• Magokim (5/5): - 위치 창문을 여는 구조가 아니라 답답, 침대패드가 시골장에서나 팔것같은 얄팍한 조각보같은것에 보풀까지...넘 찝찝했어요, 가까운 병원이용때문에 이번이 세번째였고, 그나마 뷰때문에 디럭스트윈으로 예약했는데 침대가 그모양이라니...다시는 이용안하렵니다

Also this hotel did not issue an invoice with the reason the hotel is not eligible to issue it unlike the instructions on the booking.com who instructed that I can have an invoice from the hotel. It is very disgraceful.
• katherine (7/5): Good value if you need to stay in the area! - The breakfast is a 10/10, amazing. I wish every hotel breakfast was this good! I also loved having the convenience store in the basement, and the many water bottles provided every day. I also loved that it's so close to the KSPO dome (where I was seeing a show), and I enjoyed walking the trails. My room just seemed sort of old. It was clean, but there were things like scuff marks all over the headboard. Also, the hair dryer kept turning off after like thirty seconds and wouldn't turn back on for 15-20 minutes each time, so it was fairly useless :(.

• HSINLAN (8/5): - 距離奧林匹克會館走路要25分，看完演唱會可以快速回飯店休息，每天都會依照入住人數給瓶裝水，很棒！ 房間裡浴室的簾子，濕氣味很重，重到隔天要去買除臭噴霧，可能是我們對味道比較敏感，樓下的便利商店，雖然說是24小時，但沒有店員時，需要韓國信用卡才能進去。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 콘서트를 위해 방문 사람들에게 - 저는 잠만 잘 목적이였어서 조식은 생각도 못했는데 포함이더라고요! 맛도 좋아서 아침 잘 챙겨먹고 나왔어요~ 룸 자체는 따로 단점이랄게 없어요 굿~ 콘서트 때문에 방문하시는 분들이 많을텐데 콘서트장 자체에서는 거리가 좀 있어요 걸어가기도 버스타기도 애매~해서 저는 택시를 탔어요! 콘서트 끝날 시간대에는 호텔로 돌아가는 길이 막히기 때문에 걸어서 다니시는건 비추입니당 굳이 단점을 고르자만 엘베가 좀 느려요.. 만약 택시를 방에서 미리 잡거나 버스 시간 맞춰서 나오기엔 빠듯 할 수 있어요.. 미리 나오시는거 추천 나머지는 매우 만족했어요! 근처 숙소를 잡을 일이 또 있다면 재방문 의사 있습니당~

I requested early check-in, but no one responded to me. Even if I arrived at the hotel early enough, the reception man told me to wait until 15:00. Then I came back and wanted to check in, but nobody asked me to proceed to the reception. and the reception man started to check in with other Korean guests at 14:00. Then I stood up and asked to check into the room. The same matter was during check-out, I was leaving the hotel at 4 a.m. in order to get the bus to the airport. And asked the reception people if they could provide me with the breakfast box, or snacks. The reply was no. The reception staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming. Also, I didn't have toothpaste with me, so the hotel also didn't have one, which was very weird for me.
