- Nicole (2/5): - Simply sharing so another family doesn’t have to deal with the same things as we did. Upon arrival we were told “if you want to leave early there will be no refund”. That should have been the first red flag. We got to our cabin to find paper towel used as blinds. But it gets better. They were hung up with a women’s pad. I’ll keep the rest short and simple. The place with filthy. Bedding was covered in dirt, bugs in utensil drawer, pots and tub. Bbq was infested with bugs and hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like a decade. Our cabin smelled of mould and the bedding smelled even worse! The owners were a nightmare to deal with. While trying to explain our concerns, we were mocked and laughed at. They refused to take accountability and blamed these issues on the previous guests (does this mean our cabin wasn’t cleaned?) The only resolution they were willing to offer was for me to wake my sleeping baby and get her out of the cabin to clean it right then and there (while laughing in my face) However, inconveniencing guest to do what should have been done upon arrival is absurd! Save your money! These people would rather take your money than do things the right way the first time!!!

We had a room with a full kitchen, and only one burner worked on the stove which was frustrating. When I brought it up she just dismissed it. There’s also no restaurant as advertised, and no tennis courts.

Says firepit which it did have but was over with the cabins . Advertises a restaurant onsite . It does have one but apparently its been closed since covid and only opens for bus tours. They should update that on their site. Has 1 microwave for the floor which was on the other side of the building from where we were . We spoke with another custumer who was on second floor and elevators doesnt work . For the price you pay a night there i would not recommend. Its not what they advertise

A tall bald man with an attitude problem was very rude to me . Provided us with a double bed, for 2 adults and a toddler. Baby had playpen. They gave us a wheelchair access room with built up toilet and lowered furniture. This room did smell a lot better. We’re trying to charge me the same price as I had paid for king room with jacuzzi . Left a day early , and this all took place at 11 at night with a 1 and a 3 year old present . Horrible service.

The cabin's could use a bit of fix up and cleaning. over all we were just there to sleep so it wasn't to bad I guess.

Everything is very aged, pool had foam floating on top, rooms left with door open uncleaned all day from departed guests, breakfast and coffee was scary in flavor and presentation. For $200 a night you don't get much but the room was fine.

- karen (2/5): - This "resort" is run down and could use a face lift. If you are a budget traveler it may be ok. However, while the staff was friendly, everything is outdated. The hallways smelled musty and not all the lights were working. There is no elevator to the top floors, the floors are creaky, poor water pressure in the shower, food quality was poor, and from a safety perspective - there should be key entry to the hotel floors. Finally - the location is a bit isolated.
- Tom F (2/5): Very disappointed not as per ad pics - Not sure of the hotel rooms themselves but cabin 10, playground and overall facilty are a mess. We checked in to cabin 10 with no power which the staff turned on for us. Kitchen sink leaked, curtains falling down in one room, missing bulbs from both bedroom lamps, windows that were stuck shut, light fixtures in both bedrooms hanging from the wires, overall smell throughout cabin, bed couch was old and stained not as per pictures, outside trampoline still in service with no safety net, missing a couple of springs, protection padding falling off, one teeder todder was bent over like an A frame, overgrrown grass and weeds and the list goes on and on but you get the point. If we could have found another place on short notice we would have. We would not stay there again... sad because the pics of the place aren't too bad but it has not been maintained.
- Tina (4/5): Needs improvement in all areas - We, a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, were crammed into a double room which was very small. It was on the 3rd floor, which meant the slanted roof/dormers cut off a part of the room. One double bed was under this slanted roof which made it impossible for two people to sleep in this bed. So, only one person slept in this bed. I consulted the front desk with this issue, they said no other rooms were available. I asked for a refund, I was told "no". The young gentleman behind the counter offered a cot. That was our only option, so we took it. Next issue were the dusty/dirty floors. Under the beds and under the room chair, it was quite obvious these areas were not cleaned for quite some time. Lastly, was the bathroom. Upon having a shower, I noticed two USED face clothes were hanging on the shower rod. Also, there were two USED large towels hanging on the back of the door, obvisiously from the previous occupants...disgusting!!!! Lastly, were the resorts premises! A exhaust fan hanging off the side of the building by its wires, lawn in need of trimming, patio area wooden boards are in need of replacing, just to name a few. Totally disgusted, and will never return!

The carpet, the bed and everywhere. We rented a cheap hotel so that we just had somewhere to stay but I would spend the extra money next time as this experience was very disappointing. Not only was the room pretty yucky but we get there and the pool is closed, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel for my 4 year old. They were treating it with chemicals so it was closed for the day but since check in is 3 and check out is 11 we didn't get the chance to use it at all... Overall I was VERY disappointed in our stay at this hotel...

- Kevin (8/5): - This hotel was bought from previous owner by a family in April 2016. This hotel needs a lot of TLC in landscaping and maintenance of the rooms. The state of the hotel and rate of the rooms do not jive.... But when you are in need you pay whatever...
- Dennis (4/5): Comedy of errors - Arrived to beautiful location but found our guaranteed room with two queen beds was "upgraded" to a suite with 1 Bed and a pull out couch with a 3 inch thick matress commplete with used linen. When told the day staff including the owner said they would be down never showed up but managed later to get the 19 year old night clerk who at least changes the linen. I was not the only one to have a room in disarray when checking in.. Very uncomfortable
