• Larisa (5/5): Не соответствует действительности - В комнате невозможно было дышать из-за сырости. Пришлось спать с открытыми окнами в феврале. Очень грязный ковролин, весь в пятнах, который также издавал неприятный запах. Стекла ванной комнаты обклеены какой-то фольгой, через которую всё видно с спальной комнаты.

• Darunee (8/5): I had a pleasant stay at Grand Denizly hotel - Great location. Close to Otogar which is very convenient to take the bus to cappadocia. My room has not been made up during my 2 nights stay
• FlyingKero (4/5): - I am very disappointed with the housekeeping service provided during my stay. The beds were not made, the trash bin was not emptied, and the only tasks completed were changing the towels and adding a few bottles of soaps. In addition, no complimentary bottles of water were provided, which should be standard for each stay. This level of service is far below what I expect from your hotel.

Nos permitieron entrar a la habitación muy pronto por la mañana. Habitación perfecta, con cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Desayuno muy amplio y variado. Nada.

The breakfast is nice, lots of variety. Toilet has a smell. The staff did not reply message in booking.com maybe too busy?

Yangın merdivenleri oluşturmak için kirişlerin kesilmiş olduğunu gördüm. Yangın merdivenlerine, boya bidonları, atıl malzemeler, kırık çekmeceler ve tahtalar konmuş. Bir yandın esnasında misafirlerin o merdivenden sağlıklı şekilde inebilmesi mümkün değil. Ayrıca yangın merdiveninin kilidi o panik esnasında kolay açılabilir değil. Bir hayli güçlü birinin o kilidi sökmesi gerek, ve merdiveni aşağıya indirecek olan çıkrık paslı ve tam olarak çalıştığından emin olmadım. Yaşananlardan ders alınması önemli. Otelleri platformlarına koyanlarında basit bir denetim yapması gerekli. Biraz vicdan biraz liyakat. Otelin bu durumunu gerekli mercilere bildireceğimi de ifade etmek isterim.

• Ali (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Denizli - My stay at Grand Denizli was awesome. Clean room, comfy bed. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. They also had free parking, so I just parked there and walked. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast was also good. I think it's a great place to stay, considering the price/performance ratio. Nothing.

Great area, as not at all touristy with lots of interesting alleyways and shops to explore. I needed a good night's sleep and got exactly that. No English TV channels. Would have loved to have watched The French Open tennis. However, understand this is not something many people would be interested in..

Bed and pillows not overly comfortable, cheap bedding, curtains didn't close properly, some power outlets in the room didn't work. The free breakfast was really bad. Staff didn't really speak much English.

• Malcy (8/5): Great Views Of The City - We had a room at the very top of the hotel with super views. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. With sliding windows open we looked at filthy unhealthy metal window bars contaminated with pigeon droppings. I cleaned one section myself as we were only staying one night. The metal stair rails to the sleeping area were extremely loose and dangerous.

No response from booking.com customer service regarding this matter. Check in was smooth. But we were given an old room with dirty carpet floors , nothing like the photos Corridors were dim and creepy.

No one to assist Room was very basic... Hotel lobby and room didn't seem to be of the same hotel. Just a 100ml water cup per person per day. Thankfully we were there only for the night
