Night life was awesome, music every night The food at the land shark wasn’t good and the service was bad. At both the margaritaville restaurant and the landshark, I had to ask for a server, we waited at the table for 10+ mins before I asked for a server to get us drinks and food. After food was brought there was no server to check in and see how everything was etc, had to go to bartender to ask for the check. Both restaurants had this issue. JWB was incredible!!!

The beautiful lobby, the bright sunny decor in the lobby and the rooms, the size of the room and balcony, the comfortable bed and really nice bathroom with whale handles on the sink!, the beautiful big pool areas - 3 to choose from, the delicious food and drinks at the pools and at the lobby cafe, the fun dj poolside on Saturday, beautiful ocean view from our room with lovely Adirondack chairs on the balcony, being steps to the beach and boardwalk, so close to many options to eat on the boardwalk and to the water taxi stop. The staff was really friendly and it was so clean everywhere!

Guys in - I liked that there were two pools, plus a hot tub, and that it was on the beach. I liked that beach chairs were included in our resort fee but they did not have enough available. I liked that it was also on the boardwalk and right next to the amphitheater. Pool chairs were hard to come by. There should be a reservation system. I didn’t need a whole cabana.

Walked over to the beach to relax and they advised that our room only comes with two beach chairs. They offered to sell us more chairs after we paid a resort fee and an extensive room night fee plus additional fees for our kids to be in our room.

• Lisa (9/5): Great Experience - The access and setup for the beach is great! Chairs and umbrellas readily available to guests, was really nice. Location of the resort is ideal. Entertainment offered was just right. The staff overall really added a nice touch to our stay. They all seemed to care about the guests and getting all to have a good experience. The resort is really clean, the housekeeping service does attend to the rooms, lobbies, and hallways all day long. Housekeeping staff were so sweet and attentive. Location allows all to explore with in walking distance. Plenty of options to eat at the resort or walk about too. The drink prices are steep but super convenient and bar staff are accommodating. Beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms are a great layout. The hotel smells like paradise, a wonderful touch. The music playing throughout the resort was on brand, offered great variety, created a vibe. Wristband hotel keys, such a great idea. The decor is on brand and really makes the experience. Valet service is awesome, well worth it. Being able to order, eat, drink poll side is a wonderful offering. Access to the pool / chairs. It was a challenge to be able to spend a time at the pool as many guests would claim the chairs with towels and yet only 1/2 actually used them. We generally waited until later hours to get a space or shared a chair. The coffee shop while a great option but did have long wait times and lines.

• I6062UDanthonyc (2/5): Overcrowded pools and beach - It’s amazing how hotels can care less about the people actually paying to stay at the hotel overnight, and care more about making money on DAY passes for people to go for the day. This hotel was wayyyyyy to overcrowded. Couldn’t even move my arms laying out by the pool without touching the jets in next to me. Also the “Margaritaville beach “ that they supposedly own or rent out was horrible. Anyone can come and sit there, the entire beach smelt like weed and cigarettes. Don’t let the pictures fool you place is no good. I stayed March 20.

Nia at the front desk checked us in early which was great after a long travel morning. We had a late lunch across the street at 5oclock somewhere..go!!! And get the shrimp and ask for Manny!! He is awesome!!!!!! Beautiful personality and took great care of us. Rooms are nice, but would be nice if the shower had a Bamboo seat or bench or foot step for the ladies.. pool area is nice, kept clean and loved having the beach steps away. Lots to do right in the area, no vehicle needed. We were headed out for a cruise and this was a great place to stay and started our trip off amazing. If you get a chance , have dinner at JWB, Steaks are some of the best we’ve had.

• Lovelifelaug (10/5): Spring Break 2026 Last Minute Trip ✌🏾 - Basically checked in within 30 mins of bookings. Things were pretty smooth considering….When I did share my needs (ADA etc) everyone was engaged in our to resolve any challenges I had with my room etc. EVERY team member I encountered was AMAZING…all…well except 3 team members at the towel booth early one rainy morning when I was sucked 😒 didn’t offer me a dry towel. They only point me to the towel drop hole on the other side of the counter so I could move my own towel which I was only resting on the counter for a moment. Again was a drenched by the morning rain had bags in my hands etc. Also the JWB Steakhouse hostess was bothered despite beginning 90% empty that I requested a table for 1 that was tucked away for privacy. Back to those that made my evac trip amazing considering it was a stressful period…..A few names I recall and so many others I didn’t catch their names: There were at least two men that kept the lobby/first floors areas tidy and clean there were really friendly helping me find restaurants, making suggestions based on weather/indoor//outdoors, etc. I didn’t get their names unfortunately. Eion was so friendly! Eion helped us multiple times in our short stay due to rooms changes 😮‍💨 He managed to make the room bounced as fun as possible. 👏🏾 We first encountered the front desk duo, Nia and Shubub (not sure of exact spelling) freindly, took care to assist us throughout stay. Sir Winston, 🎩 Mr Night Crew…. a true classic gentleman! Aliyana (not sure of exact spelling and Daniel were so helpful in the gift shop 💸😌 plus another young man (didn’t get his name). Shy made sure I had a relaxing quiet private dinner experience at JWB, after all. She was very helpful! She built out my entire meal based on her favs, she has great taste. There were women on the phone that were great too. I do remember one name Marie but not the other woman’s name, unfortunately. Very helpful considering I made a last minute trip during March Spring Beach 2026 period overlapping a weekend. I’ve stayed here many times and Margaritaville Hollywood continues to be a well-rounded property with a great location. The views (yes) but mostly their team made my Evac 💨stay as great as possible 💫🙏🏾

• kyleolejniczak16 (10/5): Fantastic Resort and Service - Margaritaville - Fins Up! - My family of four stayed in a Queen Double Bed room before and after our cruise. Upon arrival, we were assisted by front desk personnel with a smile and questions about how our day was going. It was pleasant and made us feel welcome. Although we arrived earlier than our check-in time, we were able to place our luggage into storage and proceeded to receive our wrist bands and access card for both pool areas. The service in both pool areas was pretty good, with a bit more attentiveness in the adult pool area (Lone Palm) versus the kids area. We didn't have to wait too long for our rooms to be available and when we walked into the rooms they were clean and smelled amazing! The Hotel staff were all very accommodating and friendly! I would say to anyone who wants a relaxing time while at Hollywood beach even for a single evening (especially with kids) make sure to reserve a room at this Margaritaville resort. We plan to on our next trip coming up later this year!
• marlemp2017 (10/5): LOVE THIS HOTEL - I’ve celebrated two birthdays here, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the views are truly incredible. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, they are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of my favorite features is the location right on the Broadwalk, where there’s always something to do for everyone. The complimentary weekend concerts at the bandshell are a fantastic bonus and make the experience even more enjoyable. I always look forward to coming back!

• PaulRachWales (10/5): So good, why didn’t I stay before? - Short but very sweet, ahead of a cruise. Excellent location, great facilities and entertainment everywhere. Staff were amazing as well throughout. Such a great resort. Rooms were excellent with great views. Intercoastal boat flexing was just so cool to watch. Some real plonkers captaining the boats but she. You have that cash to spare, why not. Free shows at the clamshell literally at the gates of the resort. Will absolutely be back. Great time !

Check in staff is fantastic and Blake the pool bar waiter delivered exceptional service! Noisy and fun as expected - restaurants are good and views are the best.

I’ve joined the rewards program and fully intend to seek more opportunities to stay at these properties specially this one!
• Footprints801788 (10/5): Wonderful - We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly. The resort itself was amazing. We love the lobby area with its openness and the gazebo seatings. I highly recommend the ocean view room. We were able to enjoy the live concert from our balcony. The heated pools were so nice and the beach was great. Overall we enjoyed everything about the resort and would highly recommend it.

• Angelaeah (10/5): Michelle the manager goes above ana beyond for her return customers ! - I have been coming to Margaritaville Hollywood beach for 10 years. Since they opened in 2016( you can see my first review 10 yrs ago ) I have brought friends and family. It is my happy place coming back to it each year. Recently my flight was canceled due to snow in Nj , to say i was upset is an understatement . Michelle was so very accommodating , changing our stay and making sure everything was just perfect for us. She has always gone out of her way over the years to make me feel special as a returning customer. The whole team has amazing customer relations and it is one of the main reasons i always return. The hotel is on the beach , everything is close by 3 pools but yet boutique hotel feel. Not too big . everything is just steps away. all the restaurants are amazing the tiki bar makes fantastic drinks. pool service / beach service. you do not need to move. I love this hotel and how friendly the staff is. I highly recommend. We were lucky to stay in a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the ocean all hardwood floors . Breathtaking ocean view , live music playing at night out on the broadwalk and the sound of the ocean waves in the background , waking up to the sunrise each day from your bed or balcony , feels is like your actually on the water. if you go choose ocean front 🏝️

Every thing was great. the North Elevator seemed really busy all the time, people having to wait in line to get on the elevator was kind of annoying
• williamoD4678ZV (10/5): Perfect family vacation! - First off, I want to start off by saying how friendly the staff is. Especially David the pool boy from Kentucky. Besides making us feel welcome, he got us waters and extra towels when needed. It wasn’t just us, I noticed he was social with other guests as well. When you are by the pool, please be sure to stop by and say hello if he doesn’t get to you first. As far as the valet, bartenders, etc. they were wonderful as well!

• RoadtripperNewYork (8/5): Great Stay! - We had a wonderful stay at Margaritaville! It’s located right in the center of action on the boardwalk with lots of restaurants and bars! All of the staff were great, from the front desk attendants and greeters to the the bartenders and servers. Dave, the pool guy was awesome! He was so friendly, checked in on us and just made sure our time at the pool was great! The room we had was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the intercostal. We even spotted a manatee swimming by from our balcony!! We ate at all of the restaurants. Our favorite was 5 O’Clock Somewhere. Great food, drinks and happy hour. Jorge was great and made delicious cocktails! We cannot wait to come back!
• lindafromNJ (10/5): We did chill at Margaritaville - Great experience. Loved our beachy room with a great balcony oceanfront corner room. Staff was excellent. Nia at the Front Desk was very helpful and Josh in Customer Service. Nicole in the Margaritaville restaurant was awesome. Also housekeeping and the Bell staff were very good. Enjoyed all 3 pools. Had an issue at the steak restaurant. The steaks were way too salty. The Manager resolved the situation. The menu's at the restaurants (other than the steak house) and bars were too much alike. Would of liked more choices at some of the restaurants. Our room overlooked the outside theater so we were able to enjoy the concerts from our balcony. Some may not like that but we did. The concerts are over by 9. Liked the wristbands to go anywhere on the property. Also the refillable water was great. Did not have to buy water. You will definitely be paying resort prices for everything. The beach was very nice but there was a big drop to get into the ocean. We are older so it was difficult for us to navigate Don't know if it is always like this. Also the boardwalk at the Hollywood Beach offered shops and some good restaurants. The Venice restaurant a short walk from the hotel was very good.

• B6783IDwillc (4/5): Disappointed - The resort is beautiful and has a lovely location. My complaint was in being lied to at check in and not getting the room I booked. I paid for an intercostal sunset view. At check in the young man took a long time on his computer. Then he told me he was giving me an upgrade that had a view of both the ocean and the intercostal. My wife and I were happy and thanked him profusely. However, when we arrived it our room, that meant we had a view of a building, scaffolding, and construction. If we looked way left or right, we could see the water. There were several maintenance issues with the room as well. At checkout, we expressed our disappointment and were compensated for our troubles. That was fine, but it was a poor start to our vacation as I felt purposely lied to and swindled when they clearly did not have the room we booked available. If he had simply been honest and said that our room was not available and gave us a discount, I would have been understanding. I was very disappointed in this situation and will likely not stay at a Margaritaville again.

• Carole (7/5): Not totally satisfied - Beach beautiful. Very expensive , hotel staff housekeeping needs improvement. Room wasn't cleaned 2 days out of our 5 days. Had to ask to have it cleaned. When it was cleaned, not very good. When I complained management didn't really care. Manager name Jennifer. She needs customer service training. Checking out, never asked how are stay was You would think in a resort like this, staff would be better trained.

The outlets & usb ports didn't work so we had to charge our phones in our friend's room & in our vehicle. There was fecal matter on the bathroom wall & mold allover as well as water damage. Our balcony curtains were ripped & stained & the carpet made our feet & socks black in minutes. The valet staff also turned our lights from auto to off which we didn't realize until we were on the interstate & other cars were flashing us. Also, the resort was practically empty & w/o even checking we were told there was no availability for a later check-out.
