The hotel was spotless. If being picky, the en- suite toilet/sink area was tight but this wouldn’t stop us staying here again. Overall everything was great.

Efficient, helpful, & genuinely friendly (not your "have a nice day" off-hand type) Food in the evening & breakfast was very good, including the coffee. Great choice & attentive service. The shower was amazing. Huge walk-in with easily adjusted ceiling rose providing a full-on monsoon of hot water. The bed was a little on the hard side for our liking, coupled with a room temp higher than ideal, spoiled a perfect score. Once the windows were opened slightly, things improved.

• Alison (8/5): Great night away at a lovely hotel - Staff were friendly, good breakfast, dinner was lovely and the room spacious Room only had one chair at the dressing table with nowhere else to sit. Couldn’t easily see the TV where it was placed so a couch or some chairs would have helped. Bed was quite low down.

My autistic daughter had a major meltdown and the staff were kind and supportive, particularly Emma at Reception who went out of her way to accommodate us. The food and breakfast were excellent, however they seemed to be a bit short-staffed in the restaurant. Decor in the rooms rather outdated, but overall very comfortable.

Lovely clean spacious room, only issue is the 3pm check in especially when youre attending a wedding that day. Hotel is lovely, nice bars and overall a lovely venue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was beautiful, certainly needed after the wedding day celebrations. We will certainly be back even if just for a nice meal.

• Scott (10/5): Bliss - Stayed here with my 3 kids for a family wedding. The place was amazing. The staff were ever so helpful and polite. The breakfast included was top notch, and the place was very clean and well maintained. Had a great couple of days.

So Friendly, happy guy Bar not serving alcohol until 12 lunch on the Sunday, then when asked why was rudely told because and some other hotels are half 12. Bought juice then told one couldn't work the till then the rude one couldn't remember her code. Sunday morning staff in the dining room/bar at 11. Then just because it was quiet in restaurant the bar shut at 9pm. Was told the bar won't be open just for hotel guests.

• jasloudalmag (10/5): Highly Recommend this Hotel - Stayed here over night before flying out on holiday from Glasgow and what can I say "It is a fantastic hotel, I can't praise it enough. Deborah Head Receptionist and all the staff made us feel welcome. Lots of hotels chevk you in i.e Name, room number, etc. This hotel treat you like your their very first guest by taking the time to hold a conversation with you and just make you feel special, purely 100% Customer focused. The accomodation was stunning very comfortable and stylish. The restuarant food was amazing, hats off to the chef. The spicy carrot soup was delicious as was the whole meal. We were missing breakfast due to the early flight but the hotel went out their way and made us sandwiches etc to take with us. Thank you all for making our stay memorable and we will certainly be back.
• Excursion46078051015 (4/5): Disappointing Stay - Returned for our 3rd visit putting a black Friday voucher to use and booked an overnight stay as a break away. Before checking in, we noticed that the full amount had been deducted despite the voucher code being submitted on the website and note on the booking confirming we were using a voucher. Upon check in we asked if we could use the voucher in the restaurant and it was confirmed yes. We were allocated room 2 which is a deluxe double. The first thing we noticed was that there was no bath, despite it being advertised on the website that there was an over bath shower. The room was huge and on the ground floor but the layout was weird. The TV is to one side of the room and you can't see it from the bed due to the wooden headboard sticking out. Not ideal. The room was also really cold during the night despite the heating being on. We utilised the facilities at bowfield. No complaints lovely pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Staff were very pleasant. Came back to the hotel for our dinner reservation and if there was one piece of advice I'd give, it would be don't bother. We were greeted and advised that they had run out of some menu items, fine, these things happen. The pate was delicious but everything else left alot to be desired - steak was very undercooked and I struggled to cut it due to the amount of fat and the tempura was soggy. We also had to ask for the onion rings we ordered, the server who came over was nice and apologised as they hadn't been ordered. They arrived after we had finished eating the rest of our meal. We then ordered drinks and when the bill came, noted that one had been charged wrong. The server (who had already got our order wrong that night) was rude, defensive and said that we had ordered wrong ... It was a signature serve. We ended up telling him to forget about it. The man sitting beside us commented on the interaction afterwards saying it was ridiculous. Breakfast wasn't a great experience either. No tongs to lift any of the continental items. Run out of items so two breakfast options off the menu. Server was pleasant and apologetic. Overall a very disappointing stay which is a shame as we have enjoyed our previous visits and it has put us off returning. We weren't asked for any feedback at check out or we would have had a conversation so instead we're leaving this review.
• thejenjen410 (8/5): The Cashmere Suite..... Amazing!! - Good to be back staying. Stayed in The Cashmere Suite for Valentines. Room was absolutely stunning and clean. We loved the two free cocktails in our room and a bowl of snacks as well. The spa bath was out of this world. We did notice that in the toilet the system at the back was a bit lose. I did mean to mention this at check out but I forgot. Breakfast was ok as well. It is a buffet style with a selection of hot breakfast items and continental. Previously they did have various pastries but not anymore. Apart from that food was fresh.

Very ftoendly and caring in all areas including the restaurant. Good clean, quiet for the most part and datk once the lights go out drspite the external srcurity lighting. The sitctsfy noisr was loudet than last time as normally aircrafy are landing so less engone noosr. This time they were tsking off, but that dsid it was no loudrr than passing traffic and appeared to syop overnight.

Saying that I don’t think they flew after 10pm as I slept really well. Stayed on a weekday but not sure if parking would be an issue at busier times!

He had soup then the Maple and mustard glazed pork loin. I had parfait and glazed pork. We both rated the pork 10/10. The rest of the party also highly rated their food which included the haggis spring rolls, fish and chips and roast beef. Fabulous meal and really lovely service. Gem of a local restaurant and hotel.
• Z4168PYyvonnel (4/5): Bad food - We as a family went for Sunday dinner starter sharing platter didn't have everything on the menu what was supposed to be there and was overcooked three of us got Sunday roast which came out one plate with three slices of very very thin beef few roast potatoes two carrots and two parsnips and one spring of broccoli this was to be shared between three of us had to ask for gravy extra meat and veg as it wasn't enough to feed three by the time it was brought out the food that was already there was eaten so really a half hour later was a bit long food was cold also when wee received we weren't going to stay for desserts but member of staff offered complimentary desserts for our trouble one got cookie doe on skittle which was burnt to bottom of the pan sticky toffee pudding was over cooked and hard to get fork threw and lemon cheesecake was like lemon moose with a bit of squirty cream so from start to finish we had a bad experience my son and daughter in-law have been few times and highly recommend and shown us photos of there food just before Xmas and did look amazing so we ordered same and was nothing like what they had before a did send email and got reply saying it would be forwarded to management but so far no reply back to me that was over a week ago wee were also told there was mix up in kitchen but that doesn't justify bad food

• 518gayleb (10/5): St Mirren Foundation Christmas Night Out - My team chose the Lynnhurst Christmas Party Night on 12th December for their festive night out and we had a great night. Debbie and the events team were fab to deal with in the lead up to the night with every detail accounted for. The function space was beautiful and well laid out, with plenty of room to move about. The food was delicious and the DJ was fab, taking our requests all night. We never left the dance floor and had so much fun, we will be back next year!

• Mandy (9/5): Exceptional hotel with friendly staff. - Quiet location with a private car park. Fantastic breakfast and a day pass for the Bowmore Spa a few miles away set us up for the next day. Room was cold when we arrived but a call to reception got the heating in our room (#10) fired up for a comfortable stay.

• 211evelynj (10/5): Christmas party - We attended a Christmas party &dinner event on 13th Dec’25. The communication and planning from reception prior to the event was great. The food and presentation was fantastic, the food was tasty and hot and delivered in good time. The bar staff were busy yet friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble from all the staff. The DJ was fantastic he accommodated all types of genres of music and added to the fun experience. I would highly recommend this event. My family and friends intend to return again 2026. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing time
• Michelle (10/5): Perfect stay - I had the lovliest time at the Lynnhurst hotel, the staff where excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I have a few health issues and they couldn't of helped any more to accommodate me than what they did for me. The hotel was spotless, the room had everything to make a very comfortable stay and the food was amazing. The Hogmanay feast in the ballroom was planned perfectly and the finishing touch was the piper to bring the New Year in. Thank you to everyone who made my stay a comfortable, lovely and memorable experience. I would 100% stay again and I will certainly recommend the Lynnhurst to everyone. Thank you again to the staff their customer service and hospitality was excellent. There wasn't one thing I didn't like. The hotel was gorgeous, the staff where so warm and welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities I needed with little treats available too. The complimentary tea and coffee was a nice little touch too.

• Mary (8/5): Very welcoming friendly staff throughout the whole hotel and would definitely stay here again - Lovely spacious room and comfy bed. Lovely hotel and friendly staff. The only that let it down slightly was having to ask the staff at breakfast to refill the containers and the juice jugs and the bread bin for toast. Both mornings we had to ask for bacon and eggs and juice and toast. The waiter was very obliging and did apologise so no harm done.

• Martin (8/5): Over all good stay just access issue to room - As a wheelchair user then the accessable room was not booked for me , they upgraded me to a much bigger and better room so thank you for that however they need to do a lot of work around access to this part of the hotel ref ramps . The duty staff have raised this as it is not safe . This is also how you access the main accessable room as well . They need to put in new fixed ramps which they could do ref a 90 degree ramp with a 1 in 25 grade . This would involve lossing one car parking space at the front .
• Neil (7/5): Nice hotel for a short stay in Renfrewshire - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were also very responsive in communications about check-in etc. The rooms we had were spacious, the beds were comfy, there was a good selection of teas/coffees, and the rooms had modern flat screen TVs. It is a nice old building with lots of character and the foyer was very inviting. One of our rooms had a bit of a musty smell on entering but disappeared when window opened. The interior decor in our rooms felt a little dated. The fried breakfast section was not as extensive as I had expected (no tattie scones, fried eggs or fried tomatoes (looked like tinned tomatoes) for example) but was tasty. The hotel is on the Glasgow Airport flight path and we heard some late flights come in (which were quite loud) late in the evening. Overall I felt the price we paid didn't quite match the hotel facilities.

• Sall (10/5): Lovely place, lovely people, great value for money - We had a beautiful room; large, airy and with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely and hot with good pressure. We were travelling on to Skye for the Christmas holidays, and had bought food to take with us, so the mini bar fridge was really handy. There were planes flying directly overhead but they stopped at night and we weren't disturbed at all. Everything was spotlessly clean, too. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had dinner at the restaurant when we arrived and it was hands down one of the best vegetarian meals I've ever had - absolutely delicious. Breakfast was just as good, with a lovely selection and again, great staffing. We would definitely stay here again. The pillows were a little hard for me, but this didn't spoil my stay.
• Audrey (6/5): It was OK. I wouldn't rush back to stay - The room was cold.it took a long time to heat. The mattress on the bed needs replacing Part of the curtain hook was off the runner which left the window looking messy also unkempt
