- Valeria (6/5): Dated, not as described, with great location and breakfast - Beds were comfortable Bathroom was large Breakfast was great, better than expected and the breakfast area very pleasant Location can’t be beaten as it’s right in the centre I booked a room with air con as I was visiting during a heat wave but there wasn’t any in the room. I asked at reception and they said they couldn’t help. That meant we had to sleep with the windows open, it was very bright, hot and didn’t sleep well. The building and rooms were dated, and the hotel needs an uplift. They kept the linen as you can see in photo outside our room which made it a bit depressing. However, price was very reasonable. If it wasn’t for the air con I would go back due to price and convenience.

C'était un séjour formidable, de l'accueil au dernier au revoir, aucun problème, et grand merci I have no complaints about this stay; the people were lovely and the place was very clean, with no noise. Despite being in the heart of the city, I really loved it. Avec ce séjour, j'ai aucune réproche, d'adorables personnes et les endroits très propre, aucun bruit, malgré la situation au coeur de la ville j'ai bien adoré.

- Joelle (4/5): - L'emplacement, le calme, la propreté. Petit-déjeuner non testé. Personnel correct. Chambre trop petite, salle d'eau wc trop exiguës. Manque de support pour 2eme valise et d'étagère dans salle d'eau. Hôtel surclassé, ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix. L'accueil étant au 2eme etage, l'accès à l'entrée se fait via une petite galerie anciennement commerciale où rôdent souvent des marginaux, pas très rassurant.

- Tine (7/5): Plezier maak je zelf in de stad: winkelen, groot luna-park, restaurantje... - Het was even zoeken naar de ingang van het hotel, we werden vriendelijk onthaald en er werd zelfs een woordje Nederlands gesproken. Je kan makkelijk in en uit het hotel. De locatie midden in het stadscentrum en winkelstraat is zeker wel een groot pluspunt. Het ligt ook vlakbij de parkings en het treinstation. Voor 1 nacht en als je niet heel veel tijd op je kamer spendeert is dit zeker een aanrader. De foto's die je ziet van de kamers is waarschijnlijk van de iets duurdere en ruimere kamers. Voor de prijs van 70 euro voor 1 nacht in een tweepersoonskamer kan je ook geen topkwaliteit verwachten natuurlijk. Jammer ook dat het zicht op de binnenplaats een zicht is op de balkons van de appartementen rondom - vol duivestront. Gelukkig is het gordijn wel dicht. Ik veronderstel dat de duurdere kamers die uitkijken op de straat wel een verzorgder beeld van de stad geven.

- Léon (7/5): Kleine sobere kamers, maar je zit voor EUR 120 midden in Lille. - Je moet geen hoge verwachtingen hebben, maar als het hotel alleen gebruikt om te slapen en te ontbijten is het acceptabel. Je zit voor EUR 120 midden in Lille. De douchekop past niet in de houder. Die moest je dus zelf vast houden. Het water was wel lekker warm.

- ZAHRA (5/5): Overall my stay was fine but the room and bathroom was tiny and not soundproof. - The location was great, in the city centre with access to everything. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel could be better. The hotel room itself and the bathroom was tiny. It was fine but for the price the room should have been bigger. The walls were also not soundproof and I could hear everything from neighbouring rooms.

- Lucile (7/5): - Le personnel de l’hôtel est ultra sympa, souriant et serviable. Ils apportent une touche de bonne humeur dès l’accueil. Le petit dej est super et vaut largement le prix ! Localisation centrale imbattable, on peut tout faire à pied. Les chambres sont extrêmement exiguës, pas très bien insonorisées et donc assez bruyantes. L’aspect extérieur de l’hôtel quand on arrive (au fond d’une galerie marchande pas sur bien entretenue) fait un peu peur, mais c’est mieux dedans ;)

- Marta (5/5): Apenas funcional - A localização O quarto pequeno, com manchas de humidade na parede. A cama muito mal feita porque o lençol é curto de mais. O funcionário da receção à chegada, que cobrou a taxa da cidade, ainda que na reserva seja referido que TODAS as taxas e impostos estão incluídas. Como os funcionários nos hotéis franceses têm sempre razão, não há muito a fazer, a não ser pagar uma taxa absurda. Refiro, ainda, que as fotos do alojamento são completamente diferentes da realidade.

- gliniewicz (4/5): Heureusement que c'était un séjour très cours, j'ai surmonté mon anxiété de rentrer à l'hôtel - quoique situé en centre ville, l'hôtel se révèle être situé dans un emplacement pas très sécurisant (au fond d'une ex-galerie marchande). l'endroit est fréquenté par des sdf, des "zonards" et une population pas très sécure.

J'ai pu me constituer un petit déjeuner différent pendant les quelques jours passés à l'hôtel Le distributeur TORK de savon pas approprié.Il n'y avait pas de shampoing. Des gobelets en carton le brossage des dents. Heureusement, j'avais apporté ce qu'il fallait; Le porte serviette était trop haut. J'ai du déposer les serviettes en les lancant

- Rosali (9/5): - Prima hotel, uitstekende locatie, aardige mensen, dagelijkse schoonmaak/handdoeken en een heel goed ontbijt. Niets, maar een usb-oplaadcontact zou een welkome moderne aanvulling zijn.

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos présentées lors de la réservation. L’état général était décevant, avec des signes d’humidité qui laissent penser à un dégât des eaux. La propreté était insuffisante et la literie mériterait d’être remplacée. Par ailleurs, l’accès à l’hôtel est peu rassurant : il faut passer par une galerie marchande en partie abandonnée, avec des personnes stationnées à l’entrée, ce qui crée un réel sentiment d’insécurité

Juste la douche , le pommeau de douche était bizarre… Je n’ai pas aimé le faite de tout entendre c’était pas super bien isolé… les gens qui parlent fort dans la nuit dans les couloirs, qui toquent aux portent à 3 heure du matin pour rigoler, qui claquent les portes des chambres et ça fait tout tremblé

L'emplacement est idéal, le calme de la chambre malgré que se soit tres centrale on a entendu aucun bruit moi qui est le sommeil tres léger c'était parfait! La propreté des lieux ! L'entrée de l'hôtel fais plutôt peur, mais jamais eu aucun souci !!! Le mobilier est pas tout neuf, mais dans un etat impeccable !
