- ARNOLDO (10/5): Excecional!!! - Meu apartamento era Espetacular com uma vista do entorno muito gira, com uma varanda de sonhos amei o meu apartamento, dos melhores onde já fiquei de LSA desde 2019/2020 esta vez excedeu às minhas expectativas e definitivamente não tenho intenções de trocar LSA por um outro sítio onde ficar, tenho gostado de todos onde tenho ficado mas este adorei. Impecavelmente limpo e espaçoso, muito bem distribuído Não ter podido ficado mais tempo 😜😉🥰

Be prepared to have the simplest things become big issues, like getting in the building after a long flight or actually reaching someone, finding someone who is equipped to be of help in anyway. The answer to everything is to redirect the guest to an app, link, or website that are clearly and repeatedly not reliably functioning. I moved across the street to a hotel. Thank goodness.

The vibe is great, one of the most pleasant neighbourhoods in Lisbon. Nice big terrace. Good kitchen, great cleaning service. Not enough storage (tables and stuff). The support team is not very responsive.

Enough space for 3 adults and 2 children. The location of the hotel is great. So, we had a one-year-old child who sometimes crawls, it was important that the floor was clean, but unfortunately the floor was not clean.

Dimos aviso, por mensaje, de que no conseguimos poner en marcha el microondas ( se saltaba) el segundo día, ya que el primero no lo utilizamos estuvimos 5 días y aún no hemos recibido respuesta. Noise that came from other air conditioners during the night (we stayed in an apartment on the first floor overlooking the courtyard). Check out time was at 11 AM so I asked a code for a luggage storage at 9:30 AM and got the response at 11:30 AM. It was too late and, in my opinion, extremely irresponsible.

Inicialmente ponía las 14h y luego cambiaron. No me gusto q el wasap de avisos no funcionaba 24 horas, q las almohadas eran pequeñas y que el colchón del sofá cama era incomodo. No había mantas ni edredones adicionales, tuvimos q pedirlos y los trajeron al dia siguiente. Las sábanas quedaban cortas y se salían continuamente.La ducha tenía la manguera picada y salía agua por el lateral. Creo que faltaba mantenimiento.

- Monica (9/5): - Struttura comoda, situata a due passi dal centro. Tutto come nella descrizione. La consiglio soprattutto perche' si trova in una bella zona e quindi meno caotica rispetto al centro. La pulizia delle finestre non era impeccabile.

- Fani (2/5): Bad communication, spacious but noisy apartment - Just the location and the spacious apartment. We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. First, there was an issue with the check-in time. We were informed that check-in was at 14:00, but the access code did not work until 15:00 due to an apparent system error. We also did not receive the QR code required to access the garage and only obtained it after reaching out ourselves. Despite having paid for two nights of parking, we were initially told we could only leave our car for one night. After multiple messages, emails, and phone calls explaining that we were not on-site to move the car, we finally reached an employee the next day who confirmed that we could use the parking as originally planned. The communication overall was confusing, and it was clear that staff were not aligned or properly informed. Regarding the apartment itself, the cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The toilet brush holder was broken and unpleasant to use. There was no kitchen paper or coffee for the coffee machine provided. The apartment was also not properly cleaned—we found dust and even an old plaster on the floor. The couch was not prepared for our children to sleep on. Additionally, the noise level was very disruptive. Our room faced the building’s air conditioning units, which were extremely loud, and the extractor hood made noise throughout the night. Apart from the good location and the spacious layout of the apartment, our overall experience was negative and did not meet expectations.

- Ashwin Manish Dharmraj (7/5): Zeker een aanrader als je in een rustige wijk wil verblijven. - De accommodatie werkt niet met sleutels of pasjes. Je krijgt toegang tot het gebouw en je kamer met een code. Dat werkt fijn. Je hebt niks om kwijt te raken. De flat is ruim. De kamers zijn ruim. Het is fijn dat er een wasmachine is en ook een droogrek zo kan je wasjes draaien en je kleding uithangen om te laten drogen. De locatie is een rustige wijk. Je ziet om de hoek van metrohalte Marques de Pombal. De airco werkte niet naar behoren. De eerste avond gingen de airco's aan maar draaide niet. Na contact met de locatie heeft iemand erna gekeken. Toen leken de airco's in eerste instantie te werken, maar naar enkele minuten begonnen ze warme lucht te blazen terwijl ik ze op 17 graden had ingesteld. Ik vond het bed te hard. Ik heb uiteindelijk op de bedbank geslapen die veel zachter was.

The apartment is well equipped, with reliable hot water and a practical kitchenette that makes everyday use easy and convenient. One small note for taller guests: the cabinet above the sink can be a bit challenging, as it requires bending while washing dishes. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place that we would gladly recommend.

- Cleide (6/5): Poderia ser melhor se o apartamento fosse mais funcional. - Localização é boa, porém sem estacionamento fácil A água quente só funciona para um banho de cada vez, o que não permite usar os dois chuveiros ao mesmo tempo. O lixo não foi tirado em um dos banheiros, não tinha papel toalha e nem guardanapos na cozinha, papel higiênico de má qualidade. Houve também uma queda de energia quando foram ligados lava roupa junto com o ar condicionado da sala.
