Guest Reviews
- Dorcas (10/5): definitely will stay again - very nice room it was a large room. I was in a wheelchair so the bathrooms could’ve been a little larger, but otherwise the room was large and it was great. The bathroom was a little small
- Dorcas (10/5): -
- Ollison (7/5): It was a good stay will stay again - It was a nice location stayed there a month ago when I came down to my cousin funeral it was nice The room shower was horrible the peeling in the tub was half gone I did not get in that shower I waited until I got home the next day smh the first stay the shower I guess new it was very nice that’s what I thought this time but overall accept that everything else was good
- eric (8/5): $15 per additional pet, $10 more to stay in a remodeled room - Great location and freindly staff Upcharges and pet fees.
- Douglas (8/5): -
- Davis (7/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): -
- Andrew (1/5): It seemed decent until the next morning. My husband woke up with 20 plus bites all over his body that looked like giant - It wasn’t too bad but it was really dark in the parking lot Parking lot was really dark
- Lonetta (10/5): I definitely would stay again - The staff did a outstanding job in making sure, my stay was very comfortable such as: my room kept clean towels, sheets, fresh coffee, and housekeeping I had to stay there due to the ice storm since I am essential worker

- JAMES (3/5): Bad choice - The bed was comfortable. The bathtub porcelain was all peeling off.
The bathroom door was terrible.
The office chair should be in a dumpster.
Also cigarette ash behind the TV.
- Jonathan (7/5): -
- Joshua (1/5): Ghetto. Stay away - The whole town is so ghetto, I chose to leave and go to Texarkana. Didn't feel safe and didn't feel confident my car would actually be there in the morning
- Tony (5/5): It was ok - Light on table by door didn’t work the tv didn’t work paint was peeling in the shower never heard of anyone painting a tub and shower
- Nanci (8/5): -
- Adrian (10/5): Best Place to Stay in Forrest City on a Budget. - The staff was helpful and caring, and they really exceeded my expectations. The facilities were very useful given the location, and having a laundromat was a great convenience. I really appreciated being able to ask the staff questions, and they always found a solution for me with a smile. It is also located close to some of the best places to eat in town, so there is no need to travel far. I liked how everything was convenient and within walking distance. That I had to leave, they really were that amazing.

- Peter (2/5): Just spend the extra money for a hotel across the highway.. - It was clean where it mattered most The walls are so thin you can hear people next door like they're in the same room.
There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower head.
The bathroom fan looked like it was last cleaned in 1996.
The room looked like it hasn't been renovated in 20 years.
- Veronica (10/5): Cómoda - Todo Nada
- Kristine (1/5): Would not stay there again and would not recommend to friends or family. - It was pet friendly The hotel was behind a gas station and was surrounded by parking. The hotel room was older and looks like it had not been updated for quite some time. There was a trashcan outside the room and someone was going through it at night. In the morning there was bottles and drink cups on the ground. Also, there was no location designated for a pet to use to relieve themself.
- Gail (4/5): -
- Katherine (4/5): Overpriced dingy old hotel with horrible wifi and thin walls. - There were security cameras all around outside and in the hallways. The hotel seems to be trying to improve with things like new linens and some 'renovated' rooms. The woman at check-in was nice. Horrible wifi - couldn't load web pages, let alone do any streaming. The building is old with paint peeling off the walls, stained curtains and a door that did not feel secure. Also, you can hear (and smell 💩🤢) everything from your neighbors. For the price, it was not worth it, in fact, it was over priced. For 20$ more, could have gone to a much higher rated hotel. Not going to do a Red Roof ever again.
- Jacks (4/5): Very loud hear everything going on with the upstairs not good rest - Location was ok Could not get sleep very loud people up stairs finally just left at 3 in the morning..should woke up property manager an got a refund 😕

- Worthey (1/5): - We hav stayed here a couple times before.same room eretime.Book our room with our debit card.Nere hav we been ask after we arrived to check in to pay a deposit.Well when I checked in she then ask for a $50.00 deposit.is a deposit not collected up front?js..she said tha deposit was on their policy. So I then read it an it states a $100.00deosit to b given back at time of check out .but again we hav nere been ask for a deposit before.
When she ask for tha $50.00 I told her I had to check wit my husband as he was tha one paying.as I went out to tha truck to get money from my husband she called a huge black man from somewhere an he came to tha door an watched my ere moved .when I walked back in he sat sprawled on the couch still watching my ere moved.I jus hav to wander jus what tha hell he thought he was doin!
This was not a good stay although our trips before we're.
Yes I got our deposit back but I was not happy with tha way things took place. We will not return to Red Roof Inns. Our bed linens were stained
- Kyrylo (7/5): -
- Aeisha (10/5): It was very clean and quiet. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I will be staying here again. - My room was newly renovated. It was way better than I expected. I love the property. It was close to everything.
- Jeff (9/5): - Nice renovated room. Clean bathroom and shower. Easy check in.
Would stay again if passing through. Kinda hard to locate.
- Kaitlin (2/5): - The room was dirty and humid. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The air felt heavy and I couldn’t stop sneezing and coughing.
- Jason (8/5): - My recent stay at a Red Roof Inn was comfortable and met my expectations for a budget-friendly, no-frills overnight stop. The room was clean and equipped with essentials like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. While amenities were basic and there was no breakfast offered, the location was convenient for travelers needing a quick rest.
Overall, the Red Roof Inn provided good value for the price, making it a solid choice for a short stay.
- Kathleen (10/5): - Very friendly staff
- Virginia (6/5): - You can see that this place is old, the bath tub is painted, and the paint is coming off... everything needs to be remodel
- Sarah (6/5): - The price was reasonable but the room was noticeably old and not well maintained; the bath tub had spots where it had been patched the bathtub was slippery; the clothing hanger was broken and kept falling down. I had.to give a 100.00 deposit which made me feel some type of way because nothing in my room reflected a worth of $100 ..i got exactly what i paid for
- Darainah (10/5): -
- DeAngelo (8/5): - It was easy getting checked in, close to shopping area and restaurants
- Melissa (8/5): -
- Matesa (6/5): Staff shower walk in - A guy walked in minutes before check out while I was in the shower.
- Matesa (4/5): Painted weak tub - When I checked in the person said $10 to get a remodeled bathroom. I said I was fine with a room without the latest remodel however I was given a room with a bunch of paint in the tub and the floor was weak.
- Bridget (8/5): - rented a regular room and the bathroom was very dirty. up graded the next day and that room was much better. i let the front lady know and she wasn't very concerned about it. I did say I wouldn't leave a bad review but she never said she was sorry or anything. I'm sure she is just a worker and don't care if people come back or not. But you should have clean rooms no matter if you upgrade or not. I would stay again only in a up graded room.
- Beverly (8/5): Not fancy but a great value for the money. - The bed was extremely comfortable and well appointed. It was actually better than some places that cost considerably more! The grassy area in front was very attractive and I felt safe.
- Kit (9/5): -
- Kamaldeep (10/5): - Good
- Rochelle (8/5): - The areas of shopping and restaurants easy parking you can get out and walk. The workers was polite
- Elizabeth (4/5): Don’t do last minute - Service was terrible. The clerk had a very nasty and rude demeanor. I had to ask for an additional key to the room. She did not greet me when I walked in nor thank me when I left. The phone was not working in my room. It smelled really bad and I had hair on the bed linen and dead flies in the bathroom
- Cneshia (10/5): - Clean and affordable
- Lashonda (6/5): - The room could have been more cleaner and more taken care of the walls needs painting the ac unit was loud
- Sonja (4/5): - Didn't partake Furniture in poor condition
- Grace (10/5): Wonderful stay - This is a great motel at a very reasonable price. It is clean, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable . A restaurant and fast foods just steps away.
- Sandra (10/5): - This is not a 5-star hotel by any means but the way we were greeted, a newly remodeled room, and easy on and off of freeway was exceptional. Breakfast only cereal but can’t mark the whole place down for just that.
- Kendrick (10/5): - Nice and quiet
- Mary (10/5): - The room was really clean and comfortable. Staff was really friendly
- Michelle (10/5): - Very convenient location. Comfortable and clean
- David (7/5): - Shower was amazing. Pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't much. No tissues.
- Amy (10/5): Comfort, affordable stay! - Location was perfect off the highway. Rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable! Not much of a breakfast, coffee, yogurt and cereal.
- Lynette (6/5): Alittle pricey for the lack of amenities. - Hotel is in a good location and desk clerk was very friendly. Rooms could use some renovation but were not horrible. Ice machine did not work and appears to have been out of order for quite some time. Was advised to walk to the Quality Inn next door and use their machine. Free breakfast consisted of cereal or yogurt. There was a toaster on the counter but nothing to put in it.
- Shaquila (8/5): Very good -
- Telsea (2/5): - I booked 2 rooms online and when we arrived they said they didn’t have 2 rooms on the ground floor and there wasn’t an elevator. We were traveling with my father in law and needed 2 rooms on the bottom because he’s a disabled veteran. Still waiting refund from April 2024.
- Leonard (7/5): Good -
- Ronald (4/5): - Toilet kept running.
Toilet lid only partially securr
- chante (2/5): Wasnt the best stay. - My entire stay wasnt the best at all. Had A very nasty argument with the Jamaican accent black girl at the front desk she had a ATTITUDE MY ENTIRE STAY. She never welcomed us stood there on her phone and talked to us like we wasnt paying customers. We call the manager he really wasn't the best with help. He claimed he was calling her to fix her attitude and have a talk with her mind you we could hear his entire conversations he never really talked to her like he should have about her customer service he was basically telling she wasnt wrong and to fake it til she makes it. My room was really nasty my floors was not swept. My bathroom was not cleaned AT ALL toilet had a ring in it. Big towels had hair and finger prints on them like someone was eating when they touched them. Bugs was on the floor dead. Dust and dirt on the basic boards and all behind the toilet. There was drinks left in the refrigerator and stuff on the bed. The overall that really made my stay the worst was the front desk nasty attitude. And even when we were checking out she still had a nasty attitude.Ive stayed there many times and never had a stay like this. A lady name Ms. Louis who was always at the front desk was ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND NICE, and respectful. I hope she still works there other wise this will definitely be me and all my family last stay there. Mind you we was there for a family reunion.
- Tracy (6/5): - The room was clean but in obvious need of repair. Peeling paint, what looked like water damage on ceiling, and a spot next to the tub that looked like mold. Also tub had alot of chipped and peeled off paint. Bed was comfortable
- Holly (8/5): - I stay here every time I pass thru, from Texas to Tennessee.
It never disappoints!
- CHRISTINA (10/5): - We stayed in a room that had recently been remodeled. It was nice and clean and the shower was awesome! The workers were very helpful. The breakfast was small (no hot items) but there were plenty of places right by the hotel to get a hot breakfast.
- Rosanna (6/5): - Bathroom is dirty. The room stinky. Furnitures are dusty
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel seemed ok, until we found the cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night.
- Sinead (10/5): Short safe & most hospitable - We arrived in the middle of a bad thunderstorm and the staff were so accommodating we had to pull in off of highway and they found us a room no problem and we were safe for the night an unexpected stop on our trip across the states
- Richard (4/5): - Not clean
- Jeff (8/5): Good place to stay. I've been there before so knew it would a good place to stay. -
- Carol (8/5): No issues - No issues, property was clean and quiet.
- Susan (8/5): - Happy there was a security light on property
- Sarah (7/5): Good - The beds were comfortable and room well stocked with coffee. The value for two rooms was amazing. I think we got a renovated room that had vinyl flooring, which wasn't as comfortable as carpet but probably much cleaner. The tv worked, and the kids enjoyed the stay.
- Charles (10/5): Convenient, Clean, and Cheap - Red Roof was exactly what we needed, a place near the freeway, no frills, quiet, near a variety of restaurants, very comfortable bed, and spectacularly cheap.
- DAVID (8/5): - We were comfortable.
- Robert (10/5): Nice staff. - Bed Mattress NA
- Dolores (9/5): Superb -
- Marina (8/5): Convenient location - Location and price The housekeeping man banging on the door at 8 AM!
- LAURIE (10/5): - Very clean and quiet, the lady at the front desk was exceptional. Very pleased with our stay.
- C5534JUlindac (10/5): Happy Texas Traveling through Arkansas ! - From beginning to end I was so happy. The staff was detail oriented and friendly during our stay. Our room had been renovated except for the bathroom. The renovated part was so snice and I would stay here again and enjoy the refurbished bath. Excellent bed, pillows, furniture, etc. You could tell the owners/managers cared about the place based on the yard, driveways and other outside areas (and the renovations going on.). There were well cared for large flower pots with roses everywhere, freshly cut grass and it was really clean ana nice. I made a mistake and duped booked a 2nd night there (operator error on my part) and they took care of the mistake with no hassle without making me feel stupid.
Red Roof seems to be reentering the budget minded hotel market. I am happy about thids and cudos to all involved
Plus it is super pet friendly ! ! !
- Mariko (4/5): Please do not stay here. - This property desperately needs updating. There is a water leak mark on the ceiling. The stairs to the second floor are full of rust. The baseboards are filthy, the bathroom walls have dead bug marks. The worst thing is the AC. It makes noises like freight trains go by. Mattress is old and saggy.
- Gretchen (6/5): - Great ice machine. Dirty in corners from pets, ew. Restful stop.
- Carol (10/5): - The room was nice and clean and no carpet yay!! Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone
- Mark (6/5): - Perfect hotel for people traveling through. Pet friendly, affordable, safe and clean
- Victoria (10/5): - Easy check-in and friendly staff. Nice room.
- Gail (9/5): Travels - Very comfortable. Easy access
We had stayed in pensacola florida red roof in and thought we'd give it another try and was pleased we did. Found a dead cockroach on the floor when we walked in
