• Kimya (8/5): Old Venice Vibes and Great Location! - This apartment is very very big for one bedroom and has 2 bathrooms, which is very convenient. The bathrooms are identical and had multiple sets of towels and toiletries. The kitchen is also fully stocked. The design is older Venice and really had so much artwork along the cabinets and walls! It was very cool and such a vibe! There are a lot of lights which is nice because there isn’t much sunlight since it is tucked away in the alley, but the location is great! No canal view, but super central and next to a plaza. It was a pretty quiet area, although we were able to hear our neighbors one night a lot throughout the night so depends on who stays next door! Very spacious and comfortable! Little tv in the livingroom and lots of closet space! Check in is in a neighboring hotel and it was pretty easy! Super close to water bus and very central. It is on the second floor, and the hallway lighting situation isn’t the best and the stairs are very narrow. It was a little difficult for luggage and going in and out everyday with my mother, or for older travelers since the steps are smaller than women’s feet.

• Malvina (10/5): We were satisfied with the service. Thank you. - We had a warm cozy and clean apartment. What we needed was prepared included tea and olive oil. My one suggestion would be to place some carpets near the beds in this winter time

• Cory (9/5): Execellent apartment for a couple or small family. Perfect for a great Venice experience. - The location is perfect. You are just a few minutes to the major sights within San Marco, but far enough to have a peaceful nights sleep and feel a bit more local. The apartment is beautiful and a great space overall. The kitchen needs a set of flatware, it only had two spoons, a wine key, and a Nespresso machine. Additionally. The bath towels have seen better days; time for a refresh.

• Elena (8/5): It was good for one night, very close to La Fenice theatre - It’s location on the ground floor was a great bonus. We travelled with the wheelchair and in Venice it is not easy to find a property on the ground floor from my experience. It is very spacious inside. Kitchen has everything required for cooking. It is quite dark because there are no windows, just one small in the bedroom that doesn’t provide much light. Bear in mind that the check in is in another location - it’s a few minutes walk. Once you check in, get the keys you return to the address provided on the listing. I would prefer to be informed about this beforehand. I’m glad I didn’t drag my tired disabled mother there just for a few minutes of check in procedure.
• Michael (8/5): Very happy with it. - The location was good in relation to the San Marco district of Venice. Despite maps, finding our way through the lanes and over the canals was challenging. But that is not the fault of the accommodation. A small point but the television only had three Italian speaking channels. Nowadays one would tend to hope for some international channels and English speaking ones.

• David (1/5): Not work that the money, will never recommend anyone to this place - location It’s very dirty, dust over the night stand, spider web everywhere, and lots of mosquitos. We talked to the management to check and they told me they would send someone to clean, when I came back it’s still the same. Anyway, the management staff confirmed it was checked and cleaned, absolutely not correct.bad, bad, bad.
