- GREIG (8/5): Only 1 night but perfect for my needs. - Perfect location for my stay. Staff very friendly. The shower in my room had no water pressure - the bathroom looked great too but with very little water coming out the shower head it was rather disappointing!

Arrived at 9.05 to be told breakfast had finished. Despite being only 5 minutes past their shut off time and being shown that they are advertising breakfast til 10.00 was offered what was left of continental options only. In response to complaint I was told “ ok, I’ll tell them”

The room was good, the location was where we wanted it to be, we paid what we wanted to pay. The staff seemed lovely and trained in what they did. Breakfast had one of everything you could ask for. Everything was fine. Just fine. It did look very pretty if that helps any.

- Perinje Dev (8/5): Beautiful ambience, centrally located and friendly staff - Very friendly staff as we are senior couple, absolutely loved our stay in Hilcroft and the connectivity to the city centre was great. Elaborate breakfast, lunch and dinner menu which enhanced our experience. Would surely come here again.

Staff came across as very unprofessional in the restaurant, whispering to each other about customers. The male receptionist also came across as quite unhelpful and even answered the telephone whilst I was still speaking to him.

- Christine (8/5): I was charged twice. I paid cash and then charged on my bank card again. I had to call twice to get my money back - It was well situated and very comfortable room The car park . The entrance is not very accessible. There is not enough signage for the entrance to the car park
