For Ferragosto on 15 August 2026, the supplements are as follows: children aged 3–11 years – 80€, children aged 12–17 years – 155€ and the third adult person – 155€. For New Year’s Eve on 31 December 2026, the supplements are: children aged 3–11 years – 110 €, children aged 12–17 years – 215 € and the third adult person – 215€. In accordance with Italian law, cash payments are accepted only up to a maximum amount of 4.999,99 € per stay. For payments of 5.000,00 € or more, a traceable payment method is required. The breakfasts and the dinners are just perfect! Highly recommend to go for the dinner to the Amaroni restaurant in the hotel. The service at a-la-carte restaurant and at the bar could be better, no water in the room on a daily basis

Ein grosses Dankeschön geht an die beiden Betreuer aus dem Kidsclub, Antonio & Sebastian :) unsere Kinder (8 und 10 ) hatten viel Spass !! Ebenso an Marion Bartsch, die uns mit wertvollen Tipps in und um die Region von Jesolo bereichert hat. Es war ein rundum wundervoller Urlaub!

L'esperienza è iniziata nel migliore dei modi con un ricevimento caloroso e un upgrade della camera inaspettato, un gesto di grande cortesia che ho apprezzato moltissimo. I punti di forza: Personale d'eccellenza: Una menzione speciale va alla ragazza con gli occhiali in sala ristorante. Purtroppo non ricordo il nome, ma la sua dedizione è stata lodevole: instancabile, attenta a ogni dettaglio e pronta a fare di tutto per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con il sorriso. Wellness & Spa: La struttura è l’ideale per chi cerca il relax. Ho trovato i rituali in SPA estremamente interessanti e ben eseguiti, un vero valore aggiunto per il benessere fisico e mentale. Ambiente: Location curata, elegante e perfetta per staccare la spina. Consigliatissimo! Tornerò sicuramente per farmi coccolare di nuovo. Qualcosa si puo' migliorare ... ma struttura sempre molto bella

As crianças adoraram a piscina, passamos a virada do ano lá, teve um jantar bem legal, com música depois no lobby, foi bem gostoso! Café da manhã bem gostoso, gostamos de tudo! No banheiro não tem box para chuveiro, então o banheiro fica todo molhado, atrapalha um pouco, mas não é um grande problema…

Beate (3/5): - JA, die Zimmer sind viel zu klein, ich hatte 1 30qm grosses Zimmer gebucht, aber die Aufteilung des gesamten Zimmer Schnitt war nicht sehr gut, keinen Stuhl zum sitzen im Zimmer, wohl 1 viel zu niedrige Couch, dann der Service kam erst immer um 16,30h unmöglich und unter Sauberkeit verstehe ich etwas anderes.

Pichler (9/5): Rundherum sehr gut mit kleinen Nachbesserungsbedarf - Personal ist sehr freundlich, gepflegtes Haus. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und der SPA und Poolbereich Top Warmwasser im Zimmer hatte weder am Nachmittag noch am Abend mehr als 35 Grad teilweise kälter. Duschkopf lies sich nicht einstellen und war beim Schlauchanschluss nicht dicht. Damenhygieneartikel die wir in den dafür vorgesehen Behälter mit Hygienebeutel warfen wurde vom Personal ins WC geleert aber die Spühlung konnte dies nicht bewältigen, jetzt mussten wir den Beutel wieder aus dem WC fischen... nicht so gut! Kaffeetassen wären 2 in gleicher Größe super gewesen.

Tarannum (9/5): Excellent and relaxing stay - The hotel upgraded us to an apartment which was very comfy. It had a side view to the sea. The rooms were very clean. We had booked for breakfast and dinner. Both had a great range of food. In the breakfast we could order for scrambled eggs and there were plenty of other items to choose from in the buffet. In the dinner there were variety of foods and especially cakes and pastries. The main course had to be ordered and we were given various choices. There was extra charge for drinks. The pool was also very nice and so was sauna.

La struttura è magnifica, ma è l'attenzione al cliente a fare la differenza: ricevere una suite al posto della camera standard è stata una sorpresa graditissima che dimostra una grande attenzione all'ospite. La zona SPA è di altissimo livello, ideale per chi cerca il massimo del relax con rituali programmati durante la giornata molto coinvolgenti.Servizi impeccabili e accoglienza squisita. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo, laL’arte dell’ospitalità: suite, SPA e attenzioni uniche. posizione è leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro città. Tuttavia, il problema non sussiste: l’hotel mette a disposizione delle biciclette e, con una piacevole passeggiata sulla riva del mare, si raggiunge tutto senza problemi, godendosi anche il panorama.

Renáta (5/5): Nem éri meg az árát. - Tágas szobák, biciklik, széles nagy homokos tengerpart. Nagy garázs. Reggeli bőséges. A személyzet nem volt igazán kedves, nem volt jó problémamegoldó. A reggelinél nem igazán akarták felvenni a rendelést. Nem volt kád a szobákban. Folyamatosan vki kopogott a szobában ha ott voltunk. Egy db nem tul meleg medence van beltéren összesen. 1 db csocsó és egy db biliárd van a nagyobb gyerekeknek, ami mindig foglalt.

Jana (10/5): Wellness hotel na pláži - Wellness hotel na pláži v Itálii odpovídal standardům, na které jsme zvyklí z Rakouska. Skvělá snídaně, kde bylo vše, včetně odšťavňovače s čerstvým ovocem a zeleninou. Půjčovné kol zdarma. Skvělá obsluha na snídani i na baru. Venkovní bazén a vířivka by mohly být o něco teplejší, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme byli na dovolené na konci října. Do hotelu se nedá vůbec dovolat, telefon nám ani po opakovaných pokusech nikdo nezvedl, což se nám ve Flakensteiner v Rakousku nestalo.
