• Pascal (4/5): Hotel qui devrait être rénové - Nous avons souffert de bruit pendant la nuit avec des claquements de portes, de personnes qui parlent fort dans le couloir. Visiblement il y a un problème disolation du bruit dans les chambres.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing stay. - Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not 3-Star Standard I stayed at this hotel expecting a 3-star experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to that at all. The bed wasn’t clean, and I actually found bugs in it. After just one night, my whole body started itching — not a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was very poor. There were only four types of cold cuts, no variety of bread, and the only fruit available was apples. This is far below what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. Overall, I cannot recommend this place to others. It urgently needs better hygiene standards and a proper breakfast offering to justify its rating.
• MICHAEL (8/5): Good value hotel - Quite a good location about 5 min walk from metro. Room a bit small bit ok. Could do with some drawers for belongings. Bathroom had shower over bath and the curtain got in the way when showering. Good soundproofing . Breakfast was ok , cereals , toast , croissants , cake, cheese, meats, yoghurts, hot drinks and juices.

• Daniel (4/5): - The elevator stops in between floors. No air conditioning and the fan in my room was too noisy to be usable and still sleep. The doors slam easily with no noise dampening, so my neighbors awoke me several times. Breakfast is overpriced for what you get as are the rooms! The tub is high to climb in with no hand holds, an accident waiting to happen!

• Ilyitch (4/5): - This hotel is listed as a 3 star and is definitely 2 at best, but very motel-ish. The beds are no comfortable. The elevators, like many hotels, are very small, but here it requires going up and down 2 sets of stairs, as the elevator is located on the 1.5 level. In other words, you you are forced to travel up and down stairs just to access the elevators. The bathrooms are generally clean and stocked with general body/hair soap and hand soap. Fans were provided and they looked clean. My biggest issue with the hotel is the star rating does not match the accommodations and the inconvenience of the elevator situation. I will say the staff were accommodating and did their best to be helpful, always courteous. They are the saving grace. Location is not great, but not awful. Safe area with a velib bike station right next to it- convenient. Metro #4 was a 5 min walk (Marie Montrouge). There are markets and restaurants nearby. I would not stay again, though I will say that they offered the best price for the last week of August. I would prefer to spend just a little more money for better acommodations.
• chinesoul (4/5): Not bad, but I don't think I will come next time. - Biggest issue for me: Wifi doesn't work in my room (works OK at reception) for 4 nights. I'm lucky my sim card works flawless and I have large data package. The room is basic but OK. My room is on the street side, so quite noisy in the early morning, but I don't mind that much. The breaksfast menu could improve. On the positive side, the location is quite convenient for me, and there are good restaurants around the area.

• KHALAF (4/5): - M'y two nights were paid. I decided to not spend the 2nd Night for personal reasons. I asked the receptionist If it is possible to keep m'y affairs until I finish my conference. When I came back at 5 PM. I found out that my affairs were moved out from the room even though I havent done my check out! I could have paid extra tax fees since I exceeded the permitted hour (non) but I was not informed about that!! Information was not clear and precise. I found it very unprofessional especially that a hotel employée was insisting that I was given the right information.

Ascenseur à mi étage nécessitant de porter les valises sur plusieurs marches d’un escalier exigu. La salle de bain est loin d’être du niveau d’un 3 étoiles. Carreaux cassés, prises qui ne tient pas au mur, rideau de douche qui tient par miracle. La fenêtre n’a aucune isolation phonique, on vit au rythme de la rue. Il en est de même pour le couloir. Le petit déjeuner est ridicule. Point positif : propreté

• Keith (4/5): - We were woken up at 03.30am in the morning to find a mouse sitting on the table eating my wifes cake. Also the drains were blocked ans when showering you were stood in inches of water. When staff were notified they asked how big the mouse was as if that had any relevance to the fact it was sat in my room. Really unhappy because this was on last night and how do I know it hadn't been there all three nights eating away at our snacks.

Niveau d'hygiène et de propreté plus que douteux, aucune insonorisation de la chambre, rideaux qui ne coupent pas bien de la lumière, aucun service, ascenseur qui ne va pas jusqu'à l'étage supérieur, petit déjeuner très spartiate et pas bon, personnel non à l'écoute, voire mal aimable et mal poli si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre de quelque chose... Ce n'est clairement pas un 3 étoiles.
• Johanna (4/5): A fuir - J'y ai passé 2 nuits dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. La personne à la réception était plutôt agréable. En revanche, arrivée dans la chambre j'ai été très désagréablement surprise. 2quipements franchement vétustes, rideau qui ne couvre la fenêtre qu'aux deux-tiers, porte de la salle de bain qui ne s'ouvre que partiellement car vite bloquée par le lavabo, literie vraiment pas confortable avec des oreillers très raplapla et par-dessus tout extrêmement bruyant. En l'occurrence il faisait relativement chaud quand j'y ai séjournée et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre tellement le bruit est fort. Pour se rafraichir, un simple ventilateur plutôt poussiéreux...

Le petit problème les portes font beaucoup de bruit en s'ouvrant et se refermant c'est sûrement un axe d'amélioration à considérer pour le bien de tous (après c'est souvent le problème des hôtels des grandes villes)

• Tariqal55 (2/5): Unfriendly and not honest - I tried to book in this hotel and they offered me a flexible package which I have accepted, the package includes free cancellation. I had a medical emergency before arriving and instead of pressing the booking cancel button I clicked on the “change date”. They insisted on charging me for the first night although I have explained to them several time that it was a human error, they didn’t want to listen or understand. They just wanted the capitalize on this accident. Please avoid them, they are not honest and unfriendly.

Avons du insister pour avoir un café mais pas deux et un peu de pain. Les chaises étaient déjà sur les tables. Des touristes avec leurs très jeunes enfants allaient partir le ventre vide De plus elle comprenait très peu le français, ne parlait ni anglais, allemand ou espagnol. Cet hôtel reflète une image du tourisme en France très malsaine. Suis resté 2 jours et lits non faits Je n'ai jamais vu cela

• Traveller60London (6/5): Much better than we expected - The background for the stay: We had to stay in Paris for the night between 28/05/2022 and 29/05/2022, otherwise the next leg of our journey would not have been possible. We were shocked to see how difficult it was to find a hotel in Paris and how expensive they were. (Only later we found out that the reason was the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool, which took place in Paris on 28/05/2022.) Therefore we ended up in an area much further from Central Paris than we would have liked. Having read some of the negative reviews, the hotel was a positive surprise. The people at the reception were friendly and professional. The young gentleman checked us in smoothly and efficiently, and the other young gentleman with whom we checked out the following morning was equally pleasant, he helped me with my luggage to get down the stairs from the lift to the reception. That is the kind of service you often do not get in more high end hotels. The room was small and basic (no kettle, no mini fridge) but it was spotlessly clean. It also had double-glazing which kept any noise from the street away efficiently. It had wooden floors which I found pleasant and hygienic. The big positive surprise was that the bathroom had bath. It was not a full size one but still very nice. There were 2 soaps and 2 shampoos in the bathroom. The towels were fluffy. There was even a balcony - big enough to stick your toes out! The negatives were: The walls were paper thin, you could everything from close by rooms. Luckily we did not have any neighbours partying all night - they came in, did their evening preparations and went to sleep - so we had a good night's sleep. There are lots of steps: The lift is situated between the floors, so you have 9 steps to your room. You also have 7 steps to get to the reception from the street , 11 steps from the reception to the lift. But the steps were not steep or spiral, which helped. There are useful services close by: A Carrefour was 1 minute away, a boulangerie 2 minutes away, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant Il Segreto 5 minutes away, which had very good food. A modest but much better hotel than we expected.

• Verified traveler (2/5): A FUIR - A fuir ! Hôtel hyper vétuste, je ne comprends même pas qu'il puisse avoir encore 3 étoiles. Chambre minuscule avec la moitié des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas, évier bouché dans la salle de bain. L'insonorisation est inexistante, les portes claquent encore à 1h du matin. Le ménage dans la chambre n'est pas fait tous les jours. Un distributeur de boissons est hors service au niveau de la réception et même en payant ils ne peuvent pas l'ouvrir pour prendre des boissons dedans, et on ne peut pas prendre un verre dans la salle de petit déjeuner pour le remplir d'eau à la fontaine et le monter en chambre. Petit déjeuner à 8.50 € où il y a en résumé du pain du beurre et des pains au chocolat. Bref, je viens dans le quartier chaque année pour un congrès, c'est la 1ère et dernière fois qu'ils me verront.

• POTEL (8/5): Séjour très correct - Une nuit passée dans cet établissement, bien situé par rapport au métro et à mon lieu de réunion (rue Chaintron à Montrouge) Chambre un peu petite, un peu de moisissure dans la douche dont la porte coulisse mal, ventilation bruyante dans la salle de bains et éclairage lumineux en façade qui illumine la chambre toute la nuit, voilà les points négatifs. En positif : accueil chaleureux, présence permanente d'un employé à la réception, matelas confortable
• BERNADETTE (8/5): - Lit très confortable, salle de bains très propre mais la chambre est très exiguë… à 2, c'est un peu compliqué. Le personnel est disponible et serviable. Bonne isolation phonique pour une chambre donnant sur la rue.
• Van Li (10/5): - The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helped us out whenever we needed. Any problems we had the staff helped sort it out. The rooms were great. Neat and tidy and had everything we needed.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Basic & clean hotel - I’m happy to stay at this hotel. It’s a bit old, but it’s clean. I stayed there for 1 week, they arranged a spacious room for me. For the breakfast, it’s basic but good. The staffs refilled the breads & food promptly. All the staffs were very helpful & friendly. I had a good time there! Thank you!
• Sml (2/5): - Réception peu attentive Pas de contrôle on donne les clés sans contrôle Propreté très suspecte Impression d hôtel de passe J ai réservé pour mes assistantes dans le cadre d un séminaire à côté de l hôtel Tellement c était douteux qu elles n ont même pas dormi j ai payé un autre hôtel pour elles ( ibis ) en dépannage C est comme même bizarre cette note de 3 étoiles J ai donc réglé une chambre d hôtel sans que mes assistantes aient pu y dormir dans des conditions sanitaires et paisible convenables

• patrickb389 (2/5): Pictures say more than 1000 words - Online it looks OK, live it is different. Instead of writing a lot, I decided to share some pictures I took in my Room: just dirty and ugly. Never again, it is the worst place I have ever been in Paris. Shame on the owners!

• María (4/5): - Night staff reception helpful. Location was good. Check in reception unfriendly, uncaring, did not feel welcome. Very poor customer service. Dirty soiled mattress cover on bed. Very disappointing on first night to discover no fitted sheet on bed. Bed improperly made.
• Robert (2/5): Dirty and uncomfortable - The hotel room was in extremely poor condition and dirty, the rooms had no air conditioning and where unbearable to sleep in at night. This hotel is in need of a major overhaul. We departed the hotel before are agreed time and found somewhere else for a few more Euros, I'm will be seeking a full refund Avoid at all costs
• Andy (6/5): Pleasant stay - updating needed though :) - Booked 3 nights in a twin room for me and my daughter. The size of the room was surprisingly small and the bathroom could have done with an update. Pillows weren't the best and there was a quilt on the bed in 28 degree heat with no air con. Breakfast was continental which did the job. Location of the hotel was a 15 minute metro ride from the centre (Notre Dame area) on the M4 Montourage line.
• Guide63566276138 (4/5): Not recommended - Good location - the only positive. Room (especially bathroom) and other spaces were not wery clean, breakfest without fruit or vegetable and the same every single day. No safe for the valuables in the room or reception. Maybe the price correspond this quality in Paris but I would never give 3* to this hotel.
• S577BJluisd (6/5): Close to metro - Small room the duvet was quite old the mattress was new it says on website there is a safe in the room but we couldn’t find it It’s in a good location close to metro tram and local bus the garage it’s in the front of the hotel under a large block of flats and it’s never looked I had the car there for four days it was ok but it didn’t look safe and the hotel it’s not responsible if something happens
