• Muñoz Aguilera (3/5): Lugar sucio, incomodo y desayuno muy pobre. Muy mal calidad-precio - No me gustó nada. El desayuno era muy pobre. La habitación no estaba limpia, la ubicación era regular, el barrio parecía peligroso. Los baños afuera de la habitación, tampoco estaban muy limpios. Por un retraso en nuestro avión casi llegamos a las 2 am. y a esa hora no hay nadie para hacer el check-in, pierdes la habitación y tu dinero. No lo recomiendo para nada.

• Maurice (8/5): My first experience in a hostel - Rustic furniture in the kitchen they played cool pop culture music in the morning nice light breakfast offered. The bathroom was very pretty unexpected for the price paying. When hostel isn't full you basically have a room to yourself really I've advised others who seek travel adventures experience to try out I'm pity I wasn't informed that hot water nozzle was in the cold nozzle spot. This is it really people were nice I was hardly there

• Joe (7/5): very good hostel - staff was very friendly and helpful, location and price combo cannot be beat one of the restrooms needed repair and got shut down while staying there, with another floor undergoing renovations leaving the only accessible restrooms 2 floors above
• ARIF (7/5): You may get better option than this property. - The location is very good. The hostel don't have lift and travellers has to carry lagaege on third floor. The construction work is in progress. Front door is close and need to wait for long time during first visit. Not advisable for old travelers with more lagauge.

When I checked in at about 6 pm of 03/22, I was assigned to room #419, but was told blanket had not been ready. I must collect it from service desk later. Since I had a blanket with me, I did not get hostel’s blanket. When I checked out in 03/23 morning, a young female staff checked account and found that I should live in Room #400 and nobody lived in room #419 last night. This was why there was no blanket in room #419. So that I had to ask the female staff to correct their record to avoid a possible over charge to me. I was not happy for this mess.

Aun así, tiene muy buenas conexiones con otros puntos de la ciudad. Sin embargo, es superviejo y estaba muy sucio. El personal fue bastante desagradable y no hay ningún tipo de control de luz y horarios. El desayuno tenía bagels con queso o mantequilla y algo de fruta, así que me pareció bastante escaso también. Creo que es demasiado caro para los servicios que ofrece y la condición que tiene.

• Celina (5/5): Ok place for a short stay. - A cheap place to stay in San Diego, nice localisation. You can ask for additional blanket if you need for free. The whole place looked kind of dodgy and old, there is no lift, there is no heater (it was kind of cold at the time). The windows do not shut completely so you hear the cars etc. The bathrooms were not cleaned as they should be.

• Long (8/5): - Staff, affordable, casual and comfy, plus clean, and if you want to socialize you can and California knows how to make you feel at home. The decor is priceless rock artists pictures and great showers. All Good Especially for the affordable price.

The view is pretty cool. I missed breakfast because I overslept but it’ll be for the next time. The front desk didn’t speak Spanish and my English isn’t great, but it wasn’t a problem at all, they were really nice

• Iveth Melissa (9/5): - I like that offers a very complete breakfast, and that every day the personal clean the room and all the bathrooms, there are personal super nice that would help you to know where to go and what they recommends to do in the city. I also like that is very close to a lot of restaurants and it's very convenient to go to other parts of the city. When the hostal is full of people there should be a better organization of the breakfast because there was times in which the breakfast was over in 10 min after they put it.

• Brandi (9/5): Lucky D's Hostel my experience - They have everything you needed kitchen, reading room, bathrooms,etc. It was home away from home. There was not anything I really didn't like.
