William (3/5): Hot tub disappointing 😞 - The staff was friendly When making the reservation, I inquired about the hot tub/spa to verify it was working. We paid more to stay here because had a hot tub. Much to or surprise, it was not working and they had no time line to even get it fixed. Even though the staff were pleasant, did not offer any discounts or seem to care.

John (9/5): A good place to stay and it’s in good location. - Check it was good and the room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was nice and the helper man was also very pleasant. The only issue which wasn’t a deal breaker was the ac unit. It was set to 60 but it was probably 73 or so in the room. The AC would turn off even though we felt warm.

We arrived and later that evening we came out of our room to go to the restaurant and lounge and it was closed due to a water main break. Which is fine I guess but they did offer anything in compensation. Nothing!!!

nkkwontheroad (3/5): Not the Best of the Best Westerns - This was a disappointing stay; not one of the better BWs. The room layout was a standard Queen. The bathroom sink was separated (across the room's entry way) from the toilet/shower room, which can be positive or negative. The breakfast was as expected - waffles, scrambled eggs, meat, toast and bagels, coffee and juice, etc. This hotel had separate buildings, and it was difficult to find the parking lot entrance from the main street and then to find our way to the back building after checking in. We had a second floor room with quite a bit of heavy photography equipment and no elevator which the front desk rep chose not to mention so we had to make several trips up and down the stairs. The room was very warm when we went inside; no one had turned on any fan or cool air.

Would like the room to be cleaned every day during our 3-days staying, and also the extra charge $25.00 per room is surprised to me, without any notifications in advance on the booking.com page. Three bottles of hear shampoo, hair conditions, the body wash were empty, still hang there. It will be better to remove them because you do provide three small bottles as replacement.

La chambre de bonne taille et lits plutôt confortables. La piscine est agréable en fin de journée, mais froide. Les enfants ont quand même apprécié le jacuzzi un peu plus chaud. L'accueil très froid de la réceptionniste. Aucun effort pour nous parler ou expliquer. Nos toilettes se sont bouchés. On m'a tendu une ventouse, j'ai donc compris que j'allais devoir régler cela toute seule.... La salle de petit déjeuner dans la même salle que le restaurant à coté de l'hôtel, ou des gens fumaient la veille.... c'était un peu bizarre.

The beds werent as great, very hard and could use better blankets. Room was quiet and clean. The ice machine was broken on my building was not about to walk to the other buildings. Other then that I would stay here again. The beds are so hard, it hurt waking up.
