• Annet (10/5): - Bij de ontvangst voelde wij ons al heel welkom. Er is een relaxte sfeer en op vaste dagen is de bar open om gezellig een drankje te doen. We hebben ook de BBQ gehad die goed georganiseerd was met lekker vlees en salades. Je kunt jezelf vantevoren vrijwillig inschrijven. De kamer is erg schoon,je kunt e.v strandhanddoeken erbij krijgen of bv een snorkel huren tegen betaling of zelf een wasje draaien. Ook echt alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Ze zijn echt super behulpzaam, geïnteresseerd, en heel aardig.
• Ernst (10/5): - Prachtig mooi rustig resort. Door de kleinschaligheid heel vriendelijk en persoonlijk, maar wel je eigen privacy.
• Ingrid (9/5): - Heel fijn was dat er geen kinderen onder de 16 welkom waren, waardoor het er heerlijk rustig was. Ons appartement was prima. Alles was schoon, en de sfeer op het terrein was uitstekend, ook omdat Chris en Cindy, de beheerders, altijd klaar stonden om je bij ieder probleem te helpen. Leuk was ook dat een paar keer per week de bar een paar uur open was, waardoor je je medegasten leerde kennen. Het barstte trouwens van de tropische vogeltjes op het terrein, waaronder kolibrietjes. Eh ... niets, eigenlijk.

• Floor (10/5): Wat een fantastisch verblijf! - Wat een fantastisch verblijf!! Er ontbreekt je aan niks. Dit is een accomodatie van mensen die het runnen van een verblijf echt snappen. Aan alles is gedacht zoals muggenhorren, kledinghangers, handstangen, waslijnen, afwasborstel, uitgebreide keukeninventaris etc. En daarnaast een goed systeem voor schone handdoeken en tussentijdse schoonmaak. Bij het zwembad heb je mogelijkheid om in de zon of de schaduw te zitten, fijne bedjes. De hele vibe en aankleding van de accomodatie is prachtig! Helemaal niks!

• J.C. (10/5): We hebben genoten, heerlijk een week alleen maar vrije tijd op een ooie plek. - Het is een prachtig plekje, als je smorgens de deur open doet kijk je op de binnentuin met zwembad. De eigenaren en medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en heel meedenkend! We hebben genoten en als we weer een keer gaan dan boeken we zeker weer bij Djambo Ik weet het niet. We zijn heel erg blij met ons verblijf.

• Stephanie (10/5): Gorgeous property - What a wonderful hidden gem. Cin and Cris, who manage the property, are just delightful. So kind and a wealth of information. The property is beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. Because all the apartments open into the pool courtyard, it makes for a very open and friendly environment to get to know the other guests. Great spot to rinse our gear each day when we came back from snorkeling. Very central location to easily walk into town and several grocery stores just around the corner. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. We loved everything.

• Fleur (9/5): Heerlijk! - De omgeving van Djambo zelf, dichtbij Kralendijk en supermarkt. Prachtig inrichting rondom zwembad, super rustgevend. Cindy en Chris zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en aardig. En het was de beste kledingkast die ik ooit op vakantie ergens op de wereld heb gezien. Ik had voor het eerst in mn leven zelfs hangertjes over! Er was geen zout en peper in de keuken bij aankomst. Verder echt helemaal niks.
• Harmke (8/5): Geweldig verblijf en heerlijk rustig doordat het Adults Only is - We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Cindy. Ze zijn echt gastvrij. Geen vraag was te veel. Altijd bereid om met je mee te denken of dingen zelf op te lossen. Fijn appartement en een heerlijk zwembad en een mooi kleinschalig appartementencomplex. Niets!
• Evelien (10/5): Ongedwongen ontspannen - Super vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts. Prachtige accommodatie, schoon en goed onderhouden. Heerlijk appartement, fijn bed en goede airco. De hitte op Bonaire is heftig. Maar het slaapgedeelte is goed geïsoleerd, dus ook na een dag weg, kwamen we in een koele ruimte thuis.
• Lizette (10/5): Very relaxing stay - It helps that this property is adults only 16+. All the guests were very respectful of others, no screaming teenagers in the pool. Property managers Cindy and Christina were very helpful, responsive to all our queries. We have been to Bonaire many times but this is the place we will come back to.

• Nathalie (10/5): Perfect stay in Bonaire - Such a welcoming and quiet place! The pool and the environment is very pretty and clean. The room (15) is big, with a comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. You can tell everything is well cared for. What really makes the difference is the couple who manages the small complex: extremely responsive before and during our stay, very efficient, and SO nice!!! They made our time there much more enjoyable than in an hotel or airbnb. We loved it and will definitely book again if we come back to Bonaire. If we had one thing to say, a (simple) microwave would be nice, if only to heat up leftovers or carry-out. But no big deal.
• Slava (7/5): Good - Good room size, good kitchen, reasonable location 1. Very unreliable internet. when it works, it is ok. But it went down frequently. Asked the owners and the response was that this is not a hotel's issue but rather the whole island is effected. But our friends stayed (on the same dates) in other places and did not have any issues If you need reliable internet - pick another place. 2. Lots of mosquitos and no mosquito net.

• Richard (10/5): - Excellent place to stay for both location and comfort. Very well maintained property efficiently run by the on-site owners. Very safe and quiet. The good sized pool, landscaping and attracted songbird population helps create a lovely oasis type feel. Short walk to shopping and multitude of good restaurants. Will have no hesitation in returning to Djambo on our next visit.
• Joshua (10/5): - Wonderful hosts, peaceful environment, really well laid out. 15 min walk to the main drag which was fine by me. Small little bar by the pool with cold beers, hours narrow, but hits the spot when needed. Overall an exceptional place to stay while exploring Bonaire!

• Mary Victoria (10/5): Amazing Apartments!! Highly Recommend!! Perfect!! - This place is amazing! So relaxing, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So clean! It is perfect - beautiful deck with sliding doors that houses a kitchen, full-sized fridge, gas range, every dish you could need, a table to eat at, loungers to chill on and a view of the pool where beautiful lights come on at night. The bed is super comfortable, the shower has hot water and the sheets/blankets are soft and clean. The towel service is a huge bonus because usually when I travel I have to end up buying towels. The owners are available to help and are quick to respond. They are communicative - the power went out, for less than an hour, and the first thing they did was tell everyone, then reset the wifi when it came back on. In my experience owners will pretend the wifi works when it doesn't, having one question their sanity. It is very quiet and everyone is very respectful of one another. No one blaring music, drunk, partying or generally being annoying. Seems we all like to lay around the pool and read peacefully. The other guests were very friendly as well. My only suggestion (not for Djambo but for future guests) is to rent a car. It is possible to walk most places within the area - the promenade, te amo beach, restaurants bachelors beach and grocery stores However people drive really fast here (or comically slow, its very odd) and there aren't a lot of sidewalks. I saw a tourist get hit by a car off off their bike - so stay all the way to the side. Use a light at night. I will be back! Love it

Djambo has rinsing and storage facilities for divers and an arrangement wirh AB Diving, where we coincidentally booked our car. The arrangement entails that AB delivers the diving tanks to Djambo daily so that was a really unexpected plus!! Djambo is a really peaceful residence with a nice pool and garden. The apartment was well equipped and we really liked the fact that our kitchen was half outside, while still having the recluse of the bedroom with airconditioning. It’s a really well though-through concept and works great. We stayed for two weeks and would come back again.

• Dennis (10/5): - Fantastische goede service. Persoonlijk, attent, gestroomlijnd. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld en georganiseerd. Geheel duidelijk wat je kunt verwachten. Kleinschalig appartementencomplex, handig gelegen in Kralendijk. Geboden faciliteiten zeer goed (koffiezetter, koelkast, broodrooster, ventilator, zelfs een bbq). Heerlijk zwembad en zonneweide. Adult only concept is echt geweldig; de rust die er heerst is heerlijk. Zeer grote aanrader en waarschijnlijk komen we er weer terug. Kleine tip: een badhandoekenservice (voor buiten de accomodatie) zou een grote toevoeging zijn. Met alleen handbagage reizen maakt dit makkelijker. Beddengoed zouden we persoonlijk in 1 en dezelfde stijl doen. Liefst in hotelstijl (wit).

Perfect location- close to many walkable areas including downtown, restaurants and markets, perfect pool which was never crowded and always refreshing and perfect hosts who were helpful with every request! The airport is around a 5-10 minutes drive and center is within walking distance (15min). There is parking space available and the rooms are spacious with an airco. For divers there are also amenities.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Prima woning op een prima kleinschalig verblijf. - De woning is echt ruim genoeg voor twee personen en je leeft de hele dag buiten de buiten keuken is erg leuk. Als ik denk aan een strand ...dan heb ik een andere voorstelling. Kleine plekjes met kiezel en rotsen in de nabijheid.....voor een beetje strand heb je echt een auto nodig.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Prachtige centraal gelegen accommodatie - In april 2018 twee weken verbleven bij Djambo. Een prachtig opgezet appartementen (17 stuks) complex(je) waar over alles is nagedacht. Kleinschalig genoeg om het gezellig en knus te houden, maar ook groot genoeg waardoor je niet het gevoel krijgt dat je bij de eigenaren thuis logeert. De eigenaren zijn dagelijks aanwezig, hebben gepaste aandacht voor hun gasten en kunnen op verzoek alles (huurauto, excursies) voor je regelen. Zeer gezellig om dagelijks even te borrelen aan de Djambo Bar. De appartementen zijn voorzien van een open "woonkamer" met buitenkeuken waardoor je het buitenleven ervaart zodra je de nette en ruime slaapkamer uit komt. De appartement zijn zeer netjes even van alle gemakken voorzien! Zowel de appartementen op de begane grond (direct aan het zwembad) als op de 1e verdieping (altijd een heerlijk koel briesje en uitzicht) zijn aan te raden. De tuin, het zwembad en het gehele complex is keurig verzorgt. Op Bonaire is een zeer royaal aanbod van leuke accommodaties, maar voor ons staat Djambo op nr. !
• Babs (8/5): Comfortabel apartement vlakbij Kralendijk. - Djambo bevind zich op loopafstand van het centrum en klein strandje. Dit comfortabel appartement beschikt ook over een riante zwembad, en poolbar. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouwen/heren die je verblijf nog aangenaam maken. Ook pefecte ligging vlakbij de airport. Een echte "home-away-from-home".
• Anne (8/5): Great value for money! - - Our stay at Djambo was very pleasant - definitively value for money The apartments are great and have everything you need for cooking. The location is good with short walking distance to the city, ocean and shopping. If you plan on diving, snorkelling, or just seeing the island, you however need a car (not because of the location of the hotel, but because of the Island itself). The owners are very friendly and helpful with tips for the Island, rentals, etc. Overall, great stay, value for money and would definitively recommend!
