The entire team handled everything very smoothly and professionally. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Ali Valley, who helped us a lot during our trip. He was very supportive and ensured everything was perfect for us. I am truly grateful to him and very happy to have met such a dedicated and humble person. Thank you to the entire Bidwood team for making our trip memorable. We will definitely plan to visit Bidwood Hotel again whenever we are in Nairobi. Highly recommended!

I wish they could put in a few plates, some cutlery and chill some water bottles. When you know you have a booking and you're going to upgrade the client, those details make a difference.

Exceptional Staff: Friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked two suites for our family, including our teenage kids, we had hoped for connecting rooms. The kitchen fell short of our expectations with a small fridge and a lack of basic utensils and supplies. cooking was impossible due to the lack of basic utensils and supplies—no pans, knives, dish soap, or sponges. This was our major disappointment. The rooms mainly had UK-type sockets, which was challenging for us as American travelers. On our final night, the guests in the room between us partied noisily all night, disrupting our sleep. Paying more attention to these essentials and ensuring a quieter environment would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The food is wonderful, I'd definitely recommend the homemade avocado ice cream. Rooms are bigger than a London flat..and to top it off a new pool area which just invites you to relax. Excellent

• Naomi (8/5): Nice location and rooms but too expensive for what you get - We loved being able to book two rooms side by side (last minute) for our large family. The balcony overlooking the salt water pool was great! Our kids loved the pool but it was a bit too cold for us adults. It would have been great to have the pool bar up and running but we were told that later in 2025 it will be! The included breakfast was really yummy and it was nice to see the menu change slightly each day. I got a massage on the top floor and it was a nice experience, but expensive. One room had a microwave but the other didn't and we also ran out of fridge space (small fridges). The kitchen had absolutely nothing in it except a few cups/mugs. It would have been nice to have plates for ordering takeout, etc. The price of the rooms was just too high for what we got (and nearby places are cheaper with full kitchens).
• Ronald (10/5): Exceptional - Bidwood's location was ideal for accessing all the modern facilities in Nairobi as well as experiencing local life. It's a 10m walk from Westlands Market and a 5min walk from Sarit Centre, making it an ideal location. I was upgraded to a king-size room at no extra cost, which gave me more of a home away from home feel and made my stay enjoyable. Both the customized breakfast and the buffet breakfast were excellent. This was my fourth stay at Bidwood, and I look forward to returning in the future.

• anau291 (10/5): An excellent venue for training and meetings - The service is outstanding, a very well trained team, very good manners and excellent in effectiveness to respond to needs and to find solutions. From Simon the driver, to Maureen at the front desk and Valentine the events coordinator, and the rest of the team are always available and ready to make your stay and your job smooth and easy. Rooms are big and very clean, with a small veranda. The food at the restaurant is amazing (strange to find such good quality in a hotel!), very diverse, and different options (indian, vegetarian...) The possibility to use the gazebo by the pool for some of the training activities gave us lot of flexibility to work outside, as the training room is dark, low roof, with a carpet and the air does not circulate properly. Being this one the unique improvement point I can think about! Highly recommend!
• J915QLclaires (10/5): Staff that go out of their way to help - My first experience of the Bidwood hospitality was just as I arrived after having upended a pot of yoghurt all over the taxi seat and myself. They helped me clean it and myself up, dealt with my luggage and generally acted wonderfully before upgrading me to a room with a butter view. The top service continues through out my three visits during my stay. Joseph in particular helped put me in touch with a great travel agent who arranged a wonderful safari. Enoch, meanwhile, delivered to me the lock I thought I had lost. Just all round a great crew who can get you a take out coffee ready in a matter of seconds. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed, I would recommend the views from a high floor if you get a chance. Sarit mall is just a few minutes walk away so we'll located too.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms and facilities were top-notch. The pool area was nice — sadly it was cold during our stay but I would have really liked to take some time to relax there. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area. Overall, an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again! The General Manager allocated a team and they gave us the best of the services. The Bidwood Suites Hotel provided us with the equipment to show various photos of our recent event -The Africa Concours d’Elegance-. The food (a la carte) chosen by the members was brilliant. I have also stayed in the hotel for over a week and was very impressed with the room and all of the services provided. In conclusion I highly recommend the Bidwood Suites Hotel. The General Manager and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming.

When they noticed that there are black. They should make available alternate food for a an African black man

The new chef at the cuisine did an amazing job. The place was very hygienic: clean, neat and tidy. Keep up the wonderful work... Congratulations....

• 45sanjivs (8/5): Lovely hotel. - Lovely hotel. Very good service and friendly staff. Ventana bar/ restaurant was great. Management was very helpful. They offer airport transfers as well as local rides for a reasonable fee. Close to Sarit center and Westgate shopping malls. We stayed there twice in may’24.

• Zaher (2/5): Very poor - Location Rooms do not have baggage rack, tissue box. Standard items for a hotel claiming to be 4 star. Towels are threadbare and poor quality. On one day I had no hand towel or shower rug towel. Rooms are not soundproof at all. Had noisy neighbours late at night. My bedroom window faced a corridor. Couldn't keep the curtains open for light as anyone walking on the corridor could see into my room.

• JM_016 (8/5): Great stay - I really enjoyed my stay at Bidwood. My room was a decent size and had all the amenities. The breakfast was nice but slightly limited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downsides would be that the pool was unfortunately closed when I was there, the shower wasn't the best and they would have wanted me to pay 40 USD for a taxi arranged by the hotel to another location whereas Bolt only cost me £3.

Absolutely first class rooms, service, food. Me and my partner were very impressed with our experience. I would happily stay here again and would not hesitate in recommending it to others. Really good!
