

Wir konnten unsere Tasche auch nach dem Checkout dort lassen und später abholen Es gibt Zimmer direkt zum Fluss raus, was hübsch ist, aber extrem laut, da die Fenster furchtbar isoliert sind. Die anderen Zimmer liegen direkt über den Bahngleisen. Das Frühstück sah wenig appetitlich aus.

• Bianca (8/5): Bello ma migliorabile con delle piccole attenzioni - L’albergo è molto bello e in pieno centro. La stanza è grande e affacciava sul fiume, bellissimo, ma per chi ha problemi con il rumore bisogna portare i tappi perché si sente molto. La sala colazione anch’essa con una splendida vista. La prima sera l’acqua non era calda ma già il mattino seguente era tutto a posto. La posizione è ottima perché vicina alla stazione del treno e alla partenza del bus. La colazione non ha molte opzioni senza lattosio o vegane e questo potrebbe essere incrementato visto anche il costo della stanza rispetto alla media di aguas calientes. Quando è stata rifatta la camera non hanno prestato molta attenzione a sostituire una tazza usata e un piattino usati

Anani und Pamela haben uns mit leckerem Frühstück und zuvorkommendem Service verwöhnt. Die Sicht auf den Fluss ist spektakulär und das Hotel ist sehr familiär. :) Danke für die schöne Zeit :)

The sound of the river was quite soothing at night. The location was also very convenient, central and close to the bus station to Machu Picchu. Would definitely recommend. There was a shortage of staff. No one was available to collect our bags when we arrived. There seemed to be only one cleaner for all the rooms.

The spa tub and fireplace made it extra cozy and relaxing. The service was excellent—Joseph was especially helpful and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for a peaceful and memorable stay.

• Samantha (9/5): Quarto aconchegante, mas banheiro precisando de melhorias. - Cama super confortável, travesseiros muito macios. Quarto aconchegante com varanda e vista pro Rio Urubamba. Suíte com hidromassagem. Acho que podem adicionar mais ferragens no banheiro para pendurar toalhas de banho e de rosto. Só tinha 1 pino para toalha de banho. E nenhum pino para toalha de rosto. Um quarto de casal chique desse e banheiro bem bonito como esse, mas não pensaram nessa infraestrutura simples e básica. Duas simples barras para pendurar a toalha. Outro problema que tivemos foi na hora de encher a banheira de hidromassagem, pois teve água vazando no chão e não tinha ralo para o escoamento. Isso causou um problema. Acionamos a recepção e trouxeram 1 pano somente, que não deu vazão. E mesmo no verão a temperatura é fria e eu tive que ficar limpando chão gelado, torcendo pano de chão mil vezes até não ter mais água no chão. E isso porque nem havíamos entrado na banheira ainda. Então a experiência não foi das mais agradáveis.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The peaceful setting made it easy to unwind and disconnect from the outside world. The staff were kind and attentive from start to finish. If you’re looking for a serene, romantic escape in the Sacred Valley, this hotel is a dream. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to couples looking for something truly special.

• Gabi de Buenos Aires (10/5): Lugar de paso necesario si tu horario de ingreso a Machu Picchu es muy temprano a la mañana. - Se trata de un hotel de paso en Aguas Calientes, parada obligada, en la víspera de ir Machu Picchu. Nos recibieron muy cordialmente al llegar, y nos brindaron las primeras y necesarias orientaciones en un lugar tan caótico.. Por nuestro horario de ingreso a las ruinas y por nuestra hora de regreso, extendieron nuestro check out inmediatamente, sin costo y sin dudar. La verdad que nada, todo fue muy bien.

• Heinz (9/5): Bonne expérience à Cuzco - Le personnel était très arrangeant quand nous avons demandé de garder nos bagages pendant un certain temps. La surface des chambres est très généreux. Nous étions au rez et donc n'avons pas bénéficier d'une vue. En étant dans une rue de San Blas il faut savoir que l'espace pour les voitures est très restreint.

• rtk1948k (10/5): Great accommodations - Hatun Inti Boutique is conveniently located to restaurants, the bus pick up location for Machu Picchu tours and the train station. The in room jetted hot tub was the perfect thing after a trip to Machu Picchu. We were on the side overlooking the train tracks but luckily we slept through it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only caveat I would give is to be aware that there are two Hatun Inti locations, and the map at the information booth is incorrect. We discovered that the hard way. With that being said, we would recommend Hatun Inti Boutique. It has the boutique feel without the boutique price.

The staff were super helpful and the rooms very comfortable. We originally booked road side but we were able to change to river side for a small extra cost. I would recommend this as road / train would be quite noisy I imagine. It is right by the bus upto Machu Picchu so very convenient location for early risers. The breakfast wasn't the best we've had in Peru. We had it very early and it lacked choice. Had one coffee machine which was a challenge. But generally was fine.

Breakfast average with no frills. Good coffee machine. Tip: ask for a room on the river side as the other side of the hotel looks over the railway tracks. Cons: no ironing facilities in room; no laundry service even though advertised. For some unexplained reason my room key card kept expiring every day for the 3 days I was there.

Great restaurants within walking distance and the bus to Macchu Pichu is a mere 3 minute walk. The coffee is lacking but that is not unique to this hotel. Peru is a tea drinking country. A screen on the balcony door would have been nice as we did get mosquitoes in the room the second we opened the.

Check out 10am a bit early. If you’re lucky enough to get Melcy at front desk, she will take care of everything for you. She speaks the best English of the staff.

Our room was overlooked the Urumbamba River making the view spectacular. Good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were looking forward to using the jacuzzi after the rigours of the Inca trail but couldn’t get the water hot enough so gave up. Would have been nice for the eggs at breakfast to be made to order.

Il fiume che scorre sotto la struttura può essere rumoroso, ma anche rilassante. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. I letti sono comodi. La colazione a buffet è variata. Le opzioni senza glutine per la colazione sono un po' scarne.

• gswartz1987 (10/5): Great location. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Many amenities. - Joseph at the front desk was fantastic. Friendly, eager to help, and Immensely accommodating. He offered advice on dining and exploration of aguas calientis as well as free drinks and discounts at a local spot. I had an early AM ticket to hike Machu Picchu Mountain that left me a sweaty mess. He was able to extend my check out time in order to allow me to change before my flight back to the states. The rooms were clean, large, with shower and jacuzzi tubs. It also boasted a view of the River. The front of the hotel is directly in front of the tracks but trains only ran sporadically throughout the day. Therefore the noise was not a concern. In reality it added to its charm making for a unique stay. Breakfast was offered and I was surprised to see that they were open at 0445. I was disappointed that I did not have time to try the spa services. The location was fantastic. Only a few hundred yards from the Machu Picchu shuttle pickup and a short walk to the train station. I was weary after reading some reviews but couldn’t have been happier
• Ultimatefoodie1 (10/5): Warm hospitality with thoughtful attention to detail - Wow they got me with the river view! The linens are luxurious, bed comfortable. They go the extra mile with a sweet treat and bottle water. I appreciated the jacuzzi , candles and bubble bath after a day of hiking. The front desk staff are friendly and eager to help. What an oasis ! I highly recommend this hotel for all the creature comforts and a ton of extras that sweeten your stay.
• Benjamin (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Sparkling clean, spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Our room had a view of the river and we got to sleep to the sound of the river at night which was great. Rooms are quiet and staff are very attentive. Right in the center of Aguas Calientes. This hotel was perfect.

Ottima la colazione Chiedete all'hotel di farvi venire a prendere alla stazione se avete bagaglio, l'hotel è vicinissimo alla stazione mi ci sono le scale e il percorso tra le bancarelle non è agevole
