• LukeF970 (8/5): Hotel Robinson, a budget option in the heart of Rome - The staff were very helpful and attentive. The air con worked well, the bathroom was nice. Location very convenient next to Termini station. A bit dated for some and the room was fairly small.

• Frankel (8/5): - La habitacion estaba muy bien, comoda. Con baño completo, tenia un anafe, pileta de cocina y heladerita, cosa que no esperaba, eso estuvo muy bien. La limpieza de todos los dias cumplio. Lo malo es que habia un olor feo en la habitacion, como si fuera olor a cloaca, no era que estaba sucia sino que era de las instalaciones.

• carlos alberto (9/5): - La atención del personal muy colaborador La entrada hacia el hotel da un poco de mal aspecto porque están los cubos de la basura y es la primera impresión que uno se lleva pero el hotel está después por lo que es un conjunto de hoteles así que no se dejen llevar por lo primero que ven después de la entrada todo correcto

• Sara Gabriela (9/5): - Me encantó su ubicación, muy cerca a todo realmente, también tiene restaurantes cerca y muy bien conectado. El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones estaban limpias, la habitación era cómoda y en general todo muy bien. Nuestra habitación daba como hacia el interior y muchas veces olía un poco a cigarrillo ya que las personas salían a fumar ahí como en el patio, pero nada grave.

• Richard (8/5): Great for Termini station, hotel with old fashioned charm and kind helpful staff - I guess the hotel won’t always be able to do this, but they let our group of 6 check in early for a one night stay and check out 45 minutes later to fit in with our travel arrangements into and out of Termini station. They didn’t have to do that, but were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great for us ; right opposite the station. The room is well equipped although a little compact for larger luggage. The price was good value. Not a big thing, especially for a one night stay, but it seemed a little over complicated to control the temperature in the room via the air conditioner.

WiFi stabile e veloce, stanza calda e soprattutto spine sopra i comodini per collegare il cellulare, cosa spesso non cosi scontata negli hotel Non c'era il cartello con i dati di collegamento al WiFi in camera, meno male avevo già memorizzato la password dalla precedente visita. Una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto nel frigo è sempre cosa benvenuta, consiglierei di metterla.

• Gualo (9/5): Ottima soluzione per chi deve semplicemente dormire a Roma - Posizione eccellente attaccato alla stazione termini (collocazione interna ad un palazzo), staff come sempre gentile e professionale (uso periodicamente questo hotel) e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. WiFi veloce e stabile. Pulito. Una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto sarebbe il top. Questo giro il bagno era pulito ma lo scarico della doccia intasato, dopo un po' tendeva ad allagarsi il bagno.

• Angelica (5/5): Ótimo acesso a estação Términi. - Sem dúvida a localização é ótima para o viajante, estávamos em 8 pessoas, cada um com 3 malas, e o acesso à estação Términi fica a 10 metros da esquina, e atravessa a rua. Muito perto. O hotel é bom para aquele viajante que acorda e sai e volta para dormir. Nosso grupo de família tinha 8 pessoas e usamos 4 quartos. Todos os banheiros são pequenos com ventilação forçada, e a toalha é bem fininha, não é "atoalhada". Nosso quarto em especial tinha cheiro que vinha do ralo do banheiro. E não consegui abrir a janela, pois estava trancada. Como não fiquei muito tempo no quarto (exceto para dormir) não fui na recepção para pedir que destrancasse a janela e mantive a porta do banheiro fechada!

• Nan (1/5): Lousy, overpriced, small, run-down hotel. - Nothing to like, except was allowed leaving a small suitcase while going to Alberobello. Petty staff didn't want to refund expensive 125 Euro booking cancelled few 5 hours late. I had 2 other days booked, which meant I had to pay over 200 Euro night for already overcharged room with peeling ceiling. If cancellation had been a few days before arrival the few hours late cancellation may have made a difference, but the cancellation was more than 2 weeks before arrival. I needed to cancel because late found out you can go on mozzarella tour on my next destination and needed one extra day there. Cancellation day I had woke up at 5.00 in the morning and gone on a tiresome tour at Bran castle. Reached my hotel at 20.00 and fallen asleep after shower already at 21.00 forgetting to cancel before exhaused falling a sleep. Not being able to get a refund made me forced to book a night bus from Alberobello to save hotel cost. I missed bus to mozzarella farm and since couldn't make a second try the day after also missed paid mozzarella tour. Don't book this super overpriced lousy room with these PETTY cheap staff!!!

• Gualo (9/5): Ottima soluzione, soprattutto se si cerca solo una stanza pulita ed accogliente per dormire. - Posizione eccellente, lato uscita via Marsala della Stazione Termini. Sempre molto pulito, bene la parte lenzuola e salviette. La stanza si climatizza ottimamente con pompa di calore. Staff molto gentile. Molto bene il WiFi. Per essere un 2 stelle (ed io uso molto gli hotel di Roma) decisamente superiore a 3 stelle situati nelle vicinanze. Io sono alto 1.90, quindi fuori standard, ma il letto per me è un pochetto corto. Ovviamente la location comporta che la finestra non ha vista aperta, ci sta per un hotel in zona Termini in mezzo ai palazzoni.

• ZARATE NUNEZ (10/5): Recomendadisimo sitio en Roma, a 25 min caminando de todo! - La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación, la limpieza, aroma y orden de l habitación. Faltaba ropa de cama, los últimos días en los que estuvimos hizo mucho frio, y si bien no solicité más ropa de cama, creo que es necesario disponerla considerando el clima.

• Osvaldo (5/5): Caro por lo que se recibe - La ubicación está muy bien para poder moverte en metro fácilmente. Amabilidad del personal. La habitación es muy pequeña, igual que el baño. La ducha moja todo el suelo, no hay bidet y las toallas son de tela fina, no de toalla. Hacia mucho que no venía a Roma y me sorprendió que la mayoría de bares y restaurantes italianos están en manos de pakistaníes. Esa parte de la ciudad a perdido el espíritu romano.
