• Allen (6/5): - Overall 3 out of 5 . It's the little things like Cobb webs and spider webs around the doors and windows, the coffee maker would work, toilet wouldn't flush properly. Supplied coffee pods for the coffee maker but no creamer, sugar or stir sticks / spoons. Bed was hard enough to play tennis on. It's going down hill since our last stay 4 months ago. The other rooms had table and chairs and this one had a chair and small low coffee table . Just not as good as the last time

• Anne (3/5): Worst stay in years... - Bed was comfortable Office was locked...customers are "served" through a window. Had to call to get reception...Had to stand in the pouring rain and wait for her to arrive to check in. Was locked out of the office...standing outside an office on the sidewalk. ..receptionist barely acknowledged my existence. Despite being told that I had paid upon booking I found out there was another 250 hold. Peeling paint boot prints on the wall chipped paint more spiders and webs than you can imagine. Needed dusting and vacuuming. Bathroom supplies were just thrown on a shelf...towels were rough/see through. Shower surround coming off the wall. No room for Walker to manoeuvre. No sugar stir sticks or creamer. Room was $ 200...really I have stayed in 75 dollar rooms that beat this one. Upon check out...again..no hospitality...she just took the key and shut the window

• Amber (4/5): - My stay at this hotel was for one night. I have not recieved my deposit back that i was told i would get back in a few hours after check out. My one year old son found a dirty nasty condom in the kleenex box. Which left us extremely disgusted. We would really appreciate our deposit back as soon as possible without any hassel.

I am requesting my money back for one night which they charge me for . I check out earlier and I kinda I couldn’t stay. I was booking for two nights and I stay only one night but this people this comment discharge me for tonight. Kindly return my money back.

I booked online and when I visited property, they took room rent it was $169, but they took $250 security deposit, that’s embarrassing me, because they didn’t tell me before the security, and after check out the room , staff told me , your security will be refunded in the next 7 days. Which is too embarrassing me.. kindly help me out about the security of $250 that I want refund into my credit card. I trust on booking.com not the motel.

No soap holder in the shower, no hair dryer , no power outlet in the bathroom, supplied a coffee maker and coffee but no sugar , creamer or any thing to stir a coffee with , we had to chreck in through a little window while standing out side in the rain. Its all these things that made feel and look cheap.

• James (8/5): - I didn't like to have to stand outside to check in. I was not impressed with standing outside in the cold wind to check in through the window. I was not allowed to stand in the office out of the elements. When I got into my room I opened the drawer to put my stuff in it and there was a dirty sock laying in it.
• Sammy (10/5): Amazing Room - The room was very clean! It was very quiet and cozy! The bed was super comfortable. Overall this place is a definite place I will return. Waiting for someone at the front desk. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait around 30 minutes, while pushing the intercom button for someone to greet us. We eventually had to interrupt someone cleaning the room to get us the check-in person.

Clean and friendly owners. - Property is conveniently located to main thoroughfare, a short drive to Main Street where the majority of shops and restaurants are. Quiet location. Owners were accommodating when we realized we only booked 1 night and not the two we needed and honoured our rate from Booking. A little basic, but it seems they are working on upgrades. No vanity in the bathroom and not enough hooks to hang towels.

• Harry (6/5): So-so stay - This stay was so-so. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. While the room appeared to be clean, it was not fully serviced in advance of our arrival (a partial roll of TP and 2 flimsy bath towels for 3) with no service provided during the stay. Communication in advance of our stay was poor. We were arriving late (after 9pm) and the reservation instructions said to call directly 24h in advance to make arrangements for checkin after 9pm. We called the day before our arrival and left a message. We got a text midday on the booking asking how they could help. Sent text back explaining our late arrival. They texted that they leave a key box for entry and would text details later after they finished housekeeping the room but forgot to follow up with any info before our arrival. Fortunately, there was a sign with a number to call and someone happened to be resident in the building who was able to let us in.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Could be cleaner - We stayed in the recently renovated queen deluxe suite that had the extra lounge room which was nice, space-wise. Sofas were uncomfortable but the bed was comfy enough. The water in the shower would take 10 minutes of it running for it to warm up, so that was pretty annoying since we had to allot for that time in our early start of the days. There were some areas that were noticeably not cleaned for some time (cob webs and dirty). Checking in and out was ok.

However, the room offered in stead was dated, in need of several repairs, and not anwhere like the room depicted in the photo. The motel seems to be undergoing a renovation and i was informed the room I would get, because of my dog, was not the room i reserved however I was taken aback by the condidtion of what I ultimately paid for. That said, it was a roof, a bed, and a locking door, all that was ultimately needed.

• David (8/5): - Clean, quiet, and a good price. Good water pressure and comfortable beds. Spacious refrigerator/freezer. Minor upkeep issues like peeling paint in bathroom and yellowed tub caulking. The bathroom fan is noisy and the floor makes a fair bit of noise when you walk around that resonates into neighboring units - I had to keep telling my 4yr old to step lightly. Overall a fine place to crash for a night or two.
