Salt Villa

Featuring an iPod dock and mosquito net, this two-story villa has a kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining and living areas and veranda downstairs. Consists of 1 air-conditioned bedroom downstairs and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs offering beach views. Please note: This coming October, Salt Villa will be upgraded to a 4 bedroom villa for 8 people with an infinity pool. The basic layout and comforts of the villa will still remain, but an additional room will be added downstairs. An infinity pool will be located in front of the wooden veranda overlooking the famous white beach view. New photos will be added once the improvements are completed. The new villa rates apply starting November 2017.

Erika Jahel (10/5): Truly a home away from home - Pristine setting, surrounded by lush vegetation. Each villa feels unique and isolated with a beautiful secluded beach at 2 min away. Also, a fantastic restaurant on the beach that offers delivery to your villa. The attention to detail is fantastic - traditional beach mats are provided plus the usual beach towels. (Internet works fantastically, not that you want to use it in such beautiful scenery!)

Gintarė (10/5): Amazing vila with amazing view - Everything was wonderful — the view is breathtaking, the nature and the plants make you feel like you’re in a fairy tale. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, and they even made sure we had food for our first breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. A huge bathtub, a comfortable bed… thank you for an amazing stay — it was an unforgettable experience! There are just a few things we felt were missing: some water by the entrance to rinse off your feet after coming back from the beach, bathrobes would be a nice addition, and air conditioning on the second floor — it’s not too hot, but the heat creates a slightly unusual smell. However, these are only minor details compared to all the comfort that the hotel provides :)

Also liked that they had cleaners come over every day. Staff werw wonderful! Very helpful. They ordered food for us and called e-trikes for us. They basically did everything for us! No hassle no trouble at all. Insects here and there but cannot be avoided. They cleaned everyday anyway.

Damian (9/5): Superb - Highly recommend staying at Diniview Villas. We stayed 3 nights in the Salt Villa that had amazing panoramic views of White Beach with an infinity pool. It was away from the the crowded tourist areas making it a nice and relaxing stay, just what we needed to finish our Philippine Holiday. Staff where very friendly and very accomodating, nothing was a hassle. Would defiantly stay here again I personally felt like it was the best place to stay in all of Boracay. We had the amazing Diniwid Beach to enjoy, which was a few steps down from the villa. Also managed by the Diniview Villas was a great restaurant & cocktail bar on the beach to chill out and watch the sunset! We had an amazing time!!

Sabeeha (8/5): Stunning views and great hospitality- a very luxurious stay - Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SALT villa. The hospitality was phenomenal and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. There were a lot of additional amenities included such as the breakfast hamper, and services such as in house massage and grocery shop at an extra but reasonable charge. The view of white beach is out of this world, would stay here again just for the view. Diniview also arranged our transfer from the airport which made our lives a lot easier and stress free - so would definitely opt for this. Only 10 mins walk to white beach - it is a steep walk downhill but we didn’t mind!! We did have a small issue with the bugs and gecko’s which is inevitable due to high up location of the villa. I would recommend bug spray and extra repellents. Also, the staff were very helpful with the large geckos and kindly removed them.

Anonymous (9/5): Like heaven - We stayed in the Sea Villa. Incredible view across tree tops and ocean. A proper oasis. The rooms are super well designed and beautifully appointed. We loved the sunsets and the aspect which was shaded during the day. Staff are great. The beach restaurant is very good. Diniwid beach is not really great for swimming - too rocky. And white beach is not accessible at high tide by foot.
Dane (8/5): Amazing place if you want peace and quiet. - We stayed in sea villa. The whole place is amazing. Awesome view every sunrise and sunset. Love the free fruit basket. The place gets cleaned everday. There is 5-10 minute walk to a 'private beach' lovely beach btw very quiet away from the tourists so you can chill peacefully. Although its not very convenient being far from the centre they will make sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. Far from the centre. Electric tricycle to and from the centre is not free and costly (Although the availability wont be a problem as they will help you get one). They dont have a restaurant on site so you either have to walk down to diniwid restaurant or go to the centre each time so you have to factor in the cost of transpo to and from the centre.

Barbara (10/5): Truly wonderful experience in Boracay because we decided to stay at Diniview Villa. - Diniview Villa, especially Moon Villa, is just a spectacular home away from home. we were greeted with open arms by the staff who are always friendly and accommodating. the villa is perched on a high top facing directly towards Diniwid Beach. what’s even more mesmerizing is the unobstructed view of the sunset - truly magical and amazing. the villa is split on two levels with a very open and spacious living room and wrap around veranda. the two bedrooms are comfortably furnished with great beds and pillows. there are two full baths, one on each floor both equipped with rainshower heads. the whole villa is surrounded lush trees and blossoming plants where by 6pm you have the most amazing fragrance from a nearby flower tree. the water pressure could have been stronger and the toilet doesn’t flush properly on the lower bathroom.
Yamile (6/5): - The views were beautiful & staff super friendly! However, I could not deal with the bugs! There were bugs everywhere inside the Villa! The windows have no screens & there’s gaps in the frames so there were all sorts of bugs inside, including large lizards! The lizards leave little poops everywhere and make loud noises at night. Our last night was terrible, as there was a huge lizard trying to make its way into our bed, the bug net was no help. We stayed at a MUCH cheaper hotel in section 2, & saw ZERO bugs, so I’m sure this is a manageable issue. If the bug issue were resolved, I’d go back. Otherwise, this was a one and done.

Dini beach is beautiful and just a quick walk to white beach we were in the Sea Villa and the top floor (living) didn’t have aircon - it was a bit hot but with the fan on and windows open it was still pleasant. it’s a 25 min walk to station 1 or a 250 paseo e-trike. We went on a private island tour organised through the hotel (tour was with roger). He ended up being quite aggressive but the hotel was quick to deal with it and had no further issues.
Perfecto (9/5): The facility was overall an awesome place for the originality and eclectic atmosphere. - The facility was beautiful and a great value for the location. The beach was a few minutes walk away and was very beautiful. I also loved the outside shower with hot water. The common area had a large refrigerator to put ample amounts of bottled water inside. A couple minor issues-the kitchen faucet was loose and did not have hot water. The water dispenser they had in the common area gave my son and grand daughter diarrhea.
Diana (10/5): honeymoon or family time, this is the perfect place - the semi secluded location offers privacy and time to enjoy the nature. the villas are well kept and extremly clean, they offer different nice lounge areas with complete privacy and view to the sea & sunset. it is a little hard accesible by the beach, because there are a lot of stairs, but it is good for your health, after eating all the good philipino food.

Szymon (10/5): Simply WOW! - Property pictures online don’t lie. In fact, they don’t even give any justice. The place is simply beautiful! Short hike to the private beach (hike, not a walk). Views are stunning. The villa was well equipped and very clean. Service was excellent, all of it: reception, housekeeping, laundry, massage). One of the bathrooms has an open concept: partially exposed to the outdoors/forest - it looked and felt amazing, but the bugs and other elements were a problem. The other bathroom was fully enclosed and felt cleaner. We will definitely go back!

Seunghak (2/5): 바퀴벌레 소굴(예약하지 마세요) - 위치: 디몰 및 스테이션 메인거리와는 거리가 멀고, 우기때 비가많이 오는 상황이면 트라이시클 가지 않아 우기때는 고려해야 합니다. 시티몰에서도 트라이시클 200페소 비용이 듭니다. 숙소: 보트빌라 3박 예약을하고, 결론은 숙박하지 못했습니다.. 체크인하자마자 손가락 만한 바퀴벌레가 주방에서 수십마리 발견되었구요, 조치사항이라곤 시중에 파는 살충제, 빗자루로 잡아서 보이는 것만 제거해 줍니다.. 뭐 아시다시피 몇분만에 또 나타나구요,, 잠한숨도 못자고 새벽에 도망치듯이 나왔습니다. 고개 숙여 사과를 그렇게 해놓고 체크인했다고 1박은 환불안해주고 2박만 환불해 주네요.. 호텔스닷컴 이은표 팀장도 고객 케어하진않고 호텔측 입장만 대변 하고 있구요.. 디니뷰 빌라가 문제가 아니라 호텔스닷컴 고객케어 엉망입니다.. 그리고, 이숙소 정말 예약하지 마세요... 혐오 사진이지만 소비자 권익을 위해 올려 드립니다. 이미 해당 숙소는 숙소 예약받으면 안되는 상태인데 호텔스닷컴도 나몰라라 하는상황입니다.

Lisa Maria (8/5): Wunderschöne Villa im Paradies - Mein Freund und ich haben 10 Tage in der Shell Villa gewohnt. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Villa recht nah am wirklich traumhaften Station 1-Abschnitt vom White Beach gelegen. Man muss aber topfit sein, denn die Stufen hinab zum Strand haben es schon in sich. Die Stufen führen direkt zum Diniview Beach, an dem man morgens gegen 8 Uhr schön Schnorcheln und recht viele Fische sehen kann. Ansonsten würde ich den Strand zum Baden eher nicht so empfehlen, sondern zum „beachen“ noch etwa 5 min weiter zum White Beach gehen. Am Diniview Beach ist nur ein einziges Restaurant, Mamas Fish House. Es ist ganz gut, aber man möchte ja nicht immer im selben Restaurant essen. Wenn man eine grössere Restaurant-Auswahl und vor allem auch Wellness (Massagen ect.) möchte, muss man schon circa 30 min Laufzeit bis zum Station 2-Strandabschnitt einplanen. Man kann auch Tricycle fahren, das dauert aber ähnlich lange, da man, um eines zu bekommen, auch erstmal den Berg herunterlaufen muss. Die Villa wird täglich gereinigt und liebevoll aufgeräumt. Das Holz vom grossen Bett im Schlafzimmer hat abends und nachts wirklich unheimliche knisternde Geräusche gemacht. Wir vermuten, dass diese Geräusche von Insekten im Holz kommen. Das war etwas gruselig, aber gesehen hat man diese Insekten nicht. Wer also fit ist und sich gerne und viel bewegen möchte, für den sind die Diniview Villas sehr schön!
Verified traveler (10/5): のんびり過ごすには最高のヴィラです！ - 早朝着便のため往復の送迎をお願いしました。送迎業者が代行しますが、とてもスムーズでした。チェックインまでスーツケースを預かってもらい、フロント横の化粧室で着替えをすることができます。ヴィラ専用の専用通路から海岸まで5分ほど、ひたすら階段を降りていきます。この専用通路は電灯がついているので、夜間も使用可能です。シェルヴィラは2人用で、とても快適でした。朝食用の食料や果物、飲み物が用意されています。電子レンジはありません。プランジプールは水深180cmほどで、泳ぐほどの広さはありませんが、サンデッキでくつろぐにはとても快適です。部屋は広く、WiFiも速いです。 2階はファン2台でエアコンはありませんが、涼しかったです。デッキから眺める夕日は最高でした。シャワーのお湯は、連続で使用すると多少ぬるくなるので、調節が必要です。スタッフのみなさんもとても親切で、滞在中とても快適に過ごすことができました!! また泊まりたいと思います。
bongki (6/5): 다녀왔습니다 - 숙소의 컨디션은 좋았으나 거실에 에어컨이 없다는것이 완전비추네요 너무 외곽에떨어져있어서 이동은 참 힘들었어요 직원서비스는좋았습니다
DONGMI (8/5): 깨끗하고 조리해 먹을수 있어서 좋은데 이동이 불편^^ - 침대도 편안하고 거실도 너무 좋고 화장실도 깨끗하고 좋았어요 세탁서비스도 맘에들고 다만 계단이 많아서 좀 힘들었어요 어른들 모시고 아이도 함께 인지라 그건 좀 불편하네요 그리고 올라올때 트라이 시클이 돈을 더 받아요 작은차는 잘 올라오지도 못하고 그게 불편해요 숙소는 아주 맘에 들었어요
Wino (10/5): little paradise on Boracay - Tried to find a small villa with my god-kids from the Philippines to spent some time with them and work at the same time. This Villas are the best i have seen and could find. Incredible view, great staff and wonderfull landscape without to realize that you are on the "new" Boracay.....
Lizhong (8/5): 还算不错的度假酒店 - 17年9月初，结伴4人一起下榻蒂尼别墅。该酒店坐落在长滩岛的山上，乘坐当地TuTu车时，司机一看地址显得很无奈，等到了地方才知道原来有个很陡的斜坡只能容下一辆三轮摩托车通行。酒店前台的装饰品很有意思，有只高迪的壁虎。接待人员算是热情。别墅在前台后面需要走一段石子路，进别墅前被要求拖鞋，以免把砂石带进别墅。每个房间都有大大的落地窗，推开便能在树丫之间看到白沙滩和晚霞。蒂尼别墅是我门菲律宾9天旅行唯一一家不配备洗漱用品的酒店，一楼只有一间卧室有空调提供整个一楼的制冷以及两台电风扇。二楼两个房间自带独立卫生间。酒店别墅的Wi-Fi烂透了！！明明是密码设置不正确硬说是当地电信线路问题，无法及时解决联网问题。因为是别墅，周围树丛较多，晚上会有蚊虫壁虎蜥蜴出没。
Ernest (8/5): 度假風的旅館 - 一行6人,因早晨抵達上組客人上位CHECK OUT,旅館貼心讓我們在沒人使用的VILLA盥洗更衣,其後入住TREE VILLA,裝潢非常令人有度假的氛圍,每日清潔鋪床, 並免費準備水果,麵包,雞蛋與果汁,旅館位置比較偏僻,坐車到DMALL約15min,但從後方小徑便可到達DIWINI海灘,適合喜歡待在VILLA或海灘放鬆的旅客

Roslyn (10/5): Great Villa in quiet area of Boracay - The Villas are well designed for practical living, comfort, privacy and to take advantage of some wonderful views. It was a short 2 minute walk to the bottom of the hill for a swim in the small cove of Diniwid Beach. You could walk around the rocks and all the way along beautiful White Beach, enjoy some great restaurants, lively music/ night life, and then return (if in the dark by trike - 10 minutes) to the seclusion of the beautiful Villa. Breakfast food was supplied and with a few extras lasted us 5 days. There is no air con in the living area but windows and doors all slide open to allow you to enjoy the breeze. Drinks at an excellent price were also provided in the fridge. Bedrooms were small and we used the second single bedded room to spread our cases out. Moon Villa can sleep 5 but was perfect for 2. The small pool was right outside our door and we used it often. We didn't hear many other people using the pool, so it was like having our own plunge pool. The massage lady (on call to Diniview) was excellent.
