- WAI MING (9/5): Nice hotel nice breakfast but no service - The room is spacious and clean. TV is good and has a lot of movies. The breakfast is good and has different dishes everyday. There are 24 hour free snacks, ice cream and coffee. The staff are impolite and have no smile. No one will welcome us when we try to check in in front of the front desk. Two staff always sit down behind the desk and even not look at us.

- Rick (9/5): All in all with youbikes and the MRT close by it was not to bad a location , exceptional breakfast and relaxing zone wit - The breakfast and free ice cream and coffee and snacks , the 2rd floor reception and chill out breakfast area was very cool . For some reason the staff had control of the temperature in the room and it was always turned up when we went out, always came back to a hot room, the room faced the sun so it would have been nice to have it set and left alone, one morning at 400 I woke up sweating and had to call the staff to turn the temperature down , it was the only thing g that bugged us , why the staff need to mess with it I have no idea , like someone else would come on duty and just adjust it , but apart from that it was pleasant

- Ortiz (9/5): Comfortable, clean & great service - The staff were friendly and helpful. They held the luggage for us since we arrived before check-in, and helped me break down larger NTD bills since I needed smaller bills to pay for taxis and small shops. The room and shared space were clean. The food was delicious and plentiful. They had both Western and Taiwanese food. They also had complimentary snacks, drinks, ice cream and laundry. The location is close to convenience stores too. Nothing.
