• Roland (8/5): - Kamer was gewoon heel netjes en schoon. De douche was het enige minpuntje. De douchestang ontbrak en de deur sloot niet helemaal. Iets wat mij niet stoort want daar pas ik me wel op aan. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en voor ieder wat wils.

• Andre (2/5): it wasnt possible to have a good night sleep with so many noises from the windonws - ~Localização Upon Check in there was no information about any problem on hot water in the hotel, i was surprised that when i tried to have a shower there was not even running water on the bathroom, i've seen the technician working in the hall so i tooke the decision to shower in the next day, for my surprise there was no Hot water to take the shower. I've complained in reception and she went to confirm in the room the inevitable... she told me that i was going to be contacted by the manager about this unfortunate event but until today no one got in touch with me.

• Franck (2/5): A éviter - A mon arrivée, la TV ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai été changé de chambre. Dans cette nouvelle chambre les WC ne fonctionnaient pas. Cela a été remonté à l'accueil le lendemain matin. Le soir à mon retour dans la chambre, rien n'avait été fait : les wc ne fonctionnaient toujours pas. De plus l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé.

• Marine (4/5): A rénover urgemment! - La chambre était vétuste … le lit était creusé au milieu à cause de l’usure et le matelas pas très confortable. Les toilettes était pas très propres et la douche très très abîmée avec les joints noirs et les armatures rouillés. Un coup de neuf s’impose. Le service cependant était excellent!! Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher pour ce qu’il y a… peu de choix.

Et le comble, l’hôtelier a généré 2 cartes de la chambre ce qui nous a effrayé lorsque la deuxième personne s’est introduit dans notre chambre à minuit…hôtel à éviter…

• Daniel (10/5): Excellent Location: Excellent for the Price - Family of four for five nights: $602 USD. Parking is free. Breakfast is extra. No microwaves in rooms or common areas. It was perfectly located 45-60mins drive from downtown Paris. Clean: room passed the "white sock test" (minimal dirt on new white socks after 30+ mins of walking in the room). Hotel is located on a cul-de-sac type of street with similar priced properties, two fast food restaurants and 3-5 mid-range eateries. Driving Times (faster/slower depending on traffic): Omaha Beach: 3.25hrs Downtown Paris: 45-75 mins CDG Airport: 15mins Orly Airport: 45mins Flanders Field (Belgium): 2.25hrs Highly Recommend

CDG Airport 15mins Orly: 45min Paris center of town: 45 to 75 mins depending on traffic Omaha Beach: 3.25 hours We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. *Reception desk closes at 9pm. Checkin using koisk and family name. It will dispence key-card. Continnental breakfast is extra.
• Dreamer24019831922 (2/5): The most unfriendly hotel I have ever encountered - The reservation was extremely bad. They don't want to work or what! I called hundreds of times to ask for the bill because it was a busy trip, but they just ignored me. The reception even shouted in my face. Bad experience:(((((
• Orianne (6/5): Rapport qualité prix pour 4 convenable... - Séjour convenable mais chasse d'eau défaillante, coussins présentent des tâches... En revanche aucun bruit et grande salle de bain. Rapport qualité prix correct. Petit déjeuner manque peut être de choix et un grille pain ne serait pas du luxe.

• Kevin (8/5): Very comfortable with good office facilities. - The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable with the desk for working at and power sockets placed in sensible locations, which surprisingly few hotels seem to do. A/C help to give us a good night's sleep. Bathroom was sensibly laid out. They had a good, secure lock up/ shed for our bikes. The biggest disappointment was no bacon and eggs! For the previous 3 nights the hotels provided this. As we were cycling we needed the calories!

Several restaurants (targeting business customers, do not expect typical french food) in walking distance, which was convenient for us. We did not have breakfast.

Akena city Saint Witz hotel did not provide with the following items in the room : (For 2 adults and 2 teens) Iron/ironing board Bottled water(free in other hotels) Kettle /tea/coffee Fridge Very tiny room where the single beds can barely fit a kid leave alone a teen (booking.com site did not give clear description of room and picture shows that room is spacious)). Not enough space to put luggage (we had 8 bags). With a family of four would be nice to have enough toiletries/toilet paper as we have to ask every time. The front desk lady who checked us in on the first day did not even greet us and kept dealing with the other customers without telling us to take a seat or if she will be right with us in a bit and other days she was very rude when we went to ask her something. Huge language barrier with communication with staff not sure if we would ever come back to this hotel or recommend to family and friends in future. I am attaching the info below as the amount I paid for the stay in this hotel did not meet any basic needs for my family as we had never experienced the lack of above mentioned issues in any other hotel. Also the booking site says that this hotel was remodeled recently but looks like they forgot to change the carpets which look 100 years old. -Pillows was like air and very uncomfortable. -If I had know that this hotel does not provide the basic necessities I would have booked another hotel. -Don’t even think about free shuttle services like other hotels here as it is the same as booking a ride on your own. -For our entire 6 day stay our room was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor was not cleaned at all which had a bad odor (at least vacuum the area which is accessible and not blame your guest about the stuff we have in such a tiny room)

• Norman (9/5): Superb - Access, super clean, great front desk staff. For a road travel place to sleep it is a good value. Small room...but what do you expect for a place to sleep while traveling a long distance?

Check in is done by a machine that stands near the entrance, which replied with “your room is not available” when I entered the booking number. It’s impossible to reach the hotel neither by phone nor via messages here. We spent at least an hour trying to check in after a long trip, but had no success, so we had to left to a different hotel at 22 o’clock! If the hotel nearby hadn’t been available, we could have slept just in the car. Crazy! Booking support team made us a refund, but still no apologies from the hotel!!!

• Jaeyoung (1/5): not recommended at all. - I arrived late, and the auto check-in machine did not work properly. Another guest helped me to get in since I had proper booking. I had to sleep in the lobby. In the morning, a lady came in and started yelling at me in French. I tried to explain my situation and showed I paid for everything but she kicked me out. After a few minutes, she eventually gave me the key card without any words. I had to take a quick shower and leave to catch my plane. The staff does not speak english to a level where you can discuss such matters when a problem occurs. I had to use google translate the whole time.
• Boris (2/5): Akenaze - Horrible. C’est sale et vétuste partout. Du tartre et des joints noircis dans la douche. Des taches vraiment bizarre sur les rideaux. Même pas de savon dans la douche. Une pauvre reste de savon posé sur le lavabo. Du bruit( musique à fond) devant l’hôtel jusqu’à 1h du matin. Bref, le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai pu séjourné. Et pourtant je suis en déplacement toute les semaines…

Chambre et literie au top malgré le fait que j'ai réservé une chambre 4 pers et qu'en fait j'ai eu une chambre faites pour 3 avec un troisième lit de rajouté. Hôtel propre et tres calme parfait
