Jak poszłam do recepcji powiedzieć że to jest skandal i żeby dostawili leżaki, to chłoptaś z recepcji powiedział żebym sobie poszła na plaże i zapłaciła za wynajem. Ciągle problem z podstawowymi rzeczami w pokoju. Po papier toaletowy trzeba było walczyć. No żenada… Jedyny plus to piękny widok na plaże Na cały obiekt były tylko 4 leżaki… personel był opryskliwy! Jak poszłam do recepcji powiedzieć że to jest skandal i żeby dostawili leżaki, to chłoptaś z recepcji powiedział żebym sobie poszła na plaże i zapłaciła za wynajem. Ciągle problem z podstawowymi rzeczami w pokoju. Po papier toaletowy trzeba było walczyć. No żenada… Jedyny plus to piękny widok na plaże

- Suhaimi (5/5): Worst holiday experience, esp if arrive here during raining. No place to drop luggage or parking. - lokasi hotel berdekatan pantai dan kawasan tumpuan pelancong. Banyak kedai berdekatan. Kemudahan parking kereta disediakan amat tidak memuaskan, hanya beberapa parking slot sahaja, itu pun perlu ditempah awal. Hilang mood bercuti, sekurang-kurangnya sediakan tempat sesuai utk drop penumpang dan bagasi. Waktu hujan lebih menyusahkan.

- Yanis (1/5): - L'emplacement Ma femme a glissé dans la piscine et s’est gravement blessée à la tête, avec du sang partout. Malgré la gravité de la situation, aucun employé ni même le manager n’a pris la peine de nous aider ou d’intervenir. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls pour l’emmener dans une clinique, sans aucune assistance de l’hôtel. Le plus choquant est que le manager trouvait cette situation totalement normale. Nous avons également dû payer nous-mêmes tous les frais médicaux. Si vous tenez à votre sécurité et à votre vie, je vous conseille vivement de réserver ailleurs. Ici, la valeur humaine ne semble avoir aucune importance.

- Sarin (5/5): Select the hotel only for location don’t expect anything else - The one and only good thing about the property is their location. May be that is why they take the others things like serving the tourists for granted . Everything except the location. The staffs are rude. They are no people to help you with the luggages to/from hotel room. No matter how hard you plead they will let you check in at 3PM only. The restaurant closes very very early.

Je suis ravie de mon séjour ! ma chambre était dans.me nouveau bâtiment qui est propre et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très sympa et fais tout pour qu'on se sente bien . Merciiiiii Je dirais que je regrette le non respect de certains clients qui sont bruyants la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, un manque de civisme de certains qui se croient tout permis.

Nous avons demandé d'autres chambres à l'étage. Chambres vieilles avec de la moquette et douches vétustes.

La chambre, située dans le bâtiment principal, était propre, bien entretenue et faite tous les jours. La literie était confortable. Seul petit point négatif : la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

- Amina (8/5): Très bien pour pas cher et 2/3 nuits max - L’emplacement magnifique les pieds dans le sable très proches de la zone d’affluence, prévoir 500 ringgit en espèces pour la caution, pas de soucis de notre côté, hôtel bon marché, la piscine est fonctionnel, mais j’ai un doute sur la qualité de l’eau, manque d’entretien autour de la piscine. Parking disponible gratuit. Petit déjeuner ok. L’entretien autour de la piscine et la qualité de l’eau.

- David (7/5): - el hotel esta en plana calle principal, a pesar de eso no diría que había mucho ruido. Las habitaciones son viejas con suelo de alfombra. En nuestra habitación había una gotera cerca del aire y al alfombra pasaba mojada permanentemente. La zona de la piscina esta muy bien para ir con ninos, a pocos metros de la playa. el bano sin duda es lo peor, no tiene cortina ni diferenciacion entre la ducha y zona de inodoro, despues de ducarse todo queda mojado, es muy molesto entrata alavarse los dientes y mojarte los pies.

- Slawomir (7/5): Hotel daje piękne widoki na plażę i morze ale jest to okupione brudną stołówką i zabłąkanymi karaluchami na łóżkach - Przepiękny widok z apartamentów przy plaży i bardzo przestronny pokój .Balkon na którym można podziwiać plażę w Pentai Cenang Słabe śniadanie na brudnych plastikowych stołach .Karaluch który powitał moją żonę na poduszce a później spędziłem 10 minut żeby go wytropić bez powodzenia .Zona chciała po tym incydencie opuścić pokój i hotel ale widok z balkonu zrekompensował nam troche ten nieprzyjemny akcent .

- Shrijith (3/5): Not value you for money, go if you have no choice (inform the reception earlier if you need parking) - Location is good but no parking facility No parking facility though I had booked 7 rooms. AC is not great it’s not even cooling properly, while in bathroom the bathing water fills the entire bathroom and it’s wet always. There is an untold additional fee of 3 Malaysian ringette per room for them to issue the automatic key. Without a key how will I access the room??

- Kyaw (7/5): Pretty decent, but mid. 7/10 - Nice pool and it’s close to the beach. Comfortable bed and all nice. It’s best for people who want to live it peaceful and quiet environment. It’d be better if you improve the air conditioners it’s not cool enough and there were only two hair nets in the bathroom. Also please try to clean the pool, it was nice there but there were trash and leave litter in the water. Also the door lock updating.

- Sreenivas (8/5): Overall good stay after issues were fixed, location score is 100%. very easy to go to beach. - Location was the best, we had an issue that the AC was not working and we had to wait till 1AM for mechanic to visit and repair. Also, dirty water started coming in the tap which was fixed later by the maintenance team, but was rectified. No intimation regarding the maintenance plan. Staff could have checked functioning of AC before hand. Without windows and fan in room, can not stay in Langkawi heat.

Swimming pool right on the beach Front desk staff an older lady was dismissive on arrival. Just put passport on counter away from me I nearly missed it. They need better training or replacing

- Nisshaa (4/5): Disappointing, no value for money - The location is very near to the beach and other shops are nearby. Only the location is good. The bathroom water trap was stuck and water couldn't drain and the shower was flooded few seconds after showering. No hook in the bathroom, aircond was warm. The staffs were terrible, not welcoming, unhelpful, unfriendly and showing face.

Forstår slet ikke at hotellet kunne er 2 stjernet. I vores verden får den 5. Luksus på den simple måde - lige nået for os, som bare gerne ville slappe af uden så mange dikkedarer 😊 Intet
