- bonniekN5816YA (10/5): Wonderful spa at dollywood - From the moment I stepped into The Spa at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort, I felt like I had entered a peaceful Southern retreat tucked into the Smoky Mountains. The entire space radiates warmth and charm, with a calming atmosphere that instantly helps you slow down, breathe deeply, and truly unwind. I booked a mani/pedi, a massage and a facial, and together they created one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve ever had. The massage with Pam was exceptional—perfect pressure, incredibly soothing, and thoughtfully tailored to release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. It struck the perfect balance between therapeutic and deeply relaxing, leaving me feeling completely renewed. The facial with Lisa and mani pedi with amber was just as impressive. My estheticians took time to understand my skin and nails and customized the treatment to exactly what I needed. Every step—from cleansing to the final glow—felt luxurious and intentional. My skin and nails looked radiant afterward, but more importantly, it felt healthy, refreshed, and truly cared for. What really makes this spa stand out is the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. The staff were kind, attentive, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than routine. It’s clear why this spa has earned recognition among top spas in North America

- rjm8970 (10/5): The Friendliest Staff - Absolutely the friendliest staff I've encountered anywhere in quite some time! Seriously, they could give the staff of some Five Star hotels I've stayed recently some training! Everyone absolutely went above and beyond, from the valet who insisted on bringing my car up, even though I'd just left my phone and I cold've easlily walked to it and retrieved myself, to the housekeeper with whom we had a 30 miunte convesation about everything and nothing, to the hostesses at Song&Hearth each morning; and I was amazed at the ladies at DM Pantry who maintained their composure and friendliness while dealing with an obviously overdemanding and entitled customer, couldn't ask for better service!!! Really can't add any more to the glowing reviews that everyone else has posted. Hate being negative in a Five Star review, so think of these as suggestions instead of negatives. I found the bathroom to be rather basic in amenities, even in the true suite we occupied; at the rates charged a bathrobe, slippers, and other amenities should be provided, as well as turn down service. But these are minor quibbles and, in many ways, the service more than compensates!!

- amyw2012 (10/5): A great hotel - This was our 2nd stay, and we were excited to come back. The pools and hot tub were nice even though there is no slide. We also played corn hole and enjoyed the free afternoon pink lemonade the lobby. We missed the free s’mores this time while we were eating at the buffet. You cannot be late. They wouldn’t give us a kit a couple minutes after the time was up. The buffet was good but expensive for what we got. We would not go back. We loved getting the cinnamon bread and coffee delivered to our room the next morning. The hotel is really pretty, and I enjoyed staying there again. The little touches of Dolly everywhere add to it. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms for 7 people. My son’s only suggestion for improvement was to make the pink lemonade available at more times. Perks of staying at the hotel when we were there were 5 of their fast passes and the best parking for free.

Enjoyed the scheduled daily activities for guests. Inconvenient and pricey to have to go to one restaurant/bar to order adult beverage to take to pool or hotel room. In addition, Over a dozen seasonal ‘stink’ bugs found their way into our room - this was alarming to children.

We were happy we could use the heartsong pool due to broken Pump at DreamMore, they even drove us back and forth to heartsong. We booked here specifically because the heated outdoor pool would be open, unfortunately due to pump issues it was not. Also one of the 4 elevators was not running which for spring break being super busy was long lines at elevator.

Staff very friendly, welcoming. Pricey compared to other local facilities in terms of room rates, food, and some extra services as well as a conference facility.

- W5191KOsallyl (10/5): A Fun and Plush Resort with Convenient Access to Dollywood - This resort is fun whether you're traveling as a family with kids, a retired couple, or enjoying a romantic getaway for two. There are activities for kids and adults, including a game room. The rooms are oh-so-quiet and ready for you to relax in. The pool area is so large and there are groupings of Adirondack chairs around gas fire pits scattered around the edge. Nightly s'mores are offered and fun for kids and adults. The trolley to DollyWood runs about every 15 minutes and makes visiting the park so convenient. Included in your room rate are TimeSaver passes which give you a shorter line for rides AND VIP access to four of the DollyWood shows (reserve your time slot at the ticketing office on Show Street located next to the largest theater). The resort is pricey, but it is so fun to be so close to the park and enjoy a total Dollywood experience. I think kids aged up to about 12 years old would like this resort better than staying at DollyWood's HeartSong resort.

- Everettmk (4/5): I know how Dolly got to be filthy rich! - We actually staying at DreamMore right now. We check out tomorrow. This is the first time we’ve stayed here. We usually always stay at the Inn at Christmas Place but our daughter loves Dolly and we wanted to let her experience it. I have two positives: The king sized bed and bunks work very well for our family. Also, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. (Side note: there is a lifeguard - which is a positive - but we were the only ones in there and they are just right there and stared at you the whole time. I’m assuming they can’t be on their phones. I know, that’s a good thing … but it was super uncomfortable and you felt like you couldn’t really let loose lol). Here’s my negative and to me it’s huge: There is NOTHING and I mean nothing included in your stay. We’re used to coffee and cookies at the Inn at Christmas Place and cute little extras but don’t expect a single thing here. The Inn at Christmas place even includes an huge hot breakfast buffet. Everything costs at DreamMore and it’s very expensive. The prices are possibly more than if you go to a nice sit down restaurant nearby. there’s also nothing over the top, Dolly glamorous like we thought it would be. The foyer is decorated in a pretty mountain style but that’s about it. All in all I’d say, if it’s a couple that’s staying here , it’s fine. If it’s a family, you just need to plan your budget accordingly. It’s not the sweet ol southern mountain experience lol. Dolly is a business woman and it shows. I guess that’s how she got so rich. You do you, Dolly. We’re headed back to our old faithful next time.

When I wandered down the hall to see the pool area and amenities, a woman in plain clothes confronted me and asked me what I was looking for, if I was a guest and who I was there with. She followed me back to the common area and watched me warily until she saw I was with my elderly mother, as I had told her. I suddenly felt very unwelcome.
- jesss631 (10/5): Beautiful resort with so much to offer - even in the "off" season - I can totally see why this resort is one of Pigeon Forge's top options. We decided to take a last-minute trip to PF for the holiday weekend (MLK Jr Day) and to celebrate my husband's (belated) birthday. We decided on DreamMore Resort the morning we were leaving, and I am so glad we gave it a try. Peak season rates would be a little more than we would want to spend, but this weekend's rates were on par with AirBnBs in the area. Obviously, two different experiences - but we wanted the convenience of an on-site restaurant and the indoor pool. Additionally, the kids enjoyed s'mores and story time by the fire every night; hot cocoa or apple cider in the lobby; games in the game room; and the bunk bed they got to sleep in in our room. We booked the Family Suite - which was awesome - and got the Bed and Breakfast package. The Song and Hearth restaurant was never crowded, and we definitely got our money's worth with the B&B package. Our suite was spacious and offered a king-size bedroom which could be closed off from the other spaces (perfect for a napping baby). There were also two TVs in the suite and lots of space for all of our luggage. The staff’s attention to detail really showed. The room felt exceptionally clean and well cared for, which made the stay very comfortable. Furthermore, the view of the Smoky Mountains and the water park from our 6th-floor suite was just beautiful. While we didn't get to go to Dollywood this visit, there were so many benefits (that you probably "pay" for in your rate) when the park IS open - "fast" passes for the rides and direct transportation to the parks, to name a few. I appreciated being a bit removed from the Parkway, which was still fairly busy this weekend. With Dollywood closed, that side of town was much quieter. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and pays homage to Dolly in the most classy way. It was Dolly's 80th birthday, and they had balloons and a card you could sign. My kids loved the display and the fact that they could participate in signing a card for her. We even got a special treat at check-in: Dolly's favorite dessert - lemon bars! All of the staff were helpful and friendly, which sadly feels less common these days than it should be, and was very much appreciated. I could keep gushing, but I’ll wrap up by saying we hope we have the chance to come back someday.

- Mary Ann (10/5): Wish it was longer! Thoroughly enjoyed our time! - Everything was exceptional, from the staff, the stores, the food! Such a beautiful place! We plan on getting the gold or diamond pass for our family this next year. We had a king room with bunk beds and it was beautiful, but a little small. There was not a chair other than the desk chair to sit. Hubby needed some place comfortable to drink coffee and wait for his wife to get ready.

- Samantha (10/5): Magical. - This is the best and most magical place I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back. Very clean. Paint job is impeccable and that level of care does matter. You can really tell if workers and owners take pride in a building if the cut lines are sharp and there isn’t paint everywhere. It means it’s a clean and wonderful place. I wish I could have stayed longer.

- KDAA (10/5): Loved this hotel and the service - This was our first time staying at the DreamMore and we weren't disappointed. It is a beautiful hotel, and even more special at Christmas. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Our 2nd room (see below) was very quiet and the sleep quality was quite good. We also enjoyed having the cafe with coffee and the famous Dollywood Cinnamon Bread. The trolley service to the park was very convenient. I was especially impressed with how good the service was, as we had a couple of issues during the stay that were quickly resolved. The first was the room. We were in a room that was above the roof of the restaurant and there was a very constant sound that I think came from the HVAC units on the roof. Whatever it was, my wife had difficulty sleeping. I asked for a change of room and they were able to accommodate us without issue. The 2nd room faced the front of the hotel and was very quiet. The second issue was related to tickets and I won't provide all the details (nothing do to with the resort itself), but they resolved my issue very promptly and to my satisfaction. These days, I rarely find customer service that is so friendly and empowered to resolve my concerns. We would definitely go back (although it is a hard choice between here and HeartSong, as we visited there and it was really nice as well).
