- Courtney (4/5): Could be a lot nicer with cleaning and updates... - The toilet was nearly impossible to flush. It was not clean, desperately in need of some updates, and the deadbolt would not lock on the door. If I had been by myself, I would have worried about safety.

- Jonathan (10/5): Perfect quiet spot on a budget - Nice and quiet, friendly owners. They run the riff raff off of the property. Rooms are clean, you can tell its just a little out dated but over all great for what you pay for. 9.5/10
- SirDemilo (2/5): - Did not stay. Staff refused to let me see the room; Uber Driver said it was not a safe area; staff was rude as if their motel was the only choice I had. Would not recommend to my enemy.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not again - Bed was to noisy, front desk went into room without giving us a heads up. Sheets had a blood stain and a hole. If you leave to door open they will ask you to close it, as they walk by slowly and look in. Company business next door, loud in the mornings.

What if I hadn't been carrying enough cash? It wasn't in a good location, and everything in the room itself felt old and broken and not very clean. If ever I go back to Wichita, will try to avoid this place!

We got insurance and was told they would not let us cancel 2 days early although with our insurance we had coverage for all purposes. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER RUN FAST AND REALLY FAR. HAD crack heads beating on our door at1230 am looking for cigarettes.. AGAIN RUN RUN RUN AWAY
- amy (8/5): Easily as clean as my own home - A great no-frills stay. This means the bed was comfy, if a bit squeaky, the shower was hot, and everything was at least as clean as my own home if not better - let's be realistic. My bathroom baseboards are not freshly painted, are yours? Towels had a few small stains but smelled of bleach and that's good enough for me. I saw no pests of any kind. Being so close to the highway, it was surprisingly quiet. I had a bit of trouble communicating with some of the desk staff but the main clerk was just fine. I ended up extending my stay.

Beds are comfortable and the fridge and microwave were clean and worked as expected. All together this place is well worth the money and I highly recomend this establishment.

The room had no desk (see photo attached) making it difficult to use the computer, but their photos show desks in the rooms. No smoking room had heavy cigarette burns in the bathroom floor. the tub drained very slowly.

- Myriah (10/5): Don’t judge a book by its cover - It may not look like much from the outside but it’s an amazingly clean and quaint little spot. The owner/clerk is awesome with a great sense of humor and I can honestly say he cares about his visitors. I had to stay 3 nights due to work and if he saw me outside walking my dog or taking a solo stroll he made it a point to acknowledge me and make me feel safe. He even stuck his head out of his door a time a two just to make sure I was still in thumbs up mode - which I was. It is not load even though it’s by the interstate there is no riff raft roaming or hanging out. The bed was awesomely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless upon arrival. I will stay here every time I come thru here from now on. If I could give 100 stars I’d give this guy all of them him and his establishment are both top notch.

When I was headed to the room the housekeeper had her cart in the narrow walkway and was upset when I moved it to get through with my luggage. When I got into the room there were burn marks on the comforter. The room was nice.
