- Tristian (10/5): Would recommend going here for when you’d want to just switch off and chill. - Visited April. The staff were all very attentive and accommodating. The facilities were all kept clean and tidy. Understandably it wasnt peak season so I can’t attest for when it is but there were plenty of guests when we were there, with the dining rooms full during meal times but the staff were always on top of things. Also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool and also the sauna. Food was great and options aplenty. Very good value for money I think. The property is showing signs of age here and there. The property is also in a place where there’s really not much to do if you step out of the resort. The city center is walkable but even there there’s nothing much to do but just plenty of shops to go into. It also get’s noisy until very late in the evening because of the entertainment in the hotel lobby and from the event area by the shore, so if you are a light sleeper this place might not be for you.

I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect seaside getaway. I want to give a special shout-out to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to servers Hasret and Emirkan, as well as housemaid Seda, for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly kind and attentive to our baby, and their efforts made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for your outstanding service and genuine care. Hotel needs to fix shower issue for improved comfort and convenience during stay. Although it didn't affect our overall experience.

The resort provided an array of exceptional amenities and services that made my stay truly memorable. However, I did encounter a minor hiccup at the beginning of my visit. Reservation Mishap: Upon my arrival, I was initially assigned a single-bed room instead of the king-size room with a sea view that I had reserved. This unexpected situation led to a prolonged discussion with the reception staff. However, I must commend one of the attentive team members who, after understanding my concerns, promptly resolved the issue and arranged for a room that met my initial reservation request. Accommodations: Once I settled into my proper room, I was thoroughly impressed. The spacious and comfortable king-size room offered breathtaking views of the sea, which made for a spectacular backdrop throughout my stay. The room's cleanliness and modern amenities were top-notch. Dining: The resort's dining options were diverse and delectable, catering to various culinary preferences. From breakfast buffets to themed dinners, the quality and presentation of the food were consistently outstanding. Activities: DoubleTree Resort offered an array of activities and entertainment options, ensuring that there was never a dull moment during my stay. I enjoyed everything from lounging by the pool to engaging in water sports, and the evening entertainment added an extra layer of enjoyment. The workers and waiters were for the most part extremely helpful and friendly. My cousins and I (group of 7) were forced to pay €450 for the cabana for 3 days otherwise the hotel would decline our reservation and we would be without a hotel for 5 days. Their excuse was the hotel’s policy against large group of boys and hanging out together using the resorts facilities. They told us we had to stay at the cabana for most of the day and not to be seen together on the beach coast and by the pool. They also said because the hotel had a reputation to maintain for young families and couples. Well if this was written on the website or on the booking then we would have reserved another place, somewhere that’s more “friendly” to a larger group of males. We told them that this policy was not communicated to us and asked for some goodwill to provide the cabana for free but they were unhelpful, the best they could do was charge us for the 3 days we’d actually stay in the resort, so excluding the check in and check out days. After travelling 12 hours and waiting for an hour at check in, only to be told this news it was extremely disappointing to be forced to pay €450 otherwise our reservation would be canceled. Very sad.

And the All inclusive is really well done, and worth every cent of total price! pretty noisy from neighbouring hotels, very loud horrible music most days, and very early morning garbage trucks making lots of noise in outside service lane.

Generally the staff in the bars were good Hotel was quite a way from main Kemer. For October sun insufficient sun beds in the sun and have to be up very early to put your towel out. 9am was not early enough. Do not understand why the food trucks were not open in the evening, all closed by 4.30. Had to rely on the buffet or pay the supplement for A La Carte which is not explained in booking. com information. In general the buffet waiting staff were shockingly bad and why can’t the bar in the restaurant serve beer and other drinks but not wine?

Never in my life have I seen a staff this impolite, not friendly and very disrespectful to the customers! Either at the front desk or the beach! Also they don’t make an effort if you don’t speak Russian! The beach is very small and it’s almost impossible to find a spot and when you do and you leave for the bathroom the take off your towel and act like nothing happened! I’m happy this is not my first time in turkey otherwise I would hate it! And it’s a country I love I would advise people to go to bodrum o fethyie where people and staff are much nicer!

Food is all inclusive but includes such things as an ice cream stand as well as just breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are genuinely a full selection including spirits and not just beer and wine. There was everything I wanted; a private beach just for the hotel; a huge leisure pool with three water slides, an indoor pool for exercise - and a gym - a pub with a pool table inside the hotel and a wonderful massage centre which was super relaxing.

Hotel design is also nice. The sea is amazing and there's a beautiful mountain view.. The hotel was really crowded at that time, was hard to find good (free) sunbeds on the beach in the morning or by the pool all day)) I mean if you are not an early bird) Also I noticed that not all of the barmen make good cocktails.. And during the evening show it took long time to order something, again because it was crowded..

- Yana (9/5): Excellent family reunion - The property was clean and modern. I believe it is one if the new resorts in Kemer. Everything was very well designed and organized. The staff was super helpful and the food was amazing. Big variety and plenty of it. The food trucks for lunch was a nice touch. Fresh fruits/ freshly squeezed juices and vegetables everyday; the seafood and meats prepared in front of you and delicious! We travelled with our family and had three different rooms: deluxe terrace, deluxe suite with a terrace and a family duplex. We were very satisfied with our arrangements and rooms amenities, plenty of space for everybody. The a/c was broken in one of our rooms and it took over two days to fix it.

Different type of entertainment every night. 4. Wooden pier over the sea, with great bungalows (extra charge, but worth it). 5. Tip: for higher quality drinks - go to “The Public” bar at the lobby. 1. The walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything in the next room. 2. At booking, we were promised two adjacent rooms. At check-in, our daughter was put in a room two floors below, however. 3. There are people at the hotel, who try to sell you “services” (hamam, massage, water sports, fur and leather jackets). This is Extremely annoying, as they come at you every day with the same tenacity even if you are obviously not interested. 4. The hotel is full of ruSSians.

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, there was one Ibrahim he did really great job in outside restaurant Thanks … food was delicious... Highly recommended!!!! :)
- Olawuyi (9/5): Amazing over all - Room service was so good. Our room service lady was called “Done” she was amazing and honestly the kindest women. She even made us a little cartoon out of towels and put them on our bed, amazing service. Food quality was amazing!! The 24 hrs bar reception drink quality was so poor. Plus there’s no drink list so there’s no consistency in what you are made

Odanızdan deniz ve havuza barlarw restorana ulaşmak için dakikalarca yürümenize gerek yok. Deniz öğleden önce dalgalı sonrasında rüzgar azalınca berrak ve keyifli. Yemekler müthiş, açık büfede bu kadar kaliteli ve lezzetli yemekleri bulabilmek hiç kolay değil. Başaşçı ve ekibine ve bu kadroya bu kadar kaliteli ürünler ile hizmet verebilme imkanı sağlayanlara çok teşekkürler.

- Harshil (6/5): - Overall, decent experience at Hilton. Staff accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. However, if you are vegetarian/vegan like me, it will be abit of a struggle as none of the buffet food is labelled as suitable for veggie/vegans. Considering 90pc of the tourists were Russians, this might explain it. To give an example, the pizza counter uses chicken to prove the dough, which was shocking as they were displaying pizzas with vegetables, which one would assume is vegetarian. The hotel has not taken into account Western tourists and the growing population of veggie/vegans at all. Other than that, could not fault the hotel and the staff who are helpful.

Hergun ozellikle ogle yemeklerinde arabalarin icinde farkli yicekler sunulmasi el yapimi hamburgerinden(dondurulmus etli filan degil), kumpirine, tantunisine, donerine ve daha sayamadigim bir suru mukemmel lezzetini alkisliyorum, her birisi inanimaz lezzetliydi ellerinize saglik. Mayis ayinda gitmemiz sebebiyle deniz biraz soguktu bu yuzden havuz basinda gunlerimizi gecirdik, havuz tasarimi gercekten bi harikaydi. Hem karniniz hem gozumuzun doydugu bu tatil icin tekrar tesekkurler mutlaka tekrar gorusecegiz!

- Iryna (6/5): our experience - The hotel is good, the Food is good, however, they don't open AC it was a little hot during the day, the only explanation we received was that it centralized AC so we were left with a hot room during our stay. thankfully we only booked 2 days, and now we are back to konyalti as it still its offseason now there and not everything functional as intended Our rating summary is as the following:- -food taste and variety of food are great at this hotel, staff at food area are great too. -calm hotel and are, good as some constructions their as is still of season - staff is very clean and polite, great - customers guest relation, useless guy there did 0 help when we expressed our issue with room temperature - neighbors rooms are noisy at night especially if you had Turkish guests near your room they will raise the TV volume till 1:00 Am we have informed respective nothing has been done! overall we liked the hotel but we couldn't stay longer as we prefer the konyalti area are we going to visit again no

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Th food and drinks were didn't live up to the expectations from the photos or other guest reviews. The first thing we asked when we booked is if there were any difference between visiting now (november) or during the high season and they said that everything is the same. The liqour is cheap and is not even worth trying. Stick to beer and wine if you want alcohol. The food was average at best and they didn't have any shelfish as the pictures showed. The staff was rude. When you reach the bar, most of the times the person behind it would just turn his back and walk away, leaving you waiting for several minutes. Two years ago, I stayed at Club Ali Bey Manavgat and had the most wonderful time of my life with my family. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. This was nothing like it. Not even close. My wife booked the hammam + massage and they switched the staff in the last second to men, only for them to focus on rubbing her behind. She even hade to tell them several times to focus on her back and stop touching her ass. The beach was lovely and the hotel was very clean. I can imagine it being a lot better in the summer, when the staff is more motivated to put in an effort.

- Credit (10/5): Мировой бренд в Кемере - Отличная гостиница! Вкусная и разнообразная еда. Брендовые спиртные напитки. Бармены творят настоящие чудеса с коктейлями. Интересные танцевальные шоу каждый вечер. Живая музыка по вечерам в лобби и на дискотеке в ночи. Маловат пляж и территория.

- Mikhail (6/5): «Хилтон» уже не тот. - Море, расположение, обслуга и питание в отеле выше всех похвал. Но при заказе и оплате номера не мог предположить что заселят с видом на помойку. На ресепшене только и ждут от тебя 100 $ или € чтобы тебя переселили в другой номер. Это сильно огорчило. После скандала с менеджером, но только спустя 2 суток поменяли номер. После долгого отсутствия россиян в Турции, наши места заняли друзья из Украины. Их много и они везде. К сожалению, Хилтон во много из-за этого, уже не тот что раньше. А в остальном, все очень хорошо, особенно море.

- Tugba (10/5): Harika bir tatil yaptık :) teşekkürler - Temizlik, yemekler, hizmet, personellerin güler yüzlü ve ilgili oluşu... Harika bir tatildi. Calisanlar asla başınızda dikilmiyorlar ama birşeye ihtiyacınız olduğunu hissettikleri an koşarak yaninizda oluyorlar. Odalar geniş ferah tertemiz, yemekler taze sıcak kaliteli ürünler kullanılmış ve lezzetli. Tekrar tatil yapacagim zaman kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederim. Tek eksiklik bence otelin hiç bir bölümünde müzik yoktu. Örneğin plajda gündüz eglenceli müzikler çalabilir, ya da restaurantta yemek yerken fonda müzik olabilirdi, akşam animasyonlar showlar vardı ama show bitince ışıklar sönüp müzik kapatildi. Dans edip eğlenmeye devam edilecek bir şey yoktu. Tek eksiklik buydu bnce. Onun dışında herşey mükemmel
- Deniz (10/5): Phenomenal hotel - This hotel is not the largest but I feel like they've done a good job using the area efficiently. The pool is great - I loved that they had sunbeds in the pool! The "bungalows" on the side of the pool are great and they are for free! However, you'll need to go out at 7am and put your belongings there in order to secure one for the rest of the day. The beach area is great as well - particularly the bungalow-area on the pier with the large bungalows. The bungalows come in two sizes and are available to rent, however the demand is very high so make sure to book early! Prices range between €75 and €100 depending on size of bungalow. Emrah and his team who work with the Bungalows are great! I would also advice anybody who visit the hotel to engage in the water sport activities. I went on a guided motorboat trip which I enjoyed very much - Fatih and the Captain are very professional and great photographers. Now to the part that earns this hotel a top rating - the service. The service at this hotel was among the very best I've ever seen. The people at the reception who helped us change room 3 times to ineffective AC, the personnel at the restaurant who were so great, especially Hulkiye who would always greet us with a big smile! The food was amazing and choices are plenty! The hotel has a different theme for dinner every day such as mexican, fish etc. All of you made our vacation very pleasant and we are very happy with the choice we made!

Bu sene de bayram öncesi ailecek bu oteli tercih ettik, ama pek memnun kalmadık. Daha önceki tatilimizde de otel doluydu, fakat kapasitesi kadar misafir kabul etmişlerdi ve personel sayısı bayram öncesi olmamasına rağmen çok yeterliydi, servis ve ilgi oldukça iyiydi. Bu sene önceki tatilimizdekinin en az iki katı misafir vardı ve ortam çok kalabalık ve gürültülüydü. Yemek salonunda pandemi koşullarına misafirlerin büyük çoğunluğu hiç uymadı ve yönetim bu durumu düzeltmek için hiçbir önlem almadı. Restoran ve barlarda herkes dip dibe ve maskesizdi. Personel dışında kalabalıkta çoğunluk maske ve mesafe kurallarına uymadı. Kalabalıktan ötürü barlardaki bardaklar 1sn suya tutulup tekrar kullanıldı. Keşke sırf karton bardak kullansalardı. Olumlu yönleri de vardı tabii. Deniz güzeldi, plaj havluları temizdi, yatakları rahattı, oda imkanları yeterliydi, personel o kalabalığa yetişmek için çok çabalıyordu; ama şartlar onları yormuştu. En güzel yanı, onca kaosun içinde lobide bizlere çok güzel parçalar icra eden piyano, keman ve flüt sanatçılarıydı. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz.
- Osman (10/5): Amazing Hotel - Perfect hotel with an amazing food truck concept. Food taste was top-level, from traditional Turkish kitchen to international kitchen. Cocktails were delicious. The service and staff were excellent. They helped us to enjoy our vacation at the maximum level. There are a lot of alternatives besides the beach and sea that you can spend your time on, during the night. Live music, shows every night had a different concept. Latin, Jazz, Classic... The hotel is very clean and well prepared for Covid protection rules. Definitely, we will visit again.

- Jason (8/5): Food trucks at a hotel - The food arrangement were very interesting at this hotel. They had a regular eating service inside but also outside in a courtyard they had several food trucks set up around the perimeter with a seating area in the middle. It is a neat idea my only concern was the sanitation of how the food was handled. Their specialty Italian restaurant was really nice.

The room that we got was not sea view which we had paid for. It was partial sea view from the first floor over looking a lot that was in construction phase. That should of been noted on the website so we could have booked something else. The staff were very friendly. The food was quite good.
