• Clément (8/5): très bien - Emplacement top, en centre ville, pas loin à pied des rues animées du centre de Barcelone, facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport et le salon commerciale en bus ou métro. Assez calme malgré la localisation. Le seul point d'attention est de bien comprendre que la porte de l'immeuble, puis la porte de l'appartement s'ouvrent directement à partir de l'email reçu. J'ai failli rester dehors faute de l'avoir compris ... ;o) Rien de spécial, environnement un peu bruyant la nuit pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte

• Barbara (7/5): - Pokój w świetnej lokalizacji, czysty i dobrze wyposażony w talerze, szklanki, garnki itp. Działa klimatyzacja Wieczór i w nocy jest bardzo głośno, słychać wszystkie auta jeżdżące przed budynkiem. Dodatkowo na 4 noce na 4 dni dostaliśmy cztery miniaturkowe żele pod prysznic, więc lepiej wziąć swoje kosmetyki, żeby nie brakło. Papieru toaletowego też było na styk. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia co widać po wannie, ścianach i jednej z szuflad. W informacji w pokoju można przeczytać że za nieposegregowanie śmieci grozi przepadnięcie kaucji. Niestety kosz jest jeden więc wszystko trzeba później samemu segregować na zewnątrz przy dużych koszach.

Det eneste som var dårligt ved opholdet var en irriterende larmende bip lyd hver andet sekund om natten, svært at sige hvor det kom fra men man havde svært ved at falde i søvn. Og det fortsatte hele natten i 2 dage, men selvfølgelig er det ikke udlejerens skyld 😀

Το μπάνιο ήταν στο δωμάτιο, αν κάποιος κοιμόταν στο σαλόνι, θα έπρεπε να ενοχλήσει αυτούς που κοιμοντουσαν στο δωμάτιο. Η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανύπαρκτη. Τα μαξιλάρια θα μπορούσαν να είναι καλύτερα.

• Nathalie (7/5): Agréable séjour - Appartement joliment décoré même si un peu défraîchi, emplacement central, terrasse agréable, literie très confortable, couette et oreillers supplémentaires mis à disposition si besoin, l'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement via une application dédiée est très pratique. Les commentaires récents ne précisaient pas que l'appartement se trouve au-dessus d'une boîte de nuit... Ceci étant, nous n'avons été dérangés qu'une seule nuit sur les 4 passées dans cet appartement, mais les murs sont très fins... La vaisselle mise à disposition est très succincte. La douchette de la baignoire est détériorée et le débit d'eau est insuffisant, sans compter l'odeur permanente d'égout dans la salle de bain. Les fenêtres et porte fenêtres sont difficiles à fermer correctement.

• Nai Ni (1/5): Do not stay here at all cost - The first night we were locked outside the room as the door required to use app to unlock and it wasn’t working. I rang their office kept saying someone is coming in 20 mins, we ended up waiting for 3 hours. The whole process was extremely unprofessional, their office has zero service skill. After I checked out they even WhatsApp me asking what happened that night they never heard anything as I filed complaint to booking.com, it’s just show how not organised their management office is.

We couldn’t use the kitchen as no fridge to keep our food. There is no one to contact in an emergency. The door system failed 2 times and there is no alternative way to get in.

Easy to get into and out of and actually not that far away from the centre if you are happy to walk probably around .5 of a mile to the Central part of town. Some of the towels needed replacing they were in great condition. This is a minor detail but always nice to have a beautiful towel.
